Awful support. Thank God they shut the business. Moved from NJ into St Louis Aug 2018. They broke my own marble dining table while they were still loading the truck. The movers were to be in St Louis in fourteen days, but it had been nearer to 3-4 weeks afterwards and they dropped a box, many others had been broken and you lost. I had been guided by them to compose a claim together with CSI Claims, Port St Lucie Florida,another party. They accepted that the claim and following 120 times it might be determined. I made many calls requesting upgrades, they made explanations. After the 120 days were up, I phoned again for the next time, and they explained that the promise was closed since they fell Relocation Systems, and so are no more covering them. I was so upset, I felt double betrayed. CSI desired me to phone Relocation Systems and manage them, however, their hone numbers were disconnected. Shame on both of these!!! I complained to the BBB about the two. Next is my attorney.

This provider is crap. Nothing about that which I am going to say is not worse.

They are sneaky, idle and don’t have any true compassion for their clients. They quoted us about $2,000 for our transfer and once they loaded nearly all of our possessions onto the vehicle, they jumped the cost to $6,000. We figured there would be a cost shift, but TRIPLE the quotation?? We’re now stuck along with my wife, in tears, reluctantly signed, and we agreed to cover. At the moment, we had been a couple of days away from going, we had no spare time to start looking for different businesses, so we sadly continued forward together.

All of our boxes which stated”FRAGILE” were totally shattered, no maintenance was implemented, plenty of things were missing, it took them about a month to finally get our things to us, meanwhile they are lying to us about the arrival date, and forcing us to chase them down, phone call after phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had numerous awful encounters together when we signed the contract. It deserves zero stars. Here’s a listing:

-3 weeks following my asked delivery date, a giant 18 wheel truck came, which didn’t fit in my apartment complex. Nobody had told me or asked if such a truck could match and the motorist blamed me for not telling them (the truck at pick up was a regular 26 footer)
-The movers utilized dollies to shuttle out of the truck into my front door along with the foreman stated that I need to help them take things to allow it to move quicker (Me moving items wasn’t a part of their contract)
-Lots of my boxes were dented, ripped, torn, and had the exact packaging tape cut and then resealed.
-Someone had set packing tape throughout the front of the HD TV display rather than placing it within a box since it was when it abandoned.
-Many boxes seemed to have already been opened, rummaged through, and rearranged with fresh things in them that hadn’t been there before.
-We received boxes which didn’t belong to us.
-We were overlooking a floor lamp and yet another was broken and many furniture items were chipped or dented.
-My spouse had concealed some jewelry in 1 box and now much of the jewelry is lost after it’s clear someone rummaged through the box and then chose out the precious pieces and left others. The jewellery had both monetary and sentimental value.
-We have tried phoning the company to submit a complaint several occasions but our calls simply visit a voicemail that’s full. Our mails aren’t answered either.

I wish I’d researched more about protecting my movement along with also the red flags to see, particularly during pickup. I never would have enabled them to carry my things. I saw lots of positive reviews prior to registering for this organization but today I feel these reviews have to be fake because I am seeing a lot more negative testimonials seem. Do not TRUST ANY OTHER REVIEWS. This business is a sham, a fraud and just plain dreadful. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
On the proceeding day that they came in a funding truck to pack my items. The truck that they arrived was the biggest that funding provides: 26 feet which has a maximum capacity of 1,700 cubic feet of distance, maximum load. On the other hand, the total amount they charged me was to get 2,145 cubic feet that’s untrue charging and had I never investigated it post-delivery I would have never discovered it. I phoned them to solve it and Ryan the manager just attempts to keep pulling the problem saying that insurance is currently looking into the issue etc., if this was fraud insurance and charging doesn’t have anything to do for it.
I had been over billed for 445 cubic feet @ 3.75 Plus a 10% fuel surcharge over the 445 cubic ft )
Per my calculation that they overbilled me for $1,668.75 + gas surcharge.
I intend to submit a complain against them with the transportation dept. When they did so to me, I am certain they did so to other customers too.

And include products which were damaged.

I had an extremely minimal movement. Largely boxes of clothes, mattress, dresser and mirror. Simple, no? WRONG.
I had been sweet talked into trusting and utilizing them over other more trust worthy moving companies like Oz. I had been told I would have a contact who’d assist me every step along the way and supplied me with his own”private mobile phone number.” Names of workers to be alerted by Jon, Ryan and Tommy. Additionally, the major phone number on the website is to an answering services. They don’t have a workplace.

Same time 9-11am pickup 11 comes no movers… I predict that the girlfriend she calls them in 11:15 they eventually appear just before 1130… they back to my driveway struck my mailbox(that I did not notice immediately ) fix the truck and behave like nothing happened. I needed to call them out on it until they confessed it. When the movers arrived at the boss walks round and is requesting what is going. Foreign as ever he is attempting to make I look like he’s offering me a whole lot the whole time. We discuss paperwork. Explains costs are left blank since he desires my permission to move the material but will not have closing price until job is finished. Know able I have additional items I understand that. The movers eventually give me a cost of $2700 transferred that’s $1000 more than anticipated. I tell him I do not need to have the patio furnature again and again to speak to him a whole lot calmer than I’ve been perhaps that would make him comprehend. He says”I will make decent bargain 200 away” 200cubic feet great bargain which works… except that he intended dollars… I said I was quoted 1750$ to perform this particular job. Lucky I don’t wait until the final minute. I still have 12 days until I want to proceed. So faking for movers isn’t a problem for me personally. I was not in a rush to play their match of nicely I want this so I figure so bullsh*t and I won. My furnature is wrapped and to some degree of simple packing and it cost $14 in water pop and Gatorade.

Idk if they understand their movers are working to rob people and so are blind to those reviews or should they simply don’t care and that is the sport they play. I didn’t fall for this and neither should you. . You have been warned. Save you’re money and package it yourself and move it yourself.

After talking with Larry from the organization and talking all of the details, such as if we can use vaccum sealed bags for clothing and big plastic carriers and also the fact that we’ve got a 4 story walk up building – that they firm sent two guys who came 1 hour late. This is the worst experience with a moving company I’ve ever had.
