BEWARE with Links Moving. I paid for insurance because of my transfer in China to Canada and they’ve been giving me the runaround for 4 weeks now. It would seem they never took the policy out (their representative emailed me to say he’d ceased working together ). It’s not possible to reach them by telephone. They do not respond to emails. I understand one other client personally that needed to cover their warehouse debts to recover his furniture (and still has not yet been reimbursed). I believe that they have cash flow difficulties which is contributing to their poor client support and (in some instances ) lack of some other solutions. If your items are valuable to you, don’t risk using these!

We utilized their solutions to send the products in Hong Kong to US East. The packaging did on Dec 31, 2018, and we all paid all of the charges in precisely the exact same date. Until now (May 09, 2019), we still haven’t got our products. The US logistics representative said Links Transferring hasn’t paid the shipping of the merchandise and it isn’t possible for them to release the merchandise without the complete payment. If you wish to add more work for the post-relocation to where you’re moving, then use them. I’m filing a situation with HK customer consult about this corporation. I could file a coverage file with this business’cause some activities they made may be considered offense of fraud.

Had the most unfortunate experience of having to take care of the business’s non-existent client services. Our containers arrive at Canada in Singapore 5 weeks after having picked up out of our home at Singapore. Got a call by their moving spouse which they will be not able to send our boxes because Links Transferring nevertheless have unsettled accounts together. Following a long time in Singapore we desired a fair moving business in Singapore to find us right back to UK. The street racing bicycles were all there but when constructed all of the wheels required re setting as they were all damaged but fixable.

Answer from Links was please fill in claims shape. They understand asserting are a waste of time since we covered only for complete loss. It might have been hopeless to appreciate each and every product. Price on servicing bicycles wasn’t worth asserting although independently insured.

This organization is significantly like other people. Things become broken and lost and essentially they really quickly forget about you personally.
