Communication with this particular provider is a complete nightmare. Their client support staff must send messages into the warehouse to receive answers. They NEVER phone back, you constantly have to phone them, and they then must phone the warehouse… You understand.
Be ready to have zero idea once your shell is providing, being picked up or even when. You may expect to receive your stuff.
Each and every time I’ve contacted this business, I have been confident something, simply to be informed of another thing every day or 2 afterwards. It is ALWAYS something. You can’t make some plans, employ movers, and take some time off work, etc.,. You essentially must be in thier beckon call.
Seriouslythe worst experience ever. Moving is tough enough… Do your self a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
