US Atlas Movers

This provider commits FRAUD. My older parent was quoted a cost on quite detailed items for transferring, then the firm decided to carry the things without even over double the quotation! Move Professional USA is a con business. Should You Ever get your possessions, anticipate them to be missing or damaged

Elder fraud – buyer beware. This company preyed on my older relatives leaving them with lost, stolen & damaged goods and no settlement after annually. This Business has changed their title by US Atlas Movers to Transferring Pro US and created the US Atlas Movers’ amount and site not functional. Please report your problems into the Attorney General offices, the Better Business Bureau, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration & FBI elder fraud.

DO NOT USE THEM! These individuals are filled with [EDIT]! I’ve spent the previous 3 nights crying myself to sleep since they stole all of my things! They picked my stuff up in January and should of delivered it a week back. Not only have they never delivered my things but they stopped responding to my calls. Ray is your worst! Don’t trust him or her aly! They’re all in this scam collectively! Ray promised me he’d be awaiting my things and then called me asking if I had a double size mattress. I said are you kidding? I’ve got a queen! This gave me a hint he dropped or stole my [EDIT]! I then requested him to send me a photo of my things. He did not. He stopped replying. I phoned him every hour and texted him. Nothing. I threatened to receive my attorneys involved and they said okay essentially. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Please anybody react to the if you’ve got and allow me to know whether you’ve gotten back your stuff or have heard of this title beam pierce. I don’t have any bed or something. I haven’t been scammed like this. We’ve got to stop this corporation! Spread the word! Nobody USE ATLAS MOVERS! They suck and lie!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I CALLED THIS COMPANY IN NOVEMBER, MADE A CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER FOR A MOVE FROM BOISE TO NY. MY WINDOW OF MOVE DATE WAS 12/30-12/31. THIS COMPANY CALLED ME ON 12/30 TO NOTIFY ME OF CANCELLING MY MOVE.I MAD A DEPOSIT OF 662.00 ON MY $1772. THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT DATE, JANUARY 7 FOR $2600 OR A REFUND. I TOOK MY MONEY BACK AND MADE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. MY NEXT STEP IS TO SEE THIS COM0ANY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Zach, the first account supervisor was friendly and supplied me much details. But a few of it succeeds with all the other major box manufacturers (eg. Estimates are derived from cubic feet as opposed to weight and that pick-up windows could not be a particular day — both correlated with Department of Transportation regulations). Throughout a follow-up telephone, Zach was quite friendly again but he then moved me to a colleague in dispatch. This is the place where the support crumbled and any authenticity for the firm. The dispatcher refuted a lot of what I contested instead of clarifying or supplying additional details. Then he stated,’if that is the way the remainder of this phone will proceed, then good luck finding a moving business .” Then he hung me up. I texted Zach straight back (who had been online in this interaction) to thank him for his time and also to notify him that I will be posting an overview of his or her business. Surprisingly, I did not get a text response nor some apology as well as acknowledgement that the priests has been improper and unprofessional. I’ve made atleast 10 nationwide and worldwide moves- rather than experienced worse customer services. I’ve been astounded at the lack of credibility, professionalism of lots of them, especially US Atlas Movers, smaller businesses – that really is unfortunate because I am a believer of suppprting little enterprise. This said, I would not want anybody to waste their time with this business as they already took more than an hour of mine and additional unnecessary strain to an already stressful transition. DO NOT USE, ANSWER CALLS, NOR TAKE TIME to Get A QUOTE FROM US ATLAS MOVERS.

Atlas movers offered me a fraud bundle. Transferring into Colorado froom MA. My stuff has been picked up on August 22nd and delivered to a storage center. Integrated Moving Solutions supplied this through Atlas who stated they had been also a sub-carrier.
On September 21st my items had been picked up by Integrated Moving Solutions and place into a storage device at NJ (I didn’t have a clue that this was likely to be in storage for a month) The shipping was postponed because they did not possess a”truck”– ultimately the shipping came to October 20th. The movers talked Russian and small English, asked me whether they could send in the day –that I consented to. When they came they had been so rude and threatening. I had been told I had to pay them $150 additional since the truck couldnt come near enough to the doorway and there were 3 flights of stairs. He said I was not likely to have anything before I moved and obtained CASH for it –or he said he’d put everything out my doorway and that I could carry it myself up.

Integrated Moving Solutions should not be in company. Rude office supporters. No reply nowadays. No call backs.

I’d never ever use those two again and I’d advise anybody considering a transfer to never pick these firms.
