We had a Wonderful encounter with Big Foot.   Rich McKee was our Partners and he had been responsive, organized and helpful.   The team was incredible.   They have been polite, personable, and effective.   We moved right into a 5 story walk up and that I swear they did it with smiles in their faces.   They took some time to ask questions and put furniture and took great care of all of our possessions, such as our 150 year old vanity.   All of our stuff (such as the storage things ) were unscathed.   My husband and I found that composing delicate on a few boxes was useless since they treated them all like fragiles.   They’ve perfected being very fast and effective without making the consumer feel like they are racing.   We believed more affordable companies (such as AVIV) but we’re so happy we picked Big Foot.   Their quote for 7 hours has been put on, whereas Aviv and many others estimated ~4 hours.   Either they do not know how to estimate, were low-balling us, or the motions are feverish.   I can not imagine our movement taking a moment less than 7 hours.   Additionally, I believed that the moving crews are likely treated better by Big Foot with regard to salary, benefits, etc..   Versus the less expensive businesses.   Considering Big Foot’s employment page, It Looks like a Fantastic firm to work for.   I love to Consider those things Once I hire somebody.   Additionally, if anything ever went wrong, I would certainly need to be coping with Rich in Big Foot rather than a few of those gruff folks I spoke to when searching for the reduction businesses. Big Foot Moving and Storage did a Fantastic job.   I was very impressed with all aspects of this Procedure.   From th initial quote I received from Rich, into the real transfer, everything was top notch.   I am a technical man and that I was very impressed when Rich came by to give us a quotation and he utilized an iPad.   Additionally, when paying, they utilized an iPhone to process the payment and that I Get a receipt via email.   Really trendy! On Friday afternoon, the movers were Fantastic.   Curteous, effective honest and hard working. We’ve experienced the misfortune of having to maneuver 4x in under 6 decades (Boston region and NH).  Every time, we’ve used Big Foot Moving Company.  It’s got to the stage, where we dont bother calling different businesses because due to previous history, quotations, expertise, Big Foot Moving constantly comes out on top.  Mike the owner is extremely personable, open, honest, direct.  There are not any surprises and he wishes to use you to create it the best experience possible.  Mike knows the pressures of going and will do anything he could to make you feel at ease.  Every time we’ve used Big Foot Moving the quotation has ever been true without any hidden costs or surprises in the end.  This firm does a fantastic job to listen to your own wants, quote sensibly, and program the ideal period of time and Number of men/trucks.  The movers themselves have always been courteous, professional and hardworking.  For needing to move a lot of occasions, at least I’ve the assurance this region of the move is going to be taken care of nicely.

Big Foot surpassed our expectations. I knew of these via a co-worker and their Angie’s record reviews but there are so many horror stories out there, you simply never understand.  Rich came over and did an evaluation of the home, entering his iPad.  He asked lots of questions, things we had not thought of, which gave him an notion of just how much more could be packed.On the afternoon of the transfer, 4 men showed to package up. They had been young but quite professional.  They have been polite and friendly but, above all, quite”down to business.” I essentially just worked around them and felt completely confident in the way they managed everything.  They wrapped almost everything in these hefty moving blankets, brought extra boxes which we ended up having and needed plenty of plastic wrap for procuring items also.   I’m someone who enjoys processes and these men had a terrific procedure.  1 man from the vehicle supervised everything moving in so that it all fit and was protected.  I’d recommend theboxes they need for hanging clothing.  I managed to take everything from 3 closets and then hang them into those tallboxes.  I did this so I was convinced that my wife’s delicate dresses were treated correctly.   When they were sent the men simply pulled them out and rehung them at the branded closets.  Really worth the tiny extra costs.Fairly fast they were driving off.  So quickly that I forgot to trick them.My wife supervised the unpack and she had been equally impressed. 1 man was there in the preceding day and two brand new ones.  But most of the exact same great men.  They had been good about working with us since we shifted at which a number of the products were given for.  I made certain to visit the man that was there and offer him a bigger suggestion and told me to ensure that the previousgang obtained their talk (he said that’s common practice.)  According to we’d read a lot of horror stories about movers so, seeing our religion rewarded was quite satisfying.  Since I can’t resist a great pun, I’ll mention: Big Foot created an”impression” on us; from our very first contact with Rich on the telephone before the truck pulled away from our new home.  I’d recommend these highly.  I know I paid a bit more but hope is something which is really hard to set a price on.

I would strongly recommend Big Foot. They did a superb job and that I was extremely happy with their services.

I recently utilized Big Foot Moving & Storage for a local movement from the Boston region.
