    Horrible experience, never again.

These individuals took 500 as a”deposit” and given no more support and also refused to repay. The sales rep assured me that the quote won’t increase a cent more and maintained lowering their quote since I attempted to receive off her phone. I was not advised that they are in fact agents. They require your deposit and will not let you know about all of the additional fees and charges they will accumulate in the end. As soon as I saw all of the negative reviews regarding how they stand up their costs during last minute then frightened me, therefore I made a decision to cancel the following moment. I had been denied any compensation, even if I stopped prior to the 10 day cancelation period. The sales rep said that it could be completely refundable which was yet another lie. They had been the very unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Please do your self a favor and don’t contact them. I am awaiting the class action lawsuit to come so I can make my cash.

Lack of Integrity and Professionalism in Apollo Relocation Svs

Regrettably, I have needed to resort to submitting a criticism on a forum like this with all the hopes that somebody out of Apollo will atleast give me the courtesy of a callback.
My Mom died May 13 2016, also after cleaning out her place in South Carolina, I phoned Apollo to ask that a refund of $600.00 my mom had paid in full to fasten her next movement (knocking in mid June)straight back to NYS. I’d get a hold of a person on May 18th 2016 following 5 telephone call efforts. A young woman in NJ advised me they’d be sending a check for the entire refund amount for me personally, as executrix of my Mother’s Estate in 15 business days.
I waited atleast 25 business days, and managed to make it through to the exact young woman who advised me that they had shifted retailers and our refund must be here shortly. Now is July 24th and I haven’t got the refund to deposit to my Mother’s bank accounts.
I called many times throughout the past couple of weeks to simply get an answering system. I’ve left two messages at different occasions and nobody has bothered to phone me back. If you aren’t likely to ship the refund, then you will need to be up front and honest.
I’m a teacher and also a ten year veteran of the army having served two tours manages. I visit on Apollo’s site how they appeal to military and their loved ones and I am disgusted that they even tug on such a heart series having had to address them in such a fashion. It’s in my urge to desire to safeguard virtually any household from having to go through an ordeal much like this, particularly in a period of despair, despair or loss as we’re currently experiencing with the lack of my Mother. I’ll be taking actions to make sure childhood contracting agencies are conscious of their deficiency of service itself, lack of ethics and absence of excellence at the experience that I have had with Apollo Relocation Services.

    Refund of deposit

I wouldn’t advise anybody to trust this business, since they don’t keep their word. I paid them a deposit since we had been planning on moving to Ohio, also because of heart ailments weren’t able to achieve that. I phoned them on May 3 2016 to cancel the transfer and was advised at the point my deposit will be refunded, well here it’s June16,2016 and I haven’t got my deposit back nonetheless, and they keep saying it’s in the email. It’d be nice if somebody there would only tell me the facts.

    Relocation Costs

Apollo Relocation Services had supplied me with a written quote of transferring my home products via phone and email and promised me that they wouldn’t agent out moving my home goods into some other inspector because I had been on the east shore and moving into Florida. They said they just brokered out motions once the moves were around the nation. They gave me a quote of $3811.52. On Friday afternoon, a business called 365 exemptions looked and informed me that Apollo is a broker and doesn’t perform the actual moving. After all was packed in their truck, (which seemed like a rental van) they said they needed to boost the whole price to $6738.00 since the quote that Apollo had given me was too low. I’d added just 5 boxes and one golf cart into the contents of this truck. I’d asked a quote about transferring the golf cart before it being being packed, but they packaged it to the truck first without giving me a cost for transferring it, much to my displeasure.

They had been to arrive in the place in Florida in 3 days. They didn’t arrive for 1 week since they put my possessions in a warehouse in NJ. After many telephone calls for Apollo, 365 eventually arrived in FL at another shipping vehicle. Several of my things were damaged or lost. I filed a claim with Apollo that subsequently handed it into 365. I had been advised by email by 365 it’d take two weeks to solve this claim. I still have not got any sort of payment and it is currently over 3 1/2 weeks. I don’t advise employing either company to move your possessions. The only great thing was that the workers that proceeded me were quite considerate.

    Don't do it! Look elsewhere!

At first it began to be an amazing experience. But, matters went from good to miserable! They contacted us 48 hours before the being there and stated that the truck we had been scheduled on’d broken down and might we proceed our pic upgrade from the Saturday before Easter to Easter Sunday. I explained to them that was improper. I informed him I’d been here a month cleaning this out home and I truly needed to start for the home. I had been put on hold and they came back stating they’d have a team pick up me on Saturday between 1 and three. After sitting before the home for nearly two hours I named the organization. I had been advised that the movers will be an hour or two late. I voiced my extreme displeasure and said I was waiting with no contact in the firm notifying us of this delay. I voiced my desire to cancel our contract because of their jacking us about and that I was advised that I’d lose my deposit since they were inside the 48 hour window to pickup. I requested to talk to a manager and was educated at the party to whom I was talking was the sole supervisor accessible. Again I voiced my extreme displeasure and advised me that any inspection I depart wouldn’t be a great one. Even though they give you a lower estimate it’d be more difficult to pay a bit more than to proceed with this firm.

    Worst service ever!!

    Timely service!

It took them nearly 1 month to send my things, they informed me it was likely to take them two weeks, each time I called they said they’d call me back and never did.
They delivered but charged me $300 greater than anticipated, and also a few things have been broken, and I continue calling them to request a refund and they will not take the telephone.

    Do not use this business!!

    ''Reality''

This firm had called me because of the quotes I’d placed to the computer. I anticipated that this all had to be too good to be true by what had begun to be very exceptional and professional support; nonetheless there were many things in play that turned to empty pockets along with a frustrated encounter. To let me just mention that”supposing” makes a fool from their customer in addition to the retailer. Always go by your instinct over anything else. Nonetheless, the movers had stated that there arrive time could be about a Saturday between the hours of 11am.-3pm. But sadly there calculations were wrong because they’d arrived at 7pm. And correct me if I am wrong but”who goes furniture in dark hours, and without a flashlights?” I ask because I have not seen or heard of anything, so it had been solved in re-schedule however there again the grab was of an additional $300 in addition to the 500″nonrefundable” deposit I’d just made and still not get services, therefore I chose to cancel. Mistakes made, lessons learned, what goes on will always return around. Later on, I shall always read files to the fullest before I sign some cash from the window. Thanks a lot for this adventure of a lesson, it’s taught me well.

SCAM DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THEM

THIS IS Undoubtedly THE MOST UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND TYRANT EXCUSE OF A COMANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH.
They took a $500 deposit and because I had been inside the 10 day cancelation interval I had been advised from the lying sales rep which I was able to cancel free of cost along with the cancellation policy of 10 days would not apply to mepersonally.
I called to include things and they racked up their quote from 1200 to 1700 for smaller products. They began to add fees for flight of stairs, bags weren’t allowed in order that they’d include $19 PER BOX. When I asked a cancellation, they refused to return the residue and so were very unprofessional and impolite online. They threatened the whole time implementing their”contract” rather than stumbled behind what the very first rep stated. They even sent mails from retaliation for a complaint with BBB.gov, threatening me not to to post negative reviews about them phoning it slander and defamation. THIS IS A TRUE STORY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT CONTACT THEM. I will make certain everybody I know knows about that and pass the word along, I’m from $500 but they’re those losing big time here.

DO NOT USE - NO ETHICS

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE, FIRST THERE IS NO ETHICAL BEHAVIOR OR BUSINESS PRACTICES:
** THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THAT They’re A BROKER SO I’M CERTAIN THAT REAL MOVING COMPANIES FEEL LIKE THE CUSTOMERS.

I phone with my daughter to get a move that has been at best on short notice due to college approval September 2, pickup September 6 or 5. When asked about the cancellation coverage we had been advised that since we had been inside the 10day period the normal policy didn’t apply, and that the Federal Cooling off period would employ along with the 3day period would apply.

The contract has been signed on the day of September 2 and also a telephone to cancel on the afternoon of September 3 due to a family crisis. Throughout All the coordination Nicholas Sutphen was that the Representative. When calling on the the morning of the 3rd we couldn’t talk with him and was advised that we couldn’t cancel since the truck was on the road. IMPOSSIBLE

Additional on Saturday evening in a trucker known as saying that he had been on the best way to begin loading the merchandise. After explaining to him what happened, he had been mad atn’t having a call and said”GOOD LUCK WITH THEM, I ONLY TOOK THIS LOAD AS A $@$%$ FAVOR”.

SINCE MY DAUGHTER WOULD Need to MOVE I THOUGHT THEY COULD ARRANGE THE LOCAL MOVE – NO THEY DONT DO LOCAL MOVES. I WONDER WHY?? Is it because we’d be near…

    The worse, the more worse

    Absolutely disgusted!

I am beyond mad with the extremely bad service given by Apollo Relocation Service. A very simple move from Mobile, AL to Monroe, LA (4 hours away). The fees have been already $450 over what we had been quoted. Our stuff has been scheduled for shipping on Feb 1st. It’s currently the 4th and they’re calling to say that they can not send it until the 8th or 9th. We’ve been made to buy clothes, eat at restaurants, and keep at hotels. Without any answers or perhaps a genuine apology from Apollo. I won’t ever suggest Apollo to anybody. Stay clear!

The business is extremely professional, educated, and things were sent in terrific condition. Nothing has been damaged, damaged. I spokes for their agent Christine, and she had been so pleasant and pleasant for me, she put me up with all the ideal shifting bundle. I am really happy!

    Apollo Relocation/Moving Express

Apollo Relocation has been hired to create our move after studying reviews-Apparently they have to have been filed by Apollo since the service has been underhanded, misrepresented and under-quoted. Originally they provided a quote, and then revised the estimate-all some time suggesting that the quote was binding on them. Further, they didn’t disclose that they wouldn’t be sending the family but might ship Transferring Express & Storage. They came at the middle of the night, maintained that the lights onto the rear of the truck didn’t get the job done. Further promised that we had over 1800 cf versus the estimate of 1200 cf. They further charged some $900 for packaging of things that we hadn’t necessarily wanted packaged in addition to many boxes that they claimed were needed. (We’d packed all of the boxes and had them at a central place. They just had to wrap a queen bedroom suite using triple dresser, chest of drawers, night stand and also a dining room table with four seats. Obviously the BING ESTIMATE doubled. We looked in the finished packaging (2800 cf of freight space) and still barely over half-full!!! They’re only crooks and in affiliation with Apollo Relocation!

    THE WORST MOVING COMPANY/BROKER EVER!!!!

I reserved a transfer with Apollo Relocation services. They asked my stock checklist and called a few days prior to the pick up date to verify my stock list. They assured me that they had been the moving business themselves and so long as my stock list stayed the same that they GUARANTEED my speed. Well low and behold the movers arrived at my home and signaled to me that Apollo was a broker and they had been the real moving firm. I’d two stops on this movement that was hauled and noticed on the affirmation. After we left the initial stop and forth to the principal stop the inspector advised me that my things before even reviewing them were more than what was quoted. I am baffled because I had been quoted in my own thing inventory that the movers had not even noticed yet and they had a brand new quote for me that was an extra $1700 over my initial $1900 quote. The moving business that has been with me said they didn’t have an inventory checklist and out of the”appearances of these things” it was likely to be more. I phoned Apollo and they explained that yes I gave me off the stock list that I provided and they did not understand why the moving firm were giving me a different quotation. Long story short I HAD TO MOVE therefore that I worked out a deal with all the moving business that was there which sadly didn’t incorporate each of the things listed in my initial inventory list only because they quote from cubic square feet not by stock. Obviously that I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING APOLLO MOVING COMPANY. When I called them the day of this movement I had been wrapped up on 3x. I had been told I would get a return telephone call which was Monday and its now Friday and I am still waiting. I am sooooooo mad about this movement that its not even funny but you live and you understand and what I have heard is NEVER USE APOLLO MOVING COMPANY/ BROKER. Everything they cautioned me about at the first conversation about moving businesses shifting quotes as soon as they arrive and get your items on the vehicle and utilizing agents rather than using real moving companies was authentic and sadly I thought them. They had been everything they cautioned me about. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I WAS IN SUCH A HURRY TO MOVE I JUST TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT AND DID NOT READ THE RATINGS. HAD I I Wouldn’t BE WRITING THIS POOR REVIEW RIGHT NOW!

    Worst Company

I had been going out of Michigan to New York and reserved together with Apollo Relocation providers 4 weeks in advanced. When I booked I clarified that I’ll possess two drops: 1 at my house, one in my storage centre. Apollo stated they supplied storage centers. I said good! HOWEVER, Apollo is a BROKER firm, that sells your project to additional businesses on the evening of the transfer. I had been scheduled to proceed August 14. A week before my move, I didn’t hear from Apollo to confirm pickup timing etc.. I needed to reach out to these, which I never received a call back. On August 14th they eventually answered the phone and explained I would need to wait 4 days until they could come up me! I was LIVID! Following a couple of options words, Apollo delivered a truck. 8 Mile Storage and Moving revealed and they informed me”we only got your job now.” This is the second I understood Apollo was a Broker. 8 Mile afterward explained that I would be getting my items in about 20 day!!! AGAIN LIVID! I had been going out of Michigan to New York, into some brand-new apartment using nothing but the clothing on my back. What occurred is that Apollo that whole time scheduled me as a storage client, meaning my items would be held in storage until the next scheduled trip to NY will be forced (hence in which the 20 afternoon approximation arrived in.) By this time I’d paid Apollo to their agent solutions, 8 Mile due to their pickup, and that I had been in New York in a vacant apartment sleeping on a blowup mattress made from my neighbor. The encounter was traumatizing; I was beginning work and school and fighting with Apollo and 8 Mile to receive my things to New York. They had been USELESS! I wound up hiring a different firm, Superfly Movers, to go pick up my things and deliver them into NY…a week after. Do not even get me started with all the scratches and damages for my furniture. In general, I had been left with the clothes on my back, along with a little bag of a couple things for 10 days. In this period neither Apollo nor 8 Miles were helpful or adapting, and said that this was all my fault. I picked Apollo because of their cost, but I instead pay more when I could get excellent support. Apollo Relocation Services is a deceptive business, that scam their clients.
Agents I coped with: (Out Of Apollo) Samantha Cook, Clint Pittendorfer, and also Barry; (from 8 Mile) June, along with Connie
Good Luck in your next move!

    Excellent Service

I recently moved from NY to FL and I decided to proceed with Apollo Relocation Services. I am quite happy and satisfied with the entire experience. I talked to a representative called”Clint” that was really useful and professional. The movers came on time, they were quite professional, shipping was unbelievably quickly, not one of my stuff had been ruined and the very best part was that the wonderful price because I had a restricted budget. If I choose to proceed again later on, I will definitely call them again and can even recommend their services to some individual that is from the proceeding process. Generally, my own experience with them was fantastic. Thank you for the terrific service you guys provided to me personally.

    Charges & Scheduling upfront

This provider is quite deceitful when attempting to acquire your enterprise upfront! The agents tell you a single amount & time period on how & if they will pick up your possessions that are not correct. Particularly when it’s time to organize your pickup date and would like you to only take next open date which wasn’t discussed at the start of your telephone number. Direction who schedules these select up with movers is also a part of a 3rd party company: cheap moving business, which Apollo never lets you know about upfront! They offer you an estimate of a single sum & finishes up being double the sum. Afterward there that”Initial delivery by date” that they state that its 21 times from real pickup date, subsequently turned to 21 business days. These reps. Only at that business don’t have any concept of your time on ship dates! I shall mention that the movers in which quite neat & affectionate on wrap all of my possessions all of the way down to my huge item furniture! When they delivered my items, everything was in tack! Nothing broken or they even put large things together! They were very kind & would not allow me to pick up or take any thing to my place when they entered the assumptions! Fantastic job movers, however, your sister firm”Apollo” must be mounted on just how things are actually done. The waiting was quite stressful because of them not understanding or telling the price, burden, and last sum due at shipping! I won’t use this provider again, & direction of Apollo Mike wants to understand that”The client is always right” assess your agents (Nicholas) on coverage of doing things and prices they estimate military employees!

Company has no morals. Do not use, read all the negative views.

I contacted a moving agent service business and put a deposit of $1,400 to book a moving date on Saturday 6/20/15. About 6/23/15 I asked and asked about cancelling the move since I didn’t believe I had sufficient time to package up the home before the movers arrived. I was advised that I’d shed $250 of my $1,400 for cancelling on short note or they’d let me put my transfer on”hold” for up to a year. I elected to put the movement on hold while the home was on the market. Four months after the home hasn’t sold and now I’m likely to take it out there for the winter months and see no reason to allow Apollo keep earning interest cash on my deposit, and so I called to receive my deposit back before I set the home back in the market at Feb/March. They now refuse to repay ANY quantity of money. I even cancelled over the three day”cooling-off interval” that is a national law and has been amenable to them maintaining the $250 commission mentioned before. Now I am being told I am not qualified for any sort of refund.

That is obviously quite inadequate small business practice/morals. Each of their yellowpage testimonials are imitation, the reports had been made the identical day that the inspection was created and it had been the sole review ever made on such an account. Horribly dishonest. I have created a BBB complaint and’m contacting an attorney concerning the cooling off period national law. Incredibly disappointing to have to experience this sort of mess.

    NO ETHICS

I’ve submitted two testimonials before this. Apollo shamelessly copy-pasted their regular replies which even their customer support representatives replicate all of the time just like a parrot.

Apollo will NEVER say that they are only the agents when you first pay a deposit to get their own contract. As soon as your contract has been signed, their job is completed. Do not expect ANY assistance about the logistics of this transfer. You’re at the mercy of the actual moving co.. In our situation it was’Always Cheap Moving & Storage’

    1) I got a phone from Always Affordable (732-313-7666) on 9/9/2015 in 1:33 PM stating that they can come to move our things either on 9/10 or around 9/12. I said I’ll tell them. I predicted back in 1:48 PM and verified for our movement on 9/12 at 9 AM.

    2) My spouse named Apollo on 9/10/2015 about 4 PM to validate the move date. Apollo explained the transfer date will be on 9/12/2015.

    3) But Always Cheap showed up on 9/11/2015 about 8:30 AM to transfer our stuff. We were not prepared because our transfer date was likely to be about 9/12/2015. We had plenty of things which we needed to pack into boxes and plenty of things which we had been likely to throw. In 8:53 AM I predicted Apollo (732-775-0357) stating that the movers have come early to pick up our stuff. Apollo stated they can not do anything because the dispatcher of their real moving firm’Always Affordable’ has delivered the movers.

    4) I predicted Apollo back on 9/11/2015 at 8:59 AM. Apollo refused to assist us and also said it maybe a week before a different truck gets available. I had no choice but to agree with the extortion since we were planning to vacate our flat on 9/13/2015. Apollo also spoke to me in a condescending fashion saying I must have been prepared with our stuff despite the fact that they had affirmed an appointment for 9/12/2015 at 9 AM with me personally.

    5) Since we weren’t ready for our transfer, lots of boxes were haphazardly packed and plenty of undesirable stuff got packaged. The end result was that Apollo’s”not-to-exceed” binding quote exceeded by 317.

    6) About 9/16/2015 at 12:26 PM, Anthony out of’Always Affordable’ called me to make delivery the following day. My contract clearly suggests that we’d chosen for 30 days of free storage that we had verbally confirmed on our phone using Clint Pittendorfer of Apollo on 8/5/2015 about 2 PM. Anthony stated he’ll check with Apollo. At 12:38 PM, I predict Anthony back and that he states that Apollo told me that we have not chosen for 30 days of free storage.

    7) About 9/16 at 12:41 PM, I called Apollo. The call continues for 53 mins through which they keep stating that my products will be sent the following day. I tell them that I do not have a flat yet to maintain my products but they could not care less. They said I did not request free storage, and so I told them I did and that it’s written in my own contract. Additionally, I asked them to confirm that I did request 30 days of free storage by assessing their telephone records. I offered to provide them the call time and date. But they refused to help.

    8) About 9/16 at about 2:30 PM, Apollo phoned me back and said if I pay $156 to’Always Affordable’,” I’ll have 30 days of storage. I needed to cover this because I had no other alternative. This was their next extortion with me personally. Please be aware that I mean to dispute this particular $156 that I paid to’Always Affordable’ too. I made the payment with this exact same credit card on 9/16/2015.

    9) Always Cheap delivered my merchandise on 10/2/2015. But, 1 coffee table has been broken beyond repair and one box was lost. This box had things with sentimental significance to people. I called Apollo concerning the coffee table and they stated their client service rep will call back me to walk me through their claims procedure. Nobody from Apollo called me back.

    10) My spouse named Apollo concerning the lost box and they stated they can not do anything which we must call Always inexpensive.

    11) I drove 1.5 hrs to Always Affordable’s workplace on 10/10/2015 at New Jersey together with all the hopes of regaining our box. They did not help us locate it.

Overview: Apollo supplied us totally ZERO support with ANY part of our relocation including selecting up of the merchandise, delivery of their goods, storage of all their merchandise, missing and damaged products. Therefore, they did not provide us some of the support that I paid them $650 and also breached their”not-to-exceed” binding quote and did not supply the 30 days free storage as stated in my contract that I also verbally consented to on 8/5/2015 about 2 PM. In addition they lied to us by saying that we requested for our products to be sent to our new flat and that we did not request free storage. That isn’t possible as we did not even receive a brand new apartment before the final week of September 2015.

Apollo supplied us absolutely ZERO support with ANY part of our relocation and only subcontracted the transfer to some other co. referred to as’Always Affordable’. Apollo did not inform us they were agents. They also refused to assist us with our most troubles. They did not supply the hassle-free support that they ensured and also breached their”not-to-exceed” binding quote and did not supply the 30 days free storage as stated in my contract. Their lack of support cost me extra $473.

    NEVER use Apollo

Stay away. Far away! If I could give 0 stars I’d. This business utilizes their reviews on yellow pages (probably bogus or people who actually transferred a home over) and false promises to lure one in. Regrettably I had been enticed in and I just have myself to blame for not checking the reviews on other websites before reserving with this AWFUL firm.  Here is my story: I reserved an interstate movement together in July. First off, they’re a broker and obtained a third party to pick up my items. The third party firm was so modest, it used a different organization’s title (American Moving and Storage Association) to pick my things up and was COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. They arrived nearly a week after than they were assumed to to pick up my items. Afterward, my items were saved in a warehouse at the country I was going out of TWO MONTHS. I phoned Apollo many occasions and has been given false information, no advice, and seldom got a call back. When asked about the reason why they were not calling me back, I was told someone had given me a call and left a message – wellI’d somebody phoned me, I would not be calling you! I had been told I’d get my items inside a week – yeah, right.  They literally had no idea why the carrier was only holding my items rather than sending it; then the company (who had been a 1 person show, his own boss), chose to quit answering my calls and I phoned Apollo SO MANY TIMES to attempt to receive an answer. They then called me to a”supervisor” that was [EDIT] since he did not understand anything whatsoever. He said I’d get my things by that weekend, but did I? NOPE.  I eventually had to get in touch with the carrier firm, threaten them with lawsuits, to eventually receive a response. The company then chose to play me for months on end (using Apollo of course being ABSOLUTELY USELESS) and FINALLY, I managed to obtain another provider to be dependable enough to deliver my items. That is right, following TWO MONTHS this absurd”firm” could not get in contact with the carrier, therefore that I needed to coordinate with a different carrier to deliver my items.  This movement has been the biggest nightmare of my life. So tremendously stressful and I expect nobody ever goes together with Apollo – EVER.  Additionally, Apollo, please don’t bother responding to this post with a”we’re so sorry about that and don’t hesitate to speak to us” – your organization is totally useless and I’d get nothing from calling you anyhow to get a refund in my deposit (that I shall get).  If this was overly long and you did not read, only 1 piece of information – Don’t ever go together with apollo. Worst moving business ever!

Don't use Appolo if you want to see your belongings again

It has been two weeks and we’re still awaiting our products.   We discovered that Apollo contracted using a broker that didn’t have insurance to find out our products.   That is illegal   We’re at their mercy. Please do not deal with them that they won’t print this I am certain but please do not contract together that they have All my family photos, particularly pictures of my dead grandparents and parents.   Picture of my favorites if they were infants.   They have all the images of the 6 granddaughters.   I’ve pleaded with them to at least send me the images to no avail.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT RECOMMENDED. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

NEGATIVE 5 Stars for Apollo!   Worst experience ever.   It is a never ending nightmare! 10 weeks after part of our load remains lacking and Apollo has been NO help Whatsoever in finding it.   Bicycle, surf boards, boxes, tools, air compressors, table top, shelves, power washer, ladder, and therefore much more are STILL MISSING.     Our”company, not-to-exceed” contract cost taken up $3,000 when the truck had been loaded onto a Sunday when nobody answered the telephone in Apollo.   Even the”movers” were hours late, showed up in a rented truck, wouldn’t identify themselves, wouldn’t create the leasing contract to your truck.   We’d no idea that we were dealing with! It was clear we’d been duped by Apollo.   The day following our things had been picked up we had been solicited for payment by firms we’ve never heard about, together with diverse directions, names that Couldn’t be traced, All of the while being advised Our transfer Wouldn’t move until payment had been made!   The stress, jumble, and nervousness is something Nobody should have to survive.   29 days after, part of the movement has been delivered.   Our furniture has been broken, scratched, dented, bashed.   Boxes were crushed, ripped, and some fatty substance dripped onto them. Exactly what the movers took aside for the transfer wasn’t put back together since the remaining bits they had were never sent.   Search Apollo up on NY Better Business Bureau.   So Far, something like 42 asserts in 1 year based on lousy support, etc..   Actual ALL that the YELP testimonials, not just the”automatically chosen” ones.   Apollo hired a company to handle claims from them, and their online reviews Seem to be closely tracked and edited.   The negative reviews are hidden unless you really do a little digging.   Do your homework and carefully look to this business.   Learn from our mistakes. Can we ever see our things again?   Highly improbable.   The claim Procedure is handled by another firm, and takes forever.   Compensation is as little as 60 cents per pound if you win your claim.   BEWARE. . .if you ever want to see your stuff again.   We’d never, never, never use this company, or urge them to other people.

They were rather nice at the first phone call but quite inefficient and incompetent then. They’d promise things like pickup just M – F from 8 – 4 and then never convey that info to their own driver. They promised to charge my credit card before their pick up time and then deny that they ever said it! They guaranteed a delivery date between the 23rd and 27th and then never followed up. As soon as I asked on the telephone the rest of my invoice, they could not inform me so how was I to have a cash order prepared? Bad communication with customers and within the business. Avoid this business!!!

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
    Trustworthy.

I transferred my 1 bedroom flat from Philly into Denver. Apollo Relocation Services managed to take care of the movement at a brief notice, enjoy that.
Estimate was performed and that I was told the fees are based on weight. But as soon as the men came for pickup, they stated I have more quantity than quote plus they charged me extra. The pickup was completed by”Guardian Movers”, they were great men and quick! 2 hours late for pickup, but they allow me know beforehand.
Then the wait, it had been awful. 1 thing that I did not see is that, they won’t begin any moving procedure until I affirm my first date for shipping and delivery address. So, I was thinking it’s on the street, after 1 week I phoned them and they said they will just start once I affirm my date. This was a bummer.
I predicted after 3 months and they said my material remains in Nw Jersey, another bummer.
At last the truck came. The motorist was there, the helpers were on the road. Driver was a very wonderful man and proceeded in anything he would. The helpers did not appear. Everything except my sofa was moved indoors. I helped him out and we proceeded that too. Third bummer.
Driver did not had the tools with him to reassemble the furniture, so he constructed them, but couldn’t tighten the nuts.
I started my box along with my Micowave also it had been crushed, I do not know whether it is going to work again, afraid to plug it in. Driver advised me to write it to the transfer sheet and they’ll look after that, I do not understand what they can perform.
However, overall my stuff had been undamaged (dirty, dented, but undamaged ). I’m pleased with the play, particularly the driver that delivered my things.

I would recommend Apollo Relocation Services into some buddy.

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
    Watch your wallet!

I phoned Apollo Relocating Services to transfer me out of Pennsylvania into Maryland we moved over my stock of my home and they gave me $2581.00. The afternoon of my move that a business from Rockville MD demonstrated up to perform the movement NOT Apollo adapting these folks loaded all of my possessions into there truck and then told me that I ran from space I was allotted in that toilet and when I needed them to attract my 3pieces of living space furniture that I was going to get to spend $700.00 additional dollars in order for them to load it. Needless to say, at that time that I felt as though I turned into a hostage for my own furniture and I needed to pay extortion money so as to receive my furniture down to Maryland. Please never use this business! It’d be more economical to have a U-haul and stay out from neighborhood fitness center and employ 4 individuals who workout and provide them $200.00 a bit that will assist you with your relocation.

    WARNING

I wish there was a drawback evaluation scale and these men would evaluate the greatest possible bad evaluation. Absolutely dreadful services. While obtaining the bargain, they’re super nice, accessible and pretty much saying’Yes’ for all. 1.2 days prior to the pickup date 09/11, we have a call in Apollo stating the movers ll come on 09/12. I phoned to confirm that on 09/10 plus they still told movers will come just on 09/12. As a result of this, we had been partly ready on 09/11 because we had yet another 24 hours of time. But the movers came on 09/11 astonishing us and we had been made to box standards that were overburdened. I had been in the office and my husband needed to look after everything in under two hours. We attempted to speak to Apollo men and they blamed that the true mover/driver while the motorist blames Apollo.’ THIS WAS THEIR TRICK TO KEEP US UNPREPARED AND MAKE SOME EXTRA/EASY BUCKS($300-$400) AS WE LANDED IN AN UNCOMPROMISING SITUATION’.2. After interstate movement, according to contract Apollo was likely to store the things in their own storage for a month at no cost. In this month, they’re assumed to transfer the items to brand new flat and build them. However they phone us to notify they don’t have any free storage and totally reluctant to stick to their own contract. They attribute the movers/drive whilst motorist blames Apollo. ‘ANOTHER TRICK TO CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $150 BUCKS IN THE NAME OF STORAGE’. I’m worried about my matters and expect not overlooking any. Apollo Relocation Services aren’t in any way professional, but also a lot of cheaters and liers using the clients circumstance. They ought to be sued for all of the tricks that they develop with. They don’t just cheat and earn cash but victimize their clients and make them undergo a great deal of psychological pressure and anxiety.

    Long-distance move from Georgia
    Read before reserving

Moving can be a very difficult and stressful procedure and the final thing which you would like to happen would be for your own moving business to con you. I contacted Apollo Relocation to gauge that the price to the cross country move. Just like ALL moving businesses whom I’ve contacted, they all reassured me that the cost is a binding cost and that they will attempt to honor the quote given for you as far as you can and they do not need me to collapse for various moving companies which charge you hidden charges in the conclusion. (Side Note: I known about 7 unique places. ALL of them said exactly the identical thing and from the conclusion of the dialog after inquiring SPECIFIC concerns, they all charged ridiculous prices for matters and’d concealed prices ).  The price of Apollo was appropriate for me personally and that I felt confident with Apollo so that I stuck together.  The very first representative I talked with was providing me quite broad responses. He was not giving directly YES or NO for my queries, but instead beating round the bush. I requested him:will my possessions be within an 18 wheeler truck? Will that you put my possessions with a 3rd party contractor? An 18 wheeler truck won’t fit in my existing area nor my apartment complex in California, therefore my matters can’t be picked up within an 18 wheeler, are no extra fees for that? After some annoyance with the agent, I requested him to answer my own queries straight rather than beating round the bush, each of the aforementioned questions plus a few others were replied with certainty that that my possessions won’t be packed in a 18 wheeler, using a 3rd party, or a 18 wheeler won’t pick up my things at the area. I made my book.  I had an odd feeling of Apollo since most of my friends were telling me how to be mindful of moving firms charging ridiculous amounts to the strangest things so that I emailed them in work the following day. I emailed them to provide me about writing the matters that I talked about using the agent. They didn’t send an email, but always tried to phone me. I can’t receive telephone calls at work, so that I kept sending them emails requesting to convey through email. They were reluctant to communicate something through written note and if they did eventually contact me via email the announcement that was delivered to me personally contradicted everything which we talked of earlier I left the reservation. I had been quoted $2088.14 and 2-3 days after after talking with supervisors and 3 distinct agents that all gave me different info, my total came out to about $2500.00. I needed to ask a few questions over and over and over again so as to find these quotes. I asked certain questions:Just how many staircase is that a flight of stairs? I think they stated 8. In case your flight of stairs surpasses 8 measures they’ll cost you 75. I wished to include 2-3 more boxes which was an extra ~$145. The most important question which I CONSTANTLY requested these, an 18 wheeler will not match in my area, will there be some extra expenses? Every agent told me that there won’t be another fee, but if I had been hoping to find this announcement in writing, somebody phoned me and stated it’d be an extra $200-300 to shuttle me things back and forth.I’ve NEVER felt so cheated and thus duped by a provider before in my entire life. After every talk with Apollo that I DID NOT hope my possessions together and promptly canceled my book. They stated that they listened to our documented conversations and stated I never mentioned what I did say. I advised them to hear the records again since I’m not even being delusional. Nevertheless , I DID NOT TRUST MY THINGS WITH APOLLO also wasn’t ready to conduct business using an untrustworthy firm that says something to simply receive their business.I thankfully paid yet another moving company that lent me $2300.00 to get EVERYTHING without the hidden charges and my possessions got safely to California. It was not about the cost for me personally , I needed honesty and confidence and that is 1 thing which Apollo wasn’t with his or her client. They weren’t fair and were hoping to mislead clients from the start. When they stated $2500 in the start and was truthful about the upfront expenses of everything, then I would have continued using their service.GET YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They had been the major reason behind the largest aspect of my anxiety load because of the cross country move.

    Terrible response

Don’t use these individuals to organize your motions.  They’ll take your cash and will not make as promised.  They guarantee dates and do not arrice for pickup.  They guarantee calls beforehand by 24 hours and do not deliver.  They lie about what and do not respond to telephone calls.  I had been told they’d contact me 24 hours in advance of pickup so I might have enough time to go to the pickup site to fulfill them.  They called a day before the time and requested to move up the date that wasn’t in the arrangement.  I declined because of inability to be there sooner than intended.  I’d supplied them with 3 numbers to telephone after that and they never called.  At the meantime about the day it was scheduled to pickup, my spouse traveled into the pickup site to fulfill despite any lack of followup telephone call.  They never showed on either Sat, or Sun.  On Monday I called to cancel and ask refund.  I didn’t get to speak to anybody straight, particularly the salesperson that asssured me in the start that I was able to contact her anytime in the procedure.  I did the one thing I can do and sent email for them to cancel because of them without any revealing and asked for my money backagain. They never recognized me whatsoever and I tried to visit my charge card and request them to intervene.  Trust me, there’s far too much bad about that business to take any opportunities.  Should you are feeling the need for a few deceit and lies, then proceed together but do not say you have not been forewarned.

    Long-distance move from Washington DC
    Dodged a Bullet!!

Because of another review on this website, I managed to prevent a dreadful mistake.  I called my bank and stopped payment on the $500.00 deposit that this”firm” billed me for a transfer into the west shore.  Apollo Relocation Services never advised me that they had been a broker.  They persuaded my husband and also to take their”binding to not exceed” quote for the transfer.  We had been awarded a 10 day window of cancellation and if we attempted to cancel 48 hours after, we had been advised that our 10 day deadline had passed.  We were not told that any other firm could appear and hold our possessions hostage until we pay extra in the destination point. Throughout the 48 hours, we had been told twice from the firm that the speed”could go up.”  When I phoned their business, they confessed on a telephone, recorded by their own firm, that there was a national 48 hour cooling off stage and they finally conceded that we had been within our rights to cancel since we hadn’t exceeded our 10 days.  By this time, the lender had already cancelled the payment.  Apollo will attempt to decrease the cost but in addition, this is a fallacy since the moving business will only add more fees when they already have your own stuff. Nobody should need to be placed on hold and shuffled from person to person, (the individual who owns you on the telephone will probably be inaccessible when the deposit is procured ), and also be made to take care of winback pros who speak about in circles.  Stick to your guns and you’ll receive your cash back.  I’ll also be submitting a Better Business Bureau complaint.  I now believe in studying the net reviews (not the fake ones), on almost any firm I’ll Be doing business with.

They were efficient, professional and personable.

I’m quite thankful to Apollo for creating my long distance transfer so simple. I had to relocate to Ohio for my job. There was no time for me personally to look after the information. My wife was healing from injuries she suffered in a collapse, and, as far as she wanted to, she couldn’t do much to ease our movement. Lucky for us, Apollo was there to look after things. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was really friendly and helpful. He went across the moving quotations with me in detail so that I knew exactly what I’d be receiving. With their packaging solutions, I seriously doubt we’d have discovered any way to have it done. Their complete service-moving bundle came with a free storage alternative meaning I managed to stay at Topeka for an extra week finishing up my job; and once I eventually came, everything was coming right behind me. My wife sang the praises of these movers. They’re efficient, professional and personable. Apollo was all they promised to be, and I am very pleased I picked their business.

    Long-distance move from Idaho
Couldn't have been a more enjoyable move

We had been planning on creating a temporary transfer from Idaho into Mississippi for holiday and to see a number of relatives and we had been on a search to locate a terrific long distance moving service. We hunted everywhere within our regional region and found nothing! Subsequently one of my great friends advocated Apollo Relocation Services, a business I frankly never heard of earlier. I had been quite concerned about the movement originally, but was so pleasantly surprised, with this complete service moving company. They supplied excellent relocation help, picking up and transferring all of our possessions. A number of our things were quite heavy since they were furniture bits, but they looked after everything. The move was speedy and all of our possessions arrived safely. Nothing was stolen or damaged. Customer support was totally brilliant. I was so shocked that I never knew of the business before. So pleased with my move, will definitely recommend others and will surely use their support again once I return to Idaho in a few months.

    Exceeded my expectations

I needed to relocate for work from external Philly down to Tennessee. So clearly this wasn’t a brief excursion. That being true, I was hoping I could get a company to take action that wouldn’t cost me an arm and leg. I had been pleased with the speed that I paid for just how much I was going. With no relocation assistance in my firm, I got the invoice, but I actually did receive decent support. Apollo recognized the importance of showing up in time. It is a pet peeve of mine, and the majority of the world for that matter, yet so many businesses disregard it. The movers were super careful with my stuff, particularly the antiques that are essentially forgettable. I utilized their packaging services since I do not trust myself or my spouse to not break anything. Fortunately I was correct, and Apollo did not. After all was said and done, I had been in my brand new southern house within weekly. Hopefully I don’t need to go again, but it’ll be hard to win against the support if I really do.

Attention to details is what causes utilizing Apollo Relocation Services among the greatest options for transferring long distance. Any complete service moving company needs to have a single priority, and that’s customer satisfaction. I recently needed to get them to get a cross country move. I had to leave California and arrive in Texas with a particular target date. I’ve had obtained additional quotations from different companies but I reserved this 1 immediately as I understood that the cost they gave me at $2150.00 was a wonderful thing! They even provided me with a few moving ideas that will help me get going on the process early. A few of those hints certain came in useful. Together with the pressures of going, this firm sure sets your mind at ease and will answer all queries with the finest knowledgeable staff about. They convinced will go out of the way to get you. Whatever you have to transfer, Apollo Relocation Services may manage it to your own interstate moving needs. I strongly recommend them!

Apollo Relocation Services will be the real bargain for if you need to transfer your items throughout the nation. Their authenticity is unmatched. Yes there are plenty of and commercial movers on the market but couldn’t be more satisfied with the support given by these, that they were very cooperative and did what was requested. The wrap and focus to being cautious of both my furniture and the partitions has been terrific. In general hustle and cost by your team has been outside my expectations. I recently moved halfway across the nation and Apollo Relocation Services saved me by a massive amount of anxiety. They’re the most professional moving company I’ve ever used. Long-distance move from Massachusetts
    Apollo is Horrible

Apollo Relocation Services is the absolute worst company I’ve ever handled. I didn’t understand they’re a broker and that they subcontract the transfer into some other business. You don’t have any control on what firm ends up transferring your belongings. I contacted Apollo to ease my move from Massachusetts to Georgia. I specified that my flat will be prepared August 1st. I created it very clear from the start. The very first thing that went wrong is if the moving business showed up in my home they tried charging me to get way more cubic footage compared to made sense. Apollo lent me 2060. The moving company has been attempting to bill me $5000 according to”extra” cubic footage that I had been allegedly using. They had been calculating according to 10x10x13 ft. We made out a tape measure and measured the vehicle and it was really an 8×8 truck not a 10×10 truck. They maintained this had been an honest mistake and that they had been given the incorrect truck. I understood after the fact once I read the business reviews that they do so to each of their clients. They’re scam artists and when we did not quantify the truck they’d have gotten from it.

Then I got a call in the motorist 3 days prior to my material was likely to show stating that they would be in my apartment the following night. As soon as I explained to them that my rental will not begin until August 1st and that the arrangements I left using Apollo were to that date that they proceeded to contend with me asserting that when I was not there to get my things they’d throw it into storage and then bill me 600 dollars per night and legal penalties to breaking a contract. The individual on the telephone shouted at mepersonally, berated me and threatened me to tears. I can not think they handle their clients that manner. Fortunately my brother in law resides in precisely the identical city we’re moving to so that I had a couple of hours to cable him the remainder of the money I resisted the motorists and also we needed to have them send every thing into his garage. They offered me no option. I needed to leave work to produce each one of these arrangements.

Then I had to cover to get a U-Haul truck and then transfer all of my things myself to my flat on August 1st if the movers were designed to send my things. My contract with Apollo was to get a moving company to cut back my furniture, then move the furniture and then scatter the furniture in my flat about August 1st. I compensated for this support and owing to their error I didn’t need movers to move my things in my flat or build my own furniture. Not only did I pay for a service I didn’t get, but I also had to cover out of pocket to get the U-Haul and transfer everything myself. I spent hundreds of hours on the telephone with Apollo attempting to get compensated for this and that I missed time from work to attempt and resolve this mess. The customer support is horrible and nobody would ever call me back. Each time I phoned I had been bounced around from person to person also needed to begin. I talked with Andrea the operations supervisor, Seth who’s also a supervisor and Jessica who’s a client support rep. They were all completely unworthy. They refused to compensate me for anything.

Don’t use this firm. They’re dreadful. They’ll subcontract your movement to scam artists. There was really so much more that went wrong with my encounter on the business, I can go on and off. Locate another business!

    Apollo Relocation Services

I wouldn’t ever suggest Apollo Relocation Services. They’re unreliable and unethical. The first sales girl, Christine, wasn’t to be heard from again once she received our deposit. That is when I began to guess that Apollo Relocation Services was a scam. They brokered out the real moving firm, 24-7 Moving and Storage, that came a day and a half late with a truck which was way too little and stated that they could not transfer us unless we paid nearly twice what we had been told by Christine it’d cost. This wasn’t only shocking but also trying. I’d supplied Apollo having a precise inventory yet 24-7 had a truck twice as big. It was evident that Apollo and 24-7 didn’t communicate. We believed we had no option but to proceed with the movement due to our time-line. Seth out of Apollo never solved the situation. Then we had been coping with all the brokered moving firm, 24-7 moving business.   My husband needed to help transfer everything off and on the truck. The contract stated they’d move things into the home and set them where we needed them, as well as place furniture together. However, at 10 pm when they came, they unloaded everything at the driveway and attempted to leave before my husband wanted they help move furniture indoors. They were equally unreliable and undependable about if they’d arrive at our new residence. We’ve lost boxes and broken objects, for example, piano leg. The entire experience was a nightmare. If you’re reading this, select a different moving business no matter what.

    This company is a SCAM

Thank God I read additional testimonials. I spoke to both the Seth (looks like a favorite con artist on those testimonials ) along with a Samantha who both promised me that the movement would be simple. Following the deposit has been paid those clowns never return to me and subsequently shifted the moving date the evening before they were designed to pick up everything. This has been a red flag for me personally (I have moved throughout the USA with many other inspector firms ). I opted to read testimonials and each one of the aforementioned reviews began to take shape precisely the same. I determined I’d immediately cancel and once I did, ” said I would lose my money. Well I did not, since I phoned my credit card company and told them that I did not authorize any obligations. So I never lost some of my 700$. Obviously that made Apollo raging angry and they threatened legal actions. I laughed, told them to f*** away and wrapped up. It has been two months and I still have yet to hear in their”legal actions”. I had been fortunate enough to deny that the money at time, but please if you’re reading these testimonials STAY AWAY!! They’re scam artists along with the true company itself is conducted from India even though they’ve got an office in New York. Don’t believe them, don’t utilize them. Ever! That is a whole scam. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and also have personally reached out to numerous different men and women who wrote bad reviews on this website in addition to other people to assist document a class action litigation. Do your own research and find out about such liars.

4 for the price of 3

The very best thing about Apollo relocation providers is that they deliver four movers to the price that you get 3 movers together with any other moving firm. This basically means that your work is completed quicker and you need to pay less cash. I hired them to transfer me out of MS to AZ a month. Each of the movers were quite experienced and capable. They systematically worked together to pack everything up and then load them into the truck. The truck was quite spacious and brand new. I understood my valuables were secure in their hands. I was proven right if they delivered everything in exceptional condition. Not even a glass has been broken. I truly could not have asked for anything more from those guys.

    My valuables are safely relocated

We had been going from ME into SC.  Apollo relocation solutions was really hired to run the movement from my father-in-law. So I did not know exactly what to expect from them. The movers were supposed to get there at 8:00 am. They knocked on our door at 7:57 am. I was quite impressed regarding how blessed they had been. From there on, everything went really smoothly. The movers carefully packaged and packed on all possessions. We needed to do so. They have been done with the entire thing in only 3 hours. The shipping has been made the following day. They came just 20 minutes after us. I was happy to find all of our valuables undamaged. It was a simple and easy movement, courtesy of Apollo relocation solutions.

The company provide low quotes for your own move, make promises of providing discounts,  they compose your stock but do not contain the packing fees.   In my situation, the representative explained the wrap was included in the cost but as soon as the movers arrived in 10pm, once Apollo advised me they’d be there involving 3-6pm, the movers needed an additional $1000. Obviously I could not catch Apollo on the telephone, The following day, I got somebody who told me that the company said he was only charging me $500, then I inquired why was not all of my things on the stock sheet that I gave them. They basically said that it had been my fault, so I asked them to pull on the listed conversation and request to talk to a supervisor or in which I could voice my criticism the rep. SETH,” SAID that he couldnt do so. Now Im needing to find another organization and likely pay more. APOLLO CLAIMS TO decrease STRESS, DONT BELIEVE IT, THEY CAUSE MORE STRESS, they aren’t timely, not reliable, not trusted, there isn’t any wonder they’re not rated with the Better Business Bueru. When I asked in their BBB rating, ” they stated BBB charges firms for all those evaluations, I must have conducted then. MOVERS BEWARE, DO NOT CHOOSE APOLLO RELICATION SERVICES. YOU WILL REGRET IT. The company shared some non-technical practices of the business

    Never ever choose this company

I eventually got my things after 45 days waiting from pick-up to delivery times, complete 31 business days using a single box disintegrated. Throughout the waiting, I phoned or texted many many times for upgrade information. Sometimes, I want wait 10 to 30 minutes to possess individual answer my mobile phone. They never actively provide upgrade info and even when I phoned and they promised to phone me back, but they never called me back.
I had been told in the start, it might take 4 to 10 times without a hidden charge for binding contract, nevertheless they billed me another more packaging and handling fee for my piano and that I took reimbursement policy for this complex several days delay, because this delayed delivery triggered a massive annoyance for our family’s everyday living; nevertheless they never supplied me. Even though they provided $27 daily reduction because of this delay, I phoned and voiced I don’t agree that this reimbursement and that I need watched the payment coverage. I was ignored rather than watched the coverage.
The business is a broker, not a real carrier, they moved my things into other moving business without even notifying me; I had been so disappointed for their solutions. I take responsibility to every given word. I’d never ever choose this, and would not ever recommend to other men and women.

    Awful

My spouse and I are in the midst of handling this extremely unprofessional firm. After being granted a transfer date of the 29th or 30th from Bryan, and ensured that he will be in touch with us during the procedure, none of that’s occurred. We had been contacted yesterday and advised that the vehicle is”running late”. They cannot give us an specific move date, don’t call us back, and therefore are fairly rude on the telephone. According to the contract we ought to receive back our money so we are able to secure additional services. We’re in the process of calling the Attorney General and submitting a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Now all we need is our deposit back. When it’s really hard for them to answer the telephone, get us movers, and provide us a transfer date how can I expect them to transfer our things throughout the nation safely? I feel exceptionally cared for, lied to, and place in a really vulnerable position. Unfortunately I feel like this is the way their company is normally conduct and would caution anyone from calling them.

    Awful Service

My spouse and I are in the midst of dealing with this provider. After we gave our residue Bryan ensured us that he’d be the one that we would be dealing with, that he would call us to give us updates, and work together during this procedure. . .we haven’t heard from Bryan or managed to get him on the phone because we gave him our deposit. We’re supposed to proceed now but are now being advised that it could be August 1st. Because of rentals, job launch dates along with many different reasons this doesn’t do the job for us, particularly since they still can’t provide us a definite shift. As they are breaking one of the details of the contract at this stage we simply need our deposit back. If it is so hard to get them to pick up our stuff how are we supposed to trust them to transfer our possessions halfway across the country? When trying to talk to anyone they place you on hold, pass you about, or flat out don’t phone you back. We’re presently in a very vulnerable situation as they have our deposit, we’re extremely close to if we will need to proceed, and they’re becoming very tough to use. Unfortunately I feel like this is the way they generally operate. We’re submitting a claim with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Attorney General. I strongly advise you to avoid this company in any way costs.

    Talented herd of movers

I had been going out of Wisconsin to Arkansas to live with my girlfriend. I lived in WI for only two decades and so the majority of my furniture has been rather brand-new. I entrusted Apollo relocation solutions together with the shifting responsibilities. They were fantastic. All of my furniture as well as other things reached Little Rock, AR with no single scratch on them. I must give it to their own direct guy and his team. They performed so well with the packaging, loading, hauling and unpacking procedure. I’ll certainly hire them again.

    FILE COMPLAINT WITH NY AG!!!!

On July 25, 2015 I told Lorraine I had a guaranteed delivery date of August 1, 2015. Lorraine place me on hold and advised me that her discharged said my things would be sent out of Ohio to Florida on August 1. Lorraine hurried me to signal the digital arrangement and provide credit card information to lock in space on truck for send on Aug 1.  After registering I noticed that there wasn’t any reference of Aug 1 delivery. Lorraine explained that she woul send fresh agreement/email with affirmation of Aug.1. Lorraine didn’t. Monday July 27 I got a call from Samantha who advised me that my delivery date has been being transferred back. After dispersing my displeasure into Samantha, Angela/Andrea (alleged manager ) called me and apologized for Samantha’s rudeness and ensured me of an August 1 delivery. On the day of the 27th I called to ask about incorporating three extra things to my purchase and also reconfirm by delivery date of August 1. This time Seth explained that nobody in their business would assure and delivery date and that I heard what I needed to hear. He explained that today after they’d my $800 deposit I was looking in a 2 to 8 day window for shipping. I requested him to pull on the alleged taped dialogue and he denied. Additionally, I requested him to talk to Angela and he explained that she’d abandoned for the afternoon. Now July 28 I predicted early morning and talked to Jim. Jim was as rude and obnoxious as Seth! In addition, he claimed that nobody in Apollo would assure or provide an specific shipping date. He requested him to pull on the alleged documented telephone and he also denied. I phoned back and especially requested to talk to Angela. Angela got about the telephone and informed me that we did NOT have a conversation the previous day seeing a shipping date and that she’d phone me back within 20 minutes. This was about 9AM this morning. It’s 6:40PM and NO callback from Angela. Everyone should file a complaint to the New York State Attorney General’s Office concerning this Business. They LIE, fool and therefore are really misleading and deceptive. Part 1 of this Fair Trading Act 1986 provides prohibitions against: misleading and deceptive conduct in commerce, generally and in relation to goods, services and employment untrue or deceptive representations

    Stress-Free

I had to maneuver like yesterday, but I had been moving round the nation so I wanted some expert assistance. This was precisely what I obtained with Apollo, quick, friendly, professional support at a cost which didn’t violate the bank.
The sales staff which I worked with was wonderful. They gave me heaps of moving hints and methods to save cash. They showed me that the path my things would have to save me money and kept me informed every end of the way.
The moving team was a power to be reckoned with. They worked with a goal and got the work done. Friendly, considerate, and expeditious in their activities. Could not have asked for better support.
    Totally excellent experience!

Hardworking movers and friendly customer care

Needing to move homes always freaks me out. The space between Salt Lake City to Dallas does not help either. I made a decision to move Apollo relocation solutions to lighten my anxiety. They really came into the job all set! Not only did they eliminate my anxiety, but they took on the duty all independently. As soon as I called them, the guy on the telephone Jim he appeared really friendly and eager to assist. He also called me back in a couple of hours with an extremely reasonable quote. He even explained to me how the billing functions so there could be no surprises in the future. The movers came sharp in time and were quite competent searching. All four guys had years of moving experience and it showed in the way that they worked around my old home packing and loading all of my possessions. Their efficiency guaranteed they made the deadline. The guys were so difficult working. Nevertheless, they did it all with a grin in their faces. I’m rather impressed with this firm.

    Very commendable company

I made a decision to go to FL from NM to reside near my loved ones. It was not too much and relocating in my own was very possible. However, I simply can not handle the concept of movement. So, I hired Apollo relocation methods to perform the task for me. They were simply excellent. This firm has a reputation of providing you quite aggressive quotes. The quote I had was also quite fair. Their team came 5 minutes late that really is okay. They must work quickly and filled everything speedily. They were very cautious with all the packaging though. They really paid a great deal of attention as it arrived into my breakables. They have been performed in only under 3 hours and I believe I saved a great deal of cash for how fast they worked. They produced the delivery to Sunrise, FL in Time. Actually, I found them pulling the truck up like I just reached the home in my vehicle. I must give credit to such movers for being exceptionally organized and efficient.

I’ll certainly not employ any other firm but Apollo relocation solutions. They really are the only folks, and I’ve observed a number of other people, who provide what they promise. I’ve hired many organizations to relocate me before and there were always difficulties. The previous two days, I hired Apollo relocation solutions and everything went smoothly. Their guys were rather effective, skilled, seasoned and educated during my final move from Chicago to San Diego. They keep you informed about your relocation. They operate extremely fast however attentively.  I’m thoroughly impressed with the movers utilized by Apollo relocation solutions. On either of my motions, nothing broke or got ruined. It’s excellent to have finally discovered a moving company who does its job nicely.

Terrible, google this company on Better Business Bureau.

Google”Apollo relocation providers Better Business Bureau”. You’ll come across a more precise image of exactly what this firm is all about. This is my overview.

Stay away from Apollo relocation solutions. They’re a broker firm that supplies the perception of getting movers. They guarantee timely shipping but once they have you electronically sign their contract you understand that their poor communication, inadequate scheduling and bad response to client requirements.

My evaluation of Apollo relocation solutions…
Communication: quite poor.   Courtesy of the team: quite poor.   Scheduling: Quite poor.     Legion Express moving agency (firm Apollo hired for the transfer ): Never showed up on first moving date. Needed to cancel flight.     Actual Pickup: Relatively efficient and quick, once they really showed up.     Delivery: Delayed. Quite bad. Perhaps you ever sign a form in pickup saying delivery could be carried out in 2-14 business days. 14 business days is basically 3 months.   Ask yourself If You’re willing to wait three months to your all your furniture.   Actual Drop-off: Took 19 times to move things. Delivered several broken things, such as a broken table, eyeglasses, and wedding presents with sentimental value.

    1. First dialog: Napolean (among the salesman) advised me that they’ve got an accessible truck and they’ll have the ability to move me in my specified date. This was untrue. Additionally they couldn’t guarantee a transfer time for me personally on this date. I just found this after I took his word for it and paid the deposit.

    2. Scheduling/Courtesy/Communication: Apollo is brokercompany, maybe not a real moving firm. You get a multiple day window where the movers MAY appear up. You’ll not have any idea which day they’ll encounter after 5 pm the day before. They supply you with a feeling that you will have your own truck through your first conversation. This, as I said, is untrue. That is the reason there is so far in query concerning move time since the movers are sending product from different individuals too. The next party movers just care about group shipments to save themselves money and time.

    3. Actual move: Eventually had the movement scheduled for a Monday after 8 pm according to Apollo relocation solutions. Monday comes and goes along with the Movers never revealed. It was next last day of this rental and we have no supported movers. I needed to cancel my Tuesday AM flight because the movers never showed up on Monday. The movers eventually arrive Tuesday day, last afternoon of the rental.

    4. My possessions weren’t delivered before July 19th. That is 19 days following the possessions were picked up, basically 3 weeks, a very long time to get a 10 hour drive. A number of the boxes have been broken, with broken eyeglasses, a broken desk. The movers denied to build the desk that the disassembled on pickup, the movement has been likely to be white glove with disassembly and assembly. The Agency, Alexander, was horribly rude. Mover didn’t mention some boxes were broken when he asked for the money up front. We noticed the boxes that were broken since they were being attracted in.

Advice I obtained from a different moving company: Do not trust broker firms that will provide you an estimate on the telephone, send you an immediate contract and need a deposit. Reputable movers will send somebody to do a visual survey of your relocation. Do yourself a favor and learn from my error.

I went 3 months without 90 percent of my possessions. Needed to cancel/purchase a brand new flight and Purchase new clothes, and of course the prices out of broken table, eyeglasses and other moving things.

    Showed efficiency

It surely is a ways from NE into WV. However, my spouse and I could not distinguish from the utter love we need to our furniture. Thus, we chose to transfer them with us. We appreciated Apollo relocation solutions to assist us with the movement and my primary concern was that because the business is really unknown to us, would they be great or not. They really were effective. These guys meant business. Nothing was missed from the four movers that arrived to do the job. The truck and guys were very reasonably costly to employ. I was quite impressed to find out how all of my cherished parts of furniture have been wrapped perfectly and rich from the vans. They came in WV at the scheduled moment. I’m really optimistic regarding the future of the organization and I highly recommend hiring them to another move.

    We moved quite easily

Following the collapse of Detroit, it was time to return home to Idaho. I hired Apollo relocation solutions as I needed to proceed on such a brief notice and that I was very anxious to do all of it by itself.  Apollo relocation providers actually helped me during this procedure. Their estimate was more than rational as well as the movers were quite competent. My materials were neatly packaged and then packed onto two trucks. Both trucks came at exactly the identical time on the scheduled date in ID. I am so thankful they left my move so simple and easy. I’ll certainly hire them again.

They provided excellent service, friendly approaches, and also gave me a few moving hints that made the procedure go more easily. I had been delighted with their packaging services, too – fast and efficient. I couldn’t suggest Apollo more tremendously. They left my movement painless and easy, and they took care of all of the grunt work.

    Awful move..

I nearly cancelled my order because of poor reviews but Barry convinced me that all complaints were solved which was the very first of several lies.   I made certain my stock was accurate right down to the tiniest thing but my closing price was 26% greater than quoted.   There  was no contact regarding date of pickup but Apollo advised me when I phoned them they had been in their way around June 25 and could arrive in a hour.   Many hours after we called again and was informed that there was still a flat tire.   The following morning the movers showed up in 2 little rented trucks and advised me that there wasn’t any flat bike and they hadn’t even approved the task before the night before so the little rented trucks.   So Apollo hadn’t any inspector for all while they have been asserting flat tires, etc..   Even the Tiny trucks needed to be moved to large trucks also there was Lots of harm.   The speed abruptly jumped 26 percent in Spite of a precise stock list and at the point we had been stuck and needed to cover.   We attempted to contact Apollo concerning the damages and cost but they’d just send an email telling us to get into the moving business though our contract has been signed by Apollo.   For this date we Don’t Have Any contact or compensation from anyone for harms.   We’re an older couple on fixed income and this business actually took good care of us.   Use them in your own peril.   Don’t consider them which they solved issues till you speak to me personally.

As one mother who needed to move across the nation, my nerves were shot and my period was brief. Apollo is a professional moving company that’s eager to provide moving tips and personalize the package to your own transfer. I had been so delighted with the general experience, particularly their packaging solutions. (Prove me a mother who would like to attempt packaging with toddlers!!) They ensure that all of our possessions arrived safely at our destination and forced the move a whole lot less stressful and demanding for all of us. Highly recommend!!

    5 star services

Apollo relocation providers unquestionably deserves a 5 star rating for the support they supply. For my transfer in Salt Lake City to Dallas, I hired them only on the grounds of this quote they gave me, which was very reasonably priced and their excellent testimonials. The crews were very efficient and they had been in and outside of my flat in two hours’ time. I had been quite happy to observe all of my items arrive at Dallas directly about the scheduled day. Can I mention none of my pieces had been ruined? They really are the best movers I’ve used and that was my fourth time.

    Terrible Experience

I reserved a transfer in AR to MA in early May 2015 using Apollo Relocation Services. The estimator I talked to on the telephone was very friendly and apparently accommodating but finally misrepresented the service which I’d be getting from Apollo Relocation. To start with, he neglected to clarify that Apollo Relocation Services is a moving agent as opposed to movers themselves and that the occupation could be contracted into some third party inspector. Second, during a followup telephone we had once I chose to my order, I advised him that I’d currently have the ability to get there in MA sooner than I initially anticipated (first pickup date was June 20th or 21st to get a July 2nd delivery) and inquired when my arrangement would be delivered any sooner. He advised me that my purchase ought to be in a position to be sent by June 27th or 28th. Then I told him I’d book a trip to be there so far. That might have been an outstanding time for him to say that Apollo doesn’t ensure delivery date and that the contract claims deliveries could arrive involving 1-20 business days later pickup. Rather, he left me with a very different impression that my things would arrive in late June and that it would be nice to create my travel arrangements so. My item wasn’t delivered before July 9th, 13 business days as soon as they were picked up (Apollo afterward explained the 4-12 business days is ordinary, together with orders normally being delivered considerably nearer to 4 times compared to 12). This overdue delivery resulted in considerable inconvenience and cost, as I needed to purchase clothing, cooking materials, and also an airbed to a rush purchase. In the end, the purchase price an extra $450 over the”not-to-exceed, binding” cost. After the driver phoned me to say that he was en route to send my purchase, he asked me when an 18-wheeler would be backed up to the loading pier in my apartment complex. I asked and discovered it couldn’t, and he advised me that a shuttle service could cost an extra $300, and $75 for lift services. When he came, he explained I would be billed another $75 for extended transport service. I waive the contract, also, at the fine print, so it will state that extra fees could be inserted when a shuttle service isn’t required, however none of this was explained to me personally through the estimation procedure and that the estimator didn’t ask the perfect questions through the estimation procedure to find out the real price. Furthermore, having found that Apollo Relocation Services documents their telephone calls with clients, I asked the transcripts of my first conversations using the estimator so as to get an official listing of this correspondence. On the other hand, the girl with whom I talked about this issue informed me that telephone records are simply used for internal functions. In sum, I believe that the support I received wasn’t the service which was conveyed to me through the estimation procedure and that I ought to be paid to the considerable extra cost and inconvenience that this caused me to.

    Stuff still isnt here

Never use this corporation. They’re not those really moving your things. I moved from PA to LA and my belongings has been picked up in Pittsburgh on 6/22, desired in Louisiana around 6/27. 5 times looked like a lot of time to transfer my things. They state in their agreement that they have between 1 and 20 times to provide you things..20 times is a awful long time after that I left the drive from PA to LA in under two days. So 6/27 goes and comes. The individuals who have my things say they are loading it onto a truck on 6/29 and state it must be here by 7/3.  7/3, I predict. They say it is not coming now and will probably be here next week.  Telephone Monday 7/6 for and ETA. New ETA, either Saturday or Sunday. Now, Wednesday 7/9, receive a phone by Apollo telling me that the individual whose substance will be sent prior to mine is the main reason behind the delay. Exactly how is that my problem? Dump that individuals things from the storage device that you state you supply and receive my things here! Now it is not coming till sometime following week..supposedly. I began a new project on Monday and since my stuff was not here I needed to go buy new clothing. I needed to purchase an aviation because clearly my mattress is about the truck. Apollo simply keeps searching for the delay. Well I am not accepting apologies just about any more. Oh, and apparently the cash which you pay does not visit Apollo. It belongs on the moving truck business. So still another reason Apollo does not provide two f**ks on your own stuff. My transfer was initially anticipated to cost $1800. In the right time of this transfer it twice to $3600. I have already paid the $600 deposit to Apollo and $1700 on the day of this transfer, so nobody is getting some extra cash. I’m a pharmacist and need to offer customer support daily. All these people today guarantee their”outstanding customer service” that is BS. WORST MOVING COMPANY/CONTRACTOR EVER.

    Con artists

When I first talked with Nick the salesperson, he appeared to have all of the answers.   He was ultra polite and kept reassuring me that I wouldn’t need to manage issues like you’ve got with different movers.  He promised me that the movers could Appear at the two-day window framework.   I then transferred to Seth who had been likely to use me on explaining my items to be transferred and give me a quote.   Oh, he had been great.   I spent nearly an hour going over all of the things size, etc.,.   Oh, and to save me money, it had been suggested I go into a store like Home Depot and pick up transferring stuff to keep my price.   Oh, and insurance, no issue.   Their insurance Isn’t That great so that I need to use my dwelling owners, but really they never have experienced some Issues.   He really said this!   Both of these workers should find the con artist of the year awards! Movers arrived in the final hour of next day (Sat. Nite) and required cash for their part.   Not what I’d been advised.   They drove off. I Couldn’t reach Apollo before Monday morning and they said they knew nothing about it.   Meanwhile, I had to venture from town so a buddy had to allow 2nd movers at the next Wednesday.   When 2nd movers showed up the motorist enters the home, eyeballs the load, also states it’ll brew additional $600, over and over Seth’s estimate.  I had been speaking with the driver on the telephone because I needed to fly outside.   I felt as though he had all of the energy and I had been held hostage.   If I didn’t agree, probably he’d have left and I’d have needed to obtain another buddy and/or be billed.  Driver  said I’d additional large pieces. Really?   Seth and I’d discussed all bits and their dimensions.   Driver said I’d extras big boxes. Really? I’d only bought medium and small boxes from Home Depot.   I attempted to get a hold of someone out of Apollo but because it was day nobody replied.   Afterwards, Apollo remarked to me that their workers had off their time.   Sarah was the customer support representative from Apollo.   She Wasn’t helpful and had a little of a condescending tone to her voice.   I desired Apollo to describe to me the cost gap.   Nobody would speak to me and kept saying that they had been awaiting the paperwork.   In this day and pc era, I find that a fairly lame explanation.   I won’t ever know the purpose of Seth’s energy and time in case a 10 minute’eyeballer’ decides my price? When things were sent to CA, I had a busted DR dining table, a lost bit off an antique library table, and only badly wrapped furniture.   They even tried to give me somebody else’s mind!  Oh, and if Apollo stated I simply had to file a claim – agreeing.   The claim Procedure is long and dull and requires much instruction.   Take photos of everything!   Write everything down on your boxes!   Inventory and examine everything as it comes from the truck!   Customer Beware! Apollo Isn’t the agent you need to handle your transfer.   Please trust me on this. I’m filing a complaint with the Federal Motor and Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).   While It Won’t give me financial compensation, It’s Going to have an investigator research allegations and nice Apollo.   I’m also filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau serving Metropolitan New York.   Even if I don’t receive any financial restitution, at least Apollo will get this on their own record.

The salesmen were quite good in the beginning you in, and then you never talked to them again. Telephone calls were returned – never, hours after, with insufficient details. I needed to call, telephone, call. The moving co which has been hired by Apollo has been AWFUL. They phoned and said that they had been arriving a DAY EARLY although not to stress. . .they would package for me and after all, they are professionals. Enormous mistake. They gave me some while then called and said they’d be two hours late. They actually came two weeks later than this which was 9pm. The project wasn’t completed at 11:30pm and so that they arrived back in the afternoon. After the truck was complete, this was it! Meaning – 40 something sticks have been left behind! OMG! The anger I felt. The motorist was SO rude, always interrupting and talking over me. More than after he pushed an item into me stating”here” as if you accept it. I had been shocked. Fast forward to shipping. They provide when they would like to. 10pm since”it needs to be tonight”. Boxes brought in as that they took a bat to them. Furniture which has been wrapped was gouged and scratched. It turned out to be a real nightmare.

    Great service and great price

Cost and service wise that is the best moving company in the organization. There are lots of BIG titles around but barely anything great about these so called moving businesses. When I booked my relocation with Apollo relocation solutions, I wasn’t expecting much due to my experience with different businesses. Nevertheless, they exceeded my own expectations. The shifting group of 3 men revealed u in time, helped us packaging the delicate things, loaded everything easily and drove to IA over the agreed time. It had been great to see all of the possessions arriving safe and sound and with no hidden charges. It’s apparent that Apollo relocation providers is quite much dependable and very affordable.

    Terrible - avoid

Moved from NYC to Michigan at June-July 2015. Oh dear. Where to Start. Terrible support from the minute they required the deposit. No second questionnaire (as advertised). Two consented pickup dividers came (and went) and the team that eventually came arrived after 8pm, broke glass doors, lacked adequate packing stuff and left at 1230am. The fantastic news is that my stuff came. The good thing is all about a quarter of those products were damaged. This is a broker not a mover, and also a fairly dreadful store at that. I actually don’t mind paying $1k as a finders fee to a broker – but boy I’d prefer a capable one that selects decent subcontractors and yields calls. Apollo, a little broker with loads of market hustle however inadequate company, is best avoided.

    Stress free relocation

The move has been rather stress-free whilst coping with Apollo relocation solutions. Beginning from the fiscal to the bodily work, they have been ideal in each and every regard.  I could not find any error anywhere. I was fearful of proceeding previously. However, following my final move from NJ to NY – I believe moving is may be quite a breeze. All you will need is somebody effective like Apollo relocation providers beside you. They really know their craft.

I got the best possible move ever

I can’t thank enough to those fine men and women.  Apollo relocation services had been fresh to me when I approached them for my transfer however I came to understand about them from my buddy. They sent the external estimator to your onsite quote that was very exact and cheap for me. They left the stock checklist, packed my stuffs, took great care of the delicate and fragile things while packaging and loading and kept an eye on the flooring and walls at both the finish. I was happy to obtain all of my possessions in the agreed period and with no harm and surprisingly compensated what has been quoted!!!

    They were terrific

This had been a well executed movement. Due to the four men group from Apollo relocation solutions. They not merely quoted the very best cost, scheduled our relocation within a day’s notice and they truly delivered at the requested array of dates. The packaging materials that they used were top caliber; they made certain to not scuff the walls and floors in both the ends and also took great care of these delicate products. They did provide all of my possessions safe and sound inside the agreed period so thanks Apollo for do it and doing it right

    I made the right choice

Apollo relocation providers came up to provide the very best strategy and won the match. It seems pleased to take the ideal choice of utilizing Apollo relocation solutions. Particularly once you understand that your choice is providing you far more than what you predicted. That’s something indescribable. Their crews didn’t damage or break anything when moving. That’s the area where the majority of the uncertainty is different. The remaining items were handled flawlessly. Yet more, I made the ideal choice going with Apollo relocation solutions.

This is one of the best companies

I’ve utilized many moving companies previously. So, I knew what to expect from a plumber. But when I got a good deal more than what I had been expecting, I was sort of speechless. To begin with of the cost that they provided was less than any other businesses, second they showed up on time and the transfer day and packaged the entire home without a hitch and also paid attention to the security of the flooring and walls, thirdly the fall off was created in time and nothing had been ruined in any way, perhaps not even the smallest of those scratches!!! Once being functioned like a VIP, it’s my obligation to appreciate the help of Apollo relocation solutions.

Visiting Concord, NH in Atlanta, GA was s sudden choice and employing Apollo relocation serviceswas another surprising choice. Among my friends recommended the organization and I didn’t bother to get in touch with any other businesses. Their quoted cost seemed fair and they earnings rep also looked highly professional. Their 4 guys team came on time in the transfer day, packaged and loaded all, implemented each of the maneuvers with terrific care and ensure everything goes on this checklist. Fall off was completed over the allotted time and also the state of the stock was superb. I truly can’t thank enough.

    Made me enjoy moving!

Apollo Relocation Services really are the top movers round.
Assessing a move together is incredibly simple and effective and they predict to deal with any problems with your relocation petition (ie. Date, time etc.. ) They are extremely upfront about all of the moving costs and their prices are reasonable in comparison to other movers.
The movers came about 45 minutes early for my transfer.  The loading/unloading commute period just took 2 weeks and the movers have been incredibly effective (no breaks except for a fast drink of water) and admired my possessions and each of the walls and doors. I’ve got two quite hefty dressers and they were able to move individuals outside and in without a issue. It was also refreshing to get trained movers that understood exactly what they were doing.
The truck is packaged so closely and carefully, like an ideal match of Tetris… which only makes me happy about an entirely different level since I am strange.  No scratches about whatever, no dents from the wallswithout any harm, nothing. All of my disassembled/reassembled furniture have been perfectly done. It is like they were not even here. Except I am so glad they’re!
They practically make me feel as though I really delight in going, but let us not be foolish. What I do like is a trusted business who has preserved their high excellent support. Thank you!

    Confident

The mindset of assurance is something different. It doesn’t show, it seems.  Apollo relocation solutions made me maintain my religion on them for moving to NJ with my possessions from NY. They did not let me down. They took all necessary actions to allow it to be ideal one it really became a perfect and perfect move. On the opposite end meaning my fate was also well arranged. This assurance stems in honesty and sincerity. I’m confident on Apollo relocation solutions.

This is the second time that I had been moving with Apollo relocation solutions and I believe they evolved now compared to the previous one. This time Apollo relocation solutions has more experienced teams and more technically advanced. That reflected in their services. Better packaging and better managing made sure nothing moves busted from my previous home or nothing hurt moves in my brand new one. Much much better, much enhanced. Today I can suggest them confidently.

    VERY professional and prompt!

I’ve moved more than a couple occasions in my lifetime, mostly for company, and this business was known me with a close friend because their services were done with quite professional and friendly men and women. I needed to proceed in Los Angeles to Houston and it had been just a day and a half of pickup to delivery. The whole price was about $3,500 rather than just one thing was chipped, scraped, or lost. I would strongly recommend this firm to anybody moving round the nation!

They explained to me just how long distance moving functions and provided me their solutions in an incredible price. I could not say no! The movers were on time, effective, and attentive with my stuff. I got every thing in exactly the identical state I flipped it in. In general, a excellent experience with this business, highly suggest them.

Buyer beware: This is probably a scam

If you get a call from Apollo…ignore it. Here is what you need to know: -Apollo is broker, not a full service mover. That means they hire out to whoever they can find with a truck. -You’ll see lots of positive reviews. Look closely at the dates. They’re all very close together and very cookie cutter. Also, look at “Michael Houston”‘s replies on Yelp. Go to the picture. Right click and search for it in Google Images – it’s a stock photo. He’s not a real person. -Your contact with Apollo is meaningless. You’re signing a piece of paper that features promises that cannot legally be upheld. If you plop down a deposit, they’ll tell you signed the contract and you can’t get it back. However, if you were to take this to small claims court – you probably could since they don’t clearly advertise that the deposit is a “fee for service.” In fact, their website even tells you “Please note that a properly licensed interstate broker, such as Apollo Relocation Services, is not a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by an FMCSA authorized motor carrier, whose charges will be determined by its published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier’s tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.”

    Stay Away

What could I say. Learned the hard way. Avoid Moving Agents like Apollo Relocation Services. Initial sales pitch has been too great to be true. “Barry””Michael Houston” Each one of the exact same. Dishonest, company practices. Read the fine print, and think twice before organizing”ANY” kind of move together. In addition, these recent testimonials are fake. Just a couple of weeks back they weren’t here on this website.

    Terrible Apollo relocation service

No matter what you do, don’t utilize Apollo relocation. They’re terrible. The salesman tells you all that you need to listen and after that he’s the purchase and you cover your deposit you’ll never have to talk with him again. I had been billed $503 for boxes, bubble wrap, and tape also was not advised of this until afterwards all of my stuff had been packed up. As soon as I told them that I did not have the money that they explained they’d unpack my things and leave it to the floor. The moving truck really followed me into the trunk to secure more cash. It was a dishonest deal and that I was totally cared for. When I named the company the next afternoon, I talked to”Sarah” and she stated she’d look after my own it, but now won’t call me back. Shady dishonest company, I am so disappointed.

    Heartless company

I hired Apollo to move my older mother. Unfortunately she became really sick and their was no way she was going to have the ability to move. I predicted with in seven days to cancel as the contract says. They expressed that it’d be best when my account was put on hold that manner if I did want them in the long run all of my advice will already be in the system. What they did not tell me was that I wouldn’t receive my deposit back. I never would have agreed had I understood this. I called to describe my situation and they have been rude and unsympathetic. My family has also lost everything from the Memorial Weekend flooding in Texas. I expressed to them how desperately we want this money that they owe me. They were rather cold and heartless. No sympathy or remorse what so ever.

    Apollo Relocation is TERRIBLE

Apollo Relocation Services was a firm that contracted West Coast Movers to transfer us from California to Colorado. The sales agent we originally talked to, LeAnn, advised us of a single cost dependent on the advice we supplied of our stock. She asked us if your moving truck, (didn’t signaled size of truck) could become near our location and if it had been 100 ft or less from our door to truck (which is was less than 75 ft ). We asked a transfer date of May 16th and we had been confident that we would be transferred on that specific date. When West Coast Movers called to affirm our pickup, they advised us we wouldn’t be picked up before May 17th and this caused significant flaws in our movement. West Coast Movers then told us that our complicated couldn’t accomodate a 53′ foot truck and they’d need to shuttle our family products with a bigger truck that raised the price and them telling us it had been greater than 75 feet from door to truck and they’d need to bill us a long haul charge. Since the movers began to package our household products they then AGAIN advised us that our family products came outside to be more cubic feet ( although we had everything thing listed on our stock according to Apollo’s inventory checklist). Hence that the price increased yet again and again by the time West Coast Movers finished packing up us, our”BINDING NOT TO EXCEED” quote had climbed price! VERY UPSETTING! In this entire time, I’m not able to get in touch with Apollo to go over the problems that have arisen. As we filled out the paperwork, we advised West Coast Movers Foreman, Casey, which we don’t have an address it’s being delivered to since we’ll use the”30 days free storage” which Apollo offered. Casey afterward said that the earliest delivery date to this storage facility are the next day, May 18th. We put that information about the paperwork as we had been advised that are the earliest delivery date into the storage centre. May 22nd I receive a phone call letting me know that my household products are currently in transit and West Coast Movers want a speech to send it to. How can this be if we’ve got it likely to storage for 30 days? Since placing the first delivery date because being May 18th about the paperwork, my products are presently being delivered to me personally and I’m given three choices that are all going to price ME more income!! I contact Apollo and talk with mind of shipment, Barry. Barry was rude, unhelpful, argumentative and essentially told me there’s nothing that he can perform and I’m wasting my time speaking to him. This was apparently my mistake and I need to take care of this. So I must pay more income to get a storage device that I needed to find in my own and then now I must MOVE all my household goods from the storage device to my home at a later date. This is the entire point of selecting a moving business. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I’ll NEVER ever use Apollo Relocation again and I shall make certain I get my story out there so nobody else needs to go through this nightmare.

    Amazing relocation service

After my husband’s employer chose to relocate him, I was puzzled. We were not only moving our items , we were going our own lives. Apollo Relocation Services known that. Their company transfer solutions are 100% comprehensive. I’m particularly impressed by their automobile transport. We desired to push back the kids in 1 automobile, and we believed it’d be a nightmare to boat another automobile, however, Apollo gave us a really a fair automobile shipping quote and sent it smoothly. The movers and the client support agents were courteous, professional and comprehension. It is so pleasant to be aware that there is still a business which knows what their customers are moving through and tries not just to offer a valuable support but also to help alleviate stress. While I expect never to go again, should I really do, I shall probably be using Apollo back again.

My experience with Apollo relocation solutions was an enjoyable one. The week of this move I had been feeling really sick so I considered rescheduling but Apollo promised me that as a complete service mover I would not need to do something. The men sent over were right on time and handled my things how I’d like them treated. I’d say professionalism and timeliness are a few of their finest qualities. They supplied me excellent move assistance and I already recommended them for a relative.

    Wonderful Moving Experience

Apollo Relocation Services.   My husband was in the army for several decades. We just got the word that he was having to relocate again. It can be difficult enough leaving your family and friends that you love. However, it may be excruciating once you want to relocate every one of your items also. We had been advised regarding Apollo Relocation Services and got in contact with them. They also made us feel really comfortable sharing with us that they worked with a great deal of military relocations. They gave us lots of moving suggestions to make the transfer as worry free as you can. Additionally they shared with us that they had been level rate movers. As flat rate movers, Apollo supplied me with a thorough inventory and clarified the pricing of what. After working together I wished to inform anyone which has a movement coming around feel great about working with Apollo Relocation Services. It is likely to make your relocation really pleasurable.

Back in March I decided I did not wish to spend the following afternoon at Seattle, I had to return home in Miami. I typed movers in the Yellow Pages and known as the initial 3 firms that seemed. Buyer Beware

My experience has been quite like Dominic Palmeroni’s. I’ve turned into a contract with a really competitive used car salesman strategy, and if I attempted to draw from the bargain a few hours afterwards, I had been threatened with legal actions. Given that my focus required to be about shifting, rather than becoming embroiled in a nasty legal battle to win back my $700″deposit,” that I decided to proceed. BIG MISTAKE!!! This broker company completely neglected to satisfactorily document the scale and size of my home. As soon as I pointed out that the absence of attention to detail and contested their precision, I had been treated using a cavalier, condescending, dismissive attitude and advised I did not understand what I was referring to, (never mind I had subsequently talked to numerous other moving companies who’d essentially told me that the quote they gave me could never hold up depending on the actual contents of my home ). Naturally, once the movers didn’t appear (and that I also had to find them out to find any definitive movement date), they said this the”binding contract” that I had signed up was between me and Apollo and had”nothing more to do together.” Then they raised the cost by $1000, essentially telling me that the 700 has been Apollo’s FEE for support rather than included in the purchase price of the transfer, and then replaced the initial quote using a non-binding contract in order that they can continue to boost the charges since they saw fit – that they completely failed. Currently, Apollo is asserting that I”additional things” after-the-fact, which isn’t accurate in any respect. In reality, I sold off my washer and drier to attempt and offset the additional cost once I understood I was likely to get pulled from the moving business upon arrival. I wound up paying over $1850 MORE compared to my initial quote with this movement. NOT OK!!! I’ve registered a formal complaint with the BBB, and I HIGHLY recommend that everybody else that was burnt by this firm do exactly the same.

    PO'd in Michigan

I really could probably copy and paste the inspection before me which would speed lower than 1 star if at all possible. The first client service representative was on the top nice and”Michael” assured me the moon and then that they would make my transfer a excellent experience. He advised me to see their testimonials and talked badly of additional moving companies. He moved over in detail what they’d do and took his deposit of $800 that finally became 900. I moved in detail together with him the things to be transferred and also videoed my things and took photos and left a comprehensive itemized list ahead of the pickup. I had two TV’s and 2 lamps which weren’t boxed because of the fact I’d lost the first boxes. They brought me an additional $600  until they’d pick up my stuff for the wrap supplies and labour. Really? I also had been on a brief time period to report for my new job constantly being confident that my items will arrive as near my arrival date as you can. Beware all of the fine print. They’ve 21 working days to provide and will not tell you that!! They also didn’t tell me that my items will be carried to a warehouse to be unloaded and picked up yet again by a different inspector in a subsequent date.  After arriving in my new place I needed to remain in a hotel for 2 days because I wasn’t ready to remain in my brand new apartment without a possessions!  Today nobody would give me an immediate answer concerning an eta. Just a rude woman who talked to me like I had been a two year older and educated me that the drivers couldn’t speak on the telephone by law whilst driving. Really? Are there just two from the truck? And funny that he called double while forcing to speak to me personally on delivery day? At length, on the next evening, the driver phoned to inform me it’d be about a few days afterwards. Obviously, I had been habituated to not say”Michael” couldn’t be attained. Now, it is possible to just talk to”Dispatch” who had nothing to do with all the initial arrangement and they do not give a crap!  Obviously, no one that I dealt with past the merry man that got this fiasco was anywhere near friendly nor professional. Eventually, my items came and you wouldn’t even think the way the boxes seemed and roaches started exercising since they had been attempting to bring them in!  The movers even helped us kill them [EDIT]!  I’m still lacking three notes that contain my kitchen gear. Blender, toaster, mixer, Tupperware, respectively and was delivered a broken wall mirror and bookshelf. But they did strive to produce a love seat which didn’t belong to me!  Whatever you can do at this stage is really file a promise and hope for the best that I won’t even try. These individuals are incredible!  You won’t be happy and if you appreciate your premises or your own sanity. Do not rely on them!  An estimated $2400 movement ended up costing me 3400 before all was said and done, as well as the reduction I won’t regain (on a 1 bedroom apt).

    Use another service

I’d give a decrease inspection for this organization but I must provide a 1 star minimum. Please don’t be duped with these folks! They’re moving agents, not the real movers. I needed to proceed with short notice to get a new project and did not have the money to cover the transfer. I spoke to a man there and he promised me that payment using a credit card could be fine. I set down my payment of $600 about the purchase and waited patiently for the men to come pick up my things. The Movers were presumed to phone me to tell me if they were going to be arriving… they didn’t. Finally I needed to phone the company to find an ETA. The movers showed up and began functioning and everything sounded fine. I made sure again, that spending with my own card will be fine. Nevertheless, when it came time to cover they gave me difficulty. Could be that they did not actually speak English well either… Ultimately it got taken care of and they left together with my products. A few days after I received a call from the business that transferred my merchandise saying that my burden was 900 pounds over weight. Now I do not have a means to show it one way or the other, however, what I transferred if NOT have weighed against the assumed 4100 pounds. Mainly since I did not bring any heavy product like sofas or appliances. But with no way to verify that they realised the cost I had to cover it. Eventually came the shipping, which they phoned me about one hour until they were planning to be in my brand new home, which they had been overdue to anyways… I’d at the point assessed FOUR times around using my own card along with the driver argued with me about it saying I didn’t speak to anybody and that I had both a check or money order or I couldn’t get my things. I created provisions and needed to borrow money from family and also wrote a test. I phoned and he explained that private checks wouldn’t be approved but they might now take my charge… Incidentally when you state you take”tests” you better say”certified check” to ensure it is clear! After they eventually revealed, after contending with me if I had been in my own house or not they revealed. The man arrived and had me sign paperwork. He refused to deliver within my possessions until I signed the paperwork which said all was in fine form. Too bad I did, that they shattered my bed and box spring. They had been wrapped up in thick vinyl made for transferring beds and box springs and yet they were somehow able to split them available in areas and enable them to get stained and SOAKED. My mattress was soaked all of the way over and four days after remains somewhat moist. They frayed a part of it also. However, what do I really do, they also made me sign the paperwork until I could examine it at the first location. Considering all the stress that they caused and misinformation, I must have just gone with U-Haul or even Pods and spare the trouble and annoyances. Do not expect them whatsoever. And I am fairly certain that all of these 5 star reviews they’re really over-joyed to mention within their own salesman spiel is a load of B.S. and fluff that they did so that people will really use them.

My move with Apollo was fantastic!

I can’t thank Apollo enough for their own sales rep Mike along with the foreman Adam for finishing my move over the given time and with no harm or undesirable troubles. When I phoned and spoke about Mike, I had a sense that he understood what he was referring to and that I was perfect. Mike exercised my needs, done the paper work and provided a very moderate cost. Adam with his employees showed up punctually in the move afternoon, had no issue with the delicate and fragile stuff and guaranteed an extremely speedy loading and packaging process. They touched our new house ahead of the scheduled period and made sure that the security of the valuables. From the beginning to complete their support was A. I would strongly suggest Apollo Relocation moving for everybody.
