Both helpers were fine. The individual accountable for Keith Hardin, was unprofessional in their own physical appearance, behaviour, and communication abilities. He was also reckless.
On the afternoon of the movement he wore a wife beater t-shirt and kept throwing it up from the supporting revealing his underwear close to the conclusion of the movement when he had been mad and with profanity.
His behavior was rude and improper. He had been threatening and used bullying tactics before finalizing the movement. Made reference to revealing his feminine helper how to use a knive to look after business in my existence. At one stage he also sent his helpers outside and threaten not to complete my movement until I paid him the rest portion by means of a PAY PAL account. Don’t tell me this initially. Took the first portion of my payment by check.
He had been reckless because he didn’t appear ready to start moving. They took 45 mins. Or more to wash the PENSKE leasing truck outside placing the garbage and recycle in my own bins. They left to get a 2 1/2 – 3 hrs. Dinner break, not knowing that he was just delaying the movement. Refused to lock the truck with a number of my things on the truck once they left. Said he did not have a lock and said my lock would not work without letting me attempt it.
Failed to convey concerning just how long the dinner break could be and that I needed to phone them to learn which time they had been coming back to complete the loading. He used plenty of profanity before his employees, myself, and my kid (words such as – dam, gd, mf, and sh–), impolite tone of voice, also made many accusations (I included more things, I did not trust them since I took my handbag to a different area ), I’d played games together daily – since I shut the garage once they left for lunch).
There are several other things I might say to vow for his unprofessionalism but it could result in a much longer inspection. This might have proven to be a far worse position. I refused to argue with him and was relieved when they have been completed late in the day. Won’t use his services again.
A couple of things were damaged and because I am not finished unpacking, I’m unable to find out whether anything is lost.
Excellent experience with Best Price Movers. They unloaded a massive POD in my new home. Communication was excellent and they were very flexible with my program. They were quite careful to prevent damaging my hardwood flooring, plus they were knowledgable regarding the assembly/disassembly of bits of furniture. Would highly recommend to anybody wanted moving assistance from the Columbus region.
