Definitely the funniest, and poor”company” I’ve EVER worked with. From pickup, to communication, to storage, to billing, to fall off, these folks didn’t get one thing right. I waited seven weeks for my things after calling everyday to move things ahead but apparently the firm might”lose money” by sending my things to me. If this was true, why did they choose the job? They’re attributing the inability to schedule a shipping on Covid, despite them requiring the task at MAY, the elevation of quarantine. After I did receive my things after, once more, seven months of jagged teeth from rude and stubborn individuals, I was missing a couple of things and others were ruined. These individuals are still working is a puzzle, one which anybody who reads this should help to close. DO NOT GIVE YOUR ITEMS AND MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

They advised me that the movers could be several hours late due to an issue with leasing the truck. What I find are the most upsetting and most peculiar facet of being unable to get in contact with them is that when I phoned and asked for a quotation rather than customer support, I’d reach a person immediately, but when I decided to talk with customer support, nobody would ever answer.

At one stage he even directly up hung me up. Additionally, I talked once to a guy named Jake who gave me his private line and still ignored each one of my follow up messages.

None of this conduct is suitable for any business, let alone one charged with home and hauling your heirlooms, furniture, and costly gear.

This firm is really out of touch with all the pain and pain they cause others that they even had the audacity to ask me to eliminate my Better Business Bureau complaint so others would not see it. Not only is that against BBB clinics, but they in no way attempted to help me solve the problem until they began losing money for this. This business is a joke and you’d be safer and better off preventing them and anybody related to them at any cost.
