Very poor experience with this business. It began with the man or woman who arrived to provide the quote (Chuck); he had been arrogant, and impatient with all our queries.

But after, the business sent me an invoice for another truck. When I whined, backed by what Antonio explained, the response was that it is a fact that no furniture whatsoever was loaded from the next truck, however they had it anyway to transport their gear. I couldn’t conclude with anyone from the business, and again, always the exact same arrogance and indifference to the client.

Their van/crew left at 10PM however we still had a complete basement. We had been told a brand new van will arrive first thing the next morning Before our scheduled flights from Colorado.   — 6/28: No van came. We couldn’t hit Mesa or even Corrigan United till late into the afternoon.  We had been requested to move the remainder of our possessions into the garage and leave them there for pickup that day. Our flights abandoned Colorado mid-day. We left with our two little kids, our possessions still in the garage, stressed, exhausted, and angry.  Later in the evening people had been advised the items would not be chosen for many days.
