Olympia Moving & Storage

Olympia is the strangest!!! As soon as they picked up our items in many distinct places in Virginia and we’d already left for Florida, they advised us that they couldn’t deliver all of our items. We asked each day for a good week and couldn’t receive any info. Now, they advised us that it’d be an additional complete week until they could provide. To make things worse, since we believed what could be delivered in exactly the exact same time, we place my diabetic supplies onto the vehicle, believing they’d arrive at a timely way. My diabetic detector (CGM) stopped functioning and I don’t have any choices for a different week. You always hear horror stories about movers rather than believe you’ll be the goal….think again!

They have been prompt, professional and personable. They listened and followed directions and gave great advice.

They worked quickly and didn’t attempt and run up the invoice.

The house office, though responsive, wasn’t quite as great. I called multiple times daily prior to the move and after it only rang off the hook. They did respond after and called me back too, but it was bothersome.

The business is also very active in charitable causes which means a lot for me.

Ryan decided to be more proactive and attached in most stages of my movement. He was so professional, courteous and made me believe that all my shifting anxieties were coated and in very competent hands. Al and his two team members (sorry already forgot their own names but thankfully they were young and handled the aerobic work out effortlessly and smiles!) Were very professional and efficient. Moving isn’t easy and even though you feel you have correctly prepared, you never really are. They took bits apart before going and made certain to return once transferred into new destinations. They had been cautious and worked tirelessly before the task was completed. I can not state enough!!!

We had a wonderful encounter with Olympia Moving! In the very beginning when we left the call on shifting, everyone we had contact with was courteous and professional. They came into the home to find out that which we would be wanting to proceed ahead of giving us an estimate and it really was nearly half of the quote! We’d called several places to have quotes and Olympia lent us half of what the other firms did and nobody else even bothered to return to observe how much desired to be transferred before providing us estimates. I’d definately suggest Olympia for my loved ones members and friends and could call them again in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better team ~  This is a two part move and fortunately I had the very same men for the two components. They were on friendly, time, clarified and contested wanted, and worked nonstop. Dan was a wonderful director and communicated well with me along with both employees. Fantastic job and team! They deserve particular recognition for two smooth moves!

Here can be the company you want if You’ve Got a move in your future!   Both the team and salespeople have been courteous, professional, and focused on client service during our shifting experience. They worked fast and Could accomplish the almost impossible – hoisting a large armoire that wouldn’t go up the stairs of our new Home.   The Crew assigned to some job was extraordinary.   Not only were they powerful and cautious with my classic furniture, but they were really enjoyable to use. Olympia was a wonderful experience, they went over and beyond. They showed up on time packaged everything very fast and really well. Everything was delivered in time, and nothing has been missing or broken. The movers were very knowledgeable and considerate. They left not harmful not only the things they were going but the walls rugs and the home a priority. They had no issue rearranging the space if I was not pleased with the first design. I’ve used other movers previously and have been over changed or had lots of my things broken thanks to Olympia that’s something of the past (plus they’ve had the very best cost again and again). I’ll continue to utilize their solutions and recommend them to anybody I know who’ll be moving.
