I completely agree with all the negative reviews on the firm! I’ve moved at least seven occasions in my life up to now, but this really is the worst company to use. If we DID get someone on the telephone they made it very clear that they couldn’t care less about us or our items.

After they finally brought our belongings the truck was filled so full I could observe how squished and ruined my own possessions were from within the home. They broke serving dishes, even a wise TV, a timeless gameboy, ruined both of their dressers, stole one of those boxes of spirits and left us a little someone else’s clothes. Even though the movers were here they also requested mepersonally, a homeowner that they do not understand, if I could inform them if some puzzle items were mine or not. They did not understand. Who knows. It amounted to some sticks, a guitar, and quite a broken mirror. They were not mine so I told them so, but what should I were not honest and desired a guitar?! Then the movers clarified that they were mixed up as their truck was stopped by the authorities and searched for medication during the night before. They showed me photos. I wish I had been lying, but I am not imaginative enough to make up this.

While I attempt to call to find out how I could file for reimbursement in my broken, broken, and stolen items, the way I could find back this bin to the right owner, and possibly to followup on our movers maybe becoming drug mules, no response. Obviously.

I’ve employed moving companies & agents many many times before. This agent is undoubtedly the worst. I’ve been looking for nearly a year to receive my merchandise back but no chance. I must have done my homework and see the testimonials. They were very fine until I sign that the moving contract. After my household products were in their own processions, they toyed with me personally. They waited till they had a second delivery in California to unite mine together with the purchase shipping. So that pushed out my date to six months afterwards. I needed to go purchase & borrow family things. My spouse and I also had two suitcases of clothing each to reside on. Around a dozen boxes had been crushed and all the boxes had been soaking wet from sitting out in the rain until they filled them, my desk had fractures, , my $3k bicycle was lost, and four boxes, and two pricey floor lamps along with a leather seat. My husband left calls and document reports prior to my motorcycle was returned. And that took approximately five months. Customer Service wasn’t any assistance, refused to assist since they state they’re a broker just and not accountable for your moving business itself. I stuffed a police record but that got buried beneath more critical situations, which I know. The remaining missing products, I must give them up. Don’t USE! Or expertise with Excalibur Transferring Group was dreadful. Moved from MD – both CO and important of our kid’s family products where ruined! A toy hauler showed up with his things and they REFUSE to return emails or calls to cover harm! RUN AS FAST AND FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!

I wish I’d have read the testimonials for this garbage business. Because I didn’t, I’ve combined the huge group of those who’ve been ripped away by Excalibur. I paid a deposit (huge mistake) obtained plenty of guarantees out of Jason Cardone, who’s no more available by telephone. If I can do 0 stars I would. I named the business July 13th to receive a refund. I had been advised that the payoff would require 21 days to get and that it would come to me as a test. I’ve called them several times concerning the refund after the 21 day period was completed. I had been told several unique times which the refund could be sent out on Friday (08/17/18, 08/24/18 and 08/31/18). From September 20th the firm quit taking my telephone calls. It’s now October 29th and the only way I could find a hold of these is by using other people’s mobiles. I now call another week. After I tell them my title I’m put on hold and I usually hang up after 40 minutes. At this stage I don’t think I will actually receive a refund back and that this provider IS A SCAM! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The sales men are from another world and they’d say anything to receive your purchase and if they select the items they’ll give you a leg and arm. My mother thought she had been hiring them to transfer her from Florida to Colorado. After the movers showed up (two weeks late) it had been a very different business. I moved through Excalibur for my transfer out of SLC to Chicago. They offered me the notion that by working together with them my move could be anxiety free and they’d work to help keep me updated during the procedure. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a moving company! I called to find a quote that was 2200 to move from Connecticut to Florida, then come to moving day the movers told us another sum, that had been another $1000 additional on! There was not any communication with the organization or the movers! Then the movers Inform us we’ll get our things from the next 5-10 days. Which nobody inform us from the start it would take this long. After day 6 we predicted which again NO communication, client support saids she wants to call the movers to determine where our things are, never calls back us! Next day call again same thing, she wants to call the movers and will call us back, that never occurred. Then we’re told our things will probably be there between 5-14 days out of our move. Ultimately 10 comes, movers telephone us inform us they’re in New Jersey and will be in our location at the subsequent two days. Day 14 movers eventually come and informs us they’re charging us a second $100 since we’ll on the next floor. This wasn’t within our contract, therefore the most important mover was angry and did not help bring about our things and hauled in the vehicle! We never got an apology from the business or the movers or just a refund! In my opinion do not use this business, they aren’t a real moving company, they’re agents!

Horrible, horrible business. I chased midway through understanding I’d have the struggle to receive my deposit returned but at this point, no assurance in the company handlings, I cancelled, informed the organization and third party driver verbally, the bargain was off. Cancelled. The next party movers and Excalibur took my possessions anyway, without consent, and are currently refusing to provide me my own private belongings. I’m in the process of getting legal representation in taking legal actions against Excalibur Transferring Group and their hired third party transportation company. They’re now in the ownership of my possessions illegally.

Our shifting experience was dreadful. My wife spoke to them and once they’d sold us that has been where they ceased caring. They are agents, regardless of how they represent themselves in their site and after they’d contracted somebody to select up our stuff, turns out they were simply sending it and they were late picking up it to boot. They charged us an excess fee which hadn’t been brought up earlier and insist we pay them in money.

Our stuff sat in storage for more than a month with no upgrade even though calling and calling. Then another moving firm was contracted to eventually move our belongings out to Texas and many boxes are missing. We predicted and basically they do not care nor would they give us some sort of reimbursement for our material. I am just thankful we did not take much out of our condominium and took the majority of the important things in our automobiles.

Crooks, unprofessional and master-liers! You are better off leaving your family products behind than needing any kind of company with those scams! If you’re so distressed b/c zombies have taken over the world and no additional entitiy can perform your relocation then fine call those winners, however if Greg Hogan occurs to pick-up the telephone hang up the F!! He’s the first sleaze unable to make anything happen! He talks a big discussion to offer his useless quotation, but after you cover the intial deposit updront great luck catching team or him then! They estimate far low to lure prospective saps simply to Screw you over after!! Its b/c of businesses like this that provide other movers such a poor reputation! The entire industry should attempt to revoke their license, if they really have a ligitimate one! We ended up havig to employ and pay another moving business. Avoid these people and save yourself pain, anxiety, and cash!!!

HORRIBLE. Why can not I offer 0 stars with this dreadful business? From begin to complete my movement was a nightmare. They were two months late picking up it to begin with, I’d particular conditions with this movement and that I reserved at in February for June. 4 weeks to be certain that a truck will maintain KY having a 5-6 day date range they can select up until I needed to return to CA. FAIL. Then the firm they hired (48 States at Maryland)to pickup my transfer took 74 times to receive my things to me personally. Each piece of furniture has been ruined. I’m missing somethings. I’ve got a box which does not belong to me personally. My appliances have been ruined. They even had the guts to open boxes and then use the things from the boxes to match out the spaces onto the pallets. There were also boxes marked brittle on the base of the pallets with thick furniture at the top of those. Nothing has been padded or wrapped or protected at all. Are you really serious? Both firms failed to satisfy the conditions and conditions of their contract and this inspection is submitted on both businesses Yelp pages. Worst experience ever!

Do your self a favor and operate! Don’t employ this very unprofessional business! THIS IS NOT A LIE! Our important things STOLEN! Aside from that all glass we chose is SHATTERED! And we had been likely to proceed on a specific day and hoping they were planning to come on precisely the exact same day we ordered to but they didn’t appear!!! Avoid this moving business! This firm made our move so much stressful and I swear that we would never wish to move again simply because of these. So originally they contacted us and talked about how good the moving business is and bla bla. They’d call us regular to find the company from us. But when they obtained the deposit they did not bother much. Called us only a day before to confirm the pickup and then again there select up time altered repeatedly. There testimonials are great and that I am not positive whether it’s real at all on account of this experience I’d had. They aren’t professional and they all care is only the cash. No individual came in for first trip to give us a quote. They gave us quote depending on the count and when the day of transfer in came. They over charged us just like $1700 more. They hired a different moving company and they didn’t have any clue what excalibur had lent us and said it did not matter. Delay on delivery and they’d give us heads up on short notice. Not only that, when we obtained our thing there were few individuals which were ruined and I have been calling them often to have it taken care of but they do not return your phone back and each single time you call them they say that the will return to you. Really frustrated with the full staff and how things are handled. JUST go with the other moving company. Highly NOT recommended

Don’t use Excalbur along with the businesses it agents to. Especially West Coast Movers. The letter which follows was delivered a month past AFTER two weeks of attempting to reach someone to get a reply, and that I still have not had anybody get back together with me to solve the matter. Prior to signing a”contract”, the agent for your firm told me to find on the internet and do a list of my furniture and he’d care for the box count etc based on questions that he asked me concerning our home dimensions and number of occupants, so I was quite UPFRONT concerning the dimensions of this furniture. He said not to worry he’d estimate the amount of pubs (& meals storage) count according to my replies. Come to discover, he never but the boxes down in my quotation, the one I sent to sign and review. I must mention, Exzcalibur is GREAT, before you register the contract after which I could not get anybody to call me back for the entire world! I’ve been advised at least 6 occasions they had been”looking into matters” and might return to me and that I’m over a month later and still waiting. I FINALLY got a call from the shipping driver who’s assumed to be approaching this weekend free of RESOLUTION in my closing charge! I’ll be paying MORE THAN DOUBLE exactly what my quotation was!! I’m writing about my latest experience with your organization, Excalibur Moving Group. I’m rather unhappy with my experience so much & feel really cared for! I’ve phoned and left you at least THREE messages within the course per week of July 9th, without a return call. Up till then, I was pleased with the customer support procedure. Afterward , I experienced some fairly large problems, which follow along, I also have left a message to Walter who’s the representative who called to perform an overview of my closing decision on July 10th and he’s not returned or answered my telephone either. Subsequently, on July 16th I called customer support twice before reaching somebody. I had been told that they would check in it and then call me from the following day, I still have not got any communication in relation to the issue up to now. I never had a problem with my calls being returned or answered before registering my contract and also feel like I’m being averted since then. That of course has me even more frustrated and prepared to check into legal counsel or reporting that event to the BBB. I’d love to prevent this whenever possible, per word 19 (terms and conditions) please take that my written petition to solve this particular dispute.
