They aren’t consistent that they lie and movers remain pushing back the dates. They lie around dates! Do not go together! Still have not got my refund nevertheless!!!
THESE REALLY WAS THE Finest COMPANY that I COULD OF WENT WITH FOR MY MOVE. THERE SALES REPS WHERE SUPER NICE & Comprehension OF MY NEEDS. Very Satisfied with CHOOSEN THEM. . THE DAY OF MY MOVE THE GUYS SHOWED UP PACKED ALL MY ITEMS FOR ME WHICH HELPED ME ALOT & DISSEMBLE MY BIG ITEMS LIKE MY BED & MIRRORS WITH DRESSERS , ETC.. Only a HOLE AROUND FULL MOVE SERVICE. WILL FOR SURE USE AGAIN FOR ANY FURTURE MOVES 😀
Star Alliance movers has very bad customer services. I contracted for a transfer. Move was likely to be Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday 10-2. Called a 2:30 and was advised they wouldn’t take action. Deposit hasn’t yet been returned. Avoid this organization. !!!
