I used this business in 2016. These men showed up late that was nice since they called me an hour ahead of program time to provide me the heads up. On the phone they talked me in to using three movers rather than two since they said someone required to be in the truck to see my items. No matter fine I just wanted my things moved after they transferred all my things to the truck we got into the new location and they advised me that there could be an additional fee since it had been over 75 feet walking out of the sidewalk to within the home. Bearing in mind there aren’t any measures that it had been just parking lot into the home it was a straight shot.I believed it was 75 feet from my gate into the parking lot but he relied on the few added feet out of after he walked inside of the gate into the home. Once I had been transferred I moved to leave them a hint but I had been running slightly low on money due to the last minute additional mover. I tipped all three men $25 and apologized that I did not have more money when really $25 per individual isn’t a bad idea for a 2-hour transfer. As I was signing from what the lead man says oh yeah I forgot that you gave us a $60 deposit nicely can we only bear that since you said you were going to provide us more anyhow. I simply wanted these men from my home and I let them have the 60. I really don’t suggest them and I will never use them again. I sensed nickel-and-dimed and when I had been a guy or had a guy with me I really don’t believe I’d have been treated this way.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The movers drank my own alcohol whilst going me. They arrived in a bigger truck and made two trips and then maintained they needed to come complete the following day despite my transfer being barbarous because I was leaving an aide who did not understand I was leaving – and ASAP KNEW THIS. They broke a number of my things, whined about how thick the boxes were and requested cigarettes and beverages while in my property. They also repeatedly tried to con me out of more money by stating”What exactly are you really gon na do to me.” And suggested that they were”helping me out” – Im sorry Im PAYING YOU [EDIT]. They changed my charging into a level rate – and then NEVER CAME BACK OR REFUNDED ME….so they transferred HALF my movement. And maintained ALL my cash. Complete jerks. The owners didn’t care. The director Steve Miller made me an offer of a refund of 25$ — that has been shift that they stole from my own boxes. What a joke. If you would like to feel intimidated, and stressed for your own safety in addition to helpless and held hostage….hire those clowns.

I hired ASAP movers two days until I had to proceed (our prior men no-called, no-showed) that a 100 year-old spinet piano. David and Steven showed up. They had been on time, they phoned ahead to be certain that everything was good to visit, they issue solved, were so speedy and congenial. Basically everything I would want from a moving agency. I will be moving again here soon and will surely be using this company again!

I had an excellent expierence with this organization and I’ll refer them to my loved ones and friends! They were punctually careful and quick!

We had 3 stops prior to the last destination. My husband’s home that was a workplace and a number of boxes, my sister where I had been living that was a bedroom, sofa, end tables and coffee table, boxes plus a refrigerator. Subsequently, storage trailer with assorted products. The truck which arrived wasn’t the truck dimensions initially intended for so my fridge did not match on the vehicle. They had”intended” on coming back but that did not happen. Among those guys overheard my son say to me,”do not fret about I will get it in my pickup.” However, I said loudly and obviously,”No! That is why we hired a business…” Following the trailer I moved back into my sister to collect boxes which didn’t fit on the truck and then load them into my vehicle. The movers were in the new home unloading. They had been gone by the time I arrived. I never told them I did not need them to return to find the refrigerator. I wrote Steve Miller an email Monday allowing him know I had been disappointed about my refrigerator being left behind. Then later that afternoon we talked on the telephone and he said he would arrange for a truck to pick up the refrigerator and deliver it to my brand new location, no cost. Afterward , he called me that Friday to inform me he talked to Lamont Rivers, the proprietor of ASAP Movers to tell me no, they can’t do this without charging me since one of the guys heard my son say, I could set it in my pickup truck. Though I never mentioned anything to the guys about not getting it. On the opposite! I made it understood that getting my refrigerator was very important. Mr. Miller and I went around and about on the telephone with me repeating that”I” was the one accountable and paying, maybe not my son and that I never told them NOT to find the refrigerator. He explained,”You had to communicate it to those guys, they are not mind readers!” I was amazed at that answer! About half way in to the movement my husband gave them a flat rate that they accepted. But, I believe that only made them wish to”be done with it”. When we had been collecting items out of my storage trailer one guy was with me indoors and three additional employees stood out shooting the bull smoking. The 1 employee with me was not happy and that he let it be understood that it’d be wonderful to have a hand with this. Then if they did assist, every thing we completed among those guys would say,”Is this the final thing. . .is THIS the previous thing?” Those remarks were making me really anxious. I’d explained to Mr. Miller ahead of the deposit (if he had been working to acquire the occupation ) that since our transfer was a tiny complicated I simply wanted a team that was going to truly use us to find this material moved. So my fridge is still placing in my sister’s garage in their own way, and they are bugging me to come along and get it. All might have been prevented if the larger truck had revealed rather than a little one. However, the WORST, most worst of it all… As my husband gave the apartment rate that he left a portion of this payment in money and the remainder on his charge card. The head man read out loud the credit card number together with exp. The three digit # on the back many times over the telephone to a person in the workplace (I am presuming Mr. Miller) facing all of the additional employees. Then, the next day (Sunday) my husband’s lender calls to inquire about some”odd” charges. My husband thought initially it had been nothing, explaining that we are moving so perhaps it was something regarding this. However, if the bank said there was roughly $500 worth of fees which were created Saturday night (the movers at which completed early eve, between 6 & 7pm) at Baltimore City, a resort, Edible Arrangements, a pizza joint, and Boost Mobile we understood they were not any purchases we created nor close Baltimore City. Obviously, we can not PROVE anything (right now at least) but we don’t have any doubt in our heads by which his credit card data was stolen. And to think, we even gave the guys a Wonderful hint:-LRB-

Superb. Stress free. Efficient. I’d use them again and recommend their services to anybody searching for a reasonable price plus a speedy and stress-free transfer. Steve Miller went over everything on the telephone and delivered me a quotation. The men showed up as advised. They were courteous and friendly. Truck has been loaded and unloaded in record time! While addressing this particular company I purchased HORRIBLE support. A movement which was suppose to carry 3 hours was 8 hours to finish. Angela, both Bobby and Cole are con artist and also can get one for every cent you have. ALSO OPERATES UNDER THE NAMES: PRODIGY MOVING AND THE PERFECT MOVE. Encourages motorists to put in on any charge that they could get off with. Hires helpers every day. Has both intimidation and BBB reports filed from this provider.

Bad bad encounter. These men destroyed my t.v. and once I requested them to make good on it, I had been yelled at on the telephone by there boss asking me when I had been dumb and unable to see a contract. Fantastic customer management skills. They wrapped all of my things into moving blankets and vinyl, was deliberate over kill. Why the overkill in 158 bucks an hour why not if it is possible to eliminate it. All I needed them to do would be make it appropriate and that I did not even request a new television since it was a couple of years old, so I simply needed a fair value due to his or her neglect. To add insult to injury they offed me .60 pennies on the pound which around a buck. Perhaps not the best experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They shipped 2 men one had been a day labour, had hardly any moving encounter. They took 12 hours to maneuver 3 bedrooms residence and just took money per their contract. Then they billed my credit card once I paid money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I needed to call actual movers another evening to move my furniture at the home to the chambers it had to be placed into and place up. All of the items that they were supposed to perform. It cost me twice to proceed, and they billed my card. I have a criticism to the better business bureau and the police division. I’m also planning to small claims court for each of the broken damaged walls and furniture.

I used this business during late October of 2014.
Never use this business. I’ve filed an official complaint against them with all the CO attorney general.
Their version is more deceitful and deceptive. They don’t disclose hidden fees that appear on the invoice, also refuse to repay them.
Their internet site advertises that they function a great deal of places, but actually they just drive to a remote place and  then charge you, by the hour, even for your driveway.
To confuse you in the hidden charges that they use terms such as’door to door’ but the fact is that they are hiding charges and obtained my company by alerting me.

My move went just as intended that was a RELIEF! Men called 30 Mins until they got here in order to tell me they had been dispatching. Showed up at 9:15 for the scheduled appointment period (9:00-9:30 Guaranteed Arrival) and functioned his tushes off to get 3 hours hammering things back and forth between my flat on the third floor into my Penske. I was quite happy. I’d love to personally commend the movers to get their hard work and commitment to the job. Excellent Service.

I called clarified my scenario informed Rob (I think ) of my staircase I was going from (16 complete directly down) along with the Little elevator in the new location on the 4th floor.   He said roughly 3 hours is all it’d take to get a two bedroom Condo into Condo. The two men came 45 minutes late but billed me out of 9am. They took seven hours to half way finish the movement. I’d things they had been to attract all within my other location. Took 18 excursions in automobiles to move what they abandoned. I’m handicapped with a spinal cord injury.   They brightens up the entrance and exit sides of the elevator over the two floors. They scraped the paint up in my recently painted Condo. They soiled the rugs had no regard for the private property.   Cole was ok however I won’t ever trust Anthony. They blocked off 8 distances in our parking lot that taxpayers didn’t have access to all those areas while they were unloading.   Scratched up the doorway to the construction bringing things in.   They billed me $682.00 and lent me $316.00.   Complete rip off.   The past moving firm I utilized moved the Identical sum in June 2012 it cost me $350.00 with these movers.   Regardless of ASAP had available slots once another firm I used earlier had no reservations available before the end of January.   I’ll never and invite you not to use this firm.   Additionally, I called to whine to Rob in 720-338-4247 he said he would need to speak with his men and phone me back, never got a call back from anybody. I paid money so there Isn’t Any recourse in the Subject.   Never, ever, ever deal with those men unprofessional and uncaring.   Only Want to milk the clock for whatever it was worth.   I captured Anthony sitting down relaxing 12 occasions I believe he just worked when somebody had been watching him.   I was really nice and cordial in order that they’d be great to my things but they totally took advantage of me and my handicap.

If I’d been advised that my stock sheets Wouldn’t be finished until the boxes and furniture were unloaded in their warehouse, I’d not have hired this business.   Envision this: the team shows up a day following delivery was verified, the truck is too little, and THEN they tell you They will stock your possessions as they unload them in their own warehouse.   They pick what items to place on the vehicle and leave behind things like the clothes drier, Shark floor cleaner, floor lamps, art, china, etc..      The driver lets you know that you will get your inventory sheets by email the next day. They place over $1000 on your credit card, close the vehicle door and push off with all of your possessions, asserting the inflatable things will be shrink wrapped in unloading. I tipped the team because All of the confusion was obviously not my fault that I tried calling many occasions to Discover about my stock sheets and 3 times later told that the girl who took my phone which when I did not Get the stock sheets after that day, They’d be hearing from my attorney.   The proprietor, Joseph Lopez, called me back immediately, said he had been recording the telephone and also to Quit calling his firm.   I finally got something resembling stock sheets the next night, 4 times after they’d taken my possessions.   The Majority of the confusion was because I needed to place my furniture into storage at their warehouse–my home sold fast and that I was moving to new building which Wasn’t yet completed.   I paid for two storage vaults for per month.   Certainly other clients’ possessions were put in my vaults since their 1st attempt at shipping, the majority of the boxes weren’t MINE. As they got to the back of the truck, a Number of my furniture was there, it’d never been shrink wrapped and All the upholstered furniture has been trashed.   Not one of my mattresses were sent and approximately half of my own boxes.   All of this took place in the dark as the movers came around 8:30PM.   Since it Wasn’t the team’s fault, we tipped them, signed off so as to let them depart around 11:00PM since the owner needed them to push 6-7 hours straight back to Denver.   The owner talked to me personally along with also my son-in-law and gave us his word He would personally deliver my possessions the next day, the day before Thanksgiving, and”make things right.”   The proprietor didn’t send the next day, he never showed up, he sent a young guy –all by himself–two days after — on Thanksgiving day. We talked to the driver about 11;30 that afternoon and he informed us he’d speak with us so that we would know when to anticipate him. He did not call us again.   We phoned the proprietor about dinner time to Learn in which the truck was.   We then discovered that my neighbors had predicted the Durango police since a large truck was unloading and yanking things Throughout the construction zone and piling the things in my front porch.   My stock sheets were not matched, and they never constructed my beds, and also the proprietor never made good on his word.   My homeowners insurance company will be submitting a claim with the owner’s insurer.   What a hell!!

This firm is the best.The employees were courteous friendly,which makes you feel comfortable.professional,also didnt require a smoke break each 2 minutes.They got right to operate,Didnt nurse that the clock.worked really hard.Not quitting until the job was all done.I was so impressed that I offered to purchase them lunch.Most moving firms Attempt to nurse that the clock to get each penney on your pocket.This firm appear more attention to getting the job done.I Will Certainly utilize them again.and again and again again.lol

I’d made a booking and wasn’t advised that the deposit has been non refundable, and afterwards discovered once I appeared on their site.  They billed $50 to the deposit same day that I called and I called them back over 30 minutes to offset it and they wouldn’t refund my money.  In one hour of building a reservation isn’t appropriate for them to bill me!!!  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  Should they struggle approximately $50, if they’re able to certainly get somebody else to book them, they’re ROBBING you!  This is the way they earn their money!!

DO NOT MOVE WITH ASAP MOVERS, HORRIBLE ACROSS THE BOARD!In a Note: 1 ). They came late.2. For each 2 runs of boxes I’ve created (and I’m 135 pound feminine ), they proceeded one, occasionally caring one mild item. 3. They weren’t careful with my things: a photo frame was deciphered, my novel case smashed to pieces. 4. They were smoking because they had been moving things. 5. Disorganized rather than cautious in placing stuff from the truck so that it wouldn’t bang around. 6. Horrible Customer Support: When I contacted their supervisor, a lady answered and acted like she was going to compensate me but when all was said and done I had been told from the very impolite owner to cover the projected maximum cost (340) after which he eventually knocked off 40, thinking that was honest.

They did a go for me personally and it was fantastic. Movers went  over what I requested. Friendly professional will definatly do business together again. They put everything in storage for me personally desire that they did cross state. Handled all of my stress was quite cautious stacking my belongings and packaging up what I had overlooked. My breakables was really softly set in storage. Immediate timing.

They predicted at 9:30 and stated they’d love to return first so we said alright.  Our time scheduled was 2:00 pm.  Once they called and stated they’d be ancient they came at 1:30 and the ordinary time was 2:00 pm.  So I guess that they had been a half hour early but we anticipated early to be approximately 10:00 – 10:30.  The 2 children that proceeded us ruined a chest of drawers along with my couch.  I’ve been attempting to find a person to solve my issue but each time that I call, all I receive is a message from Angela that she’ll call back in 2 hrs in case you leave a few.  She never calls back.  This is definitely the most unprofessional company I’ve ever managed.  I’ll Be turning them to the Better Business Bureau and Won’t recommend them to anybody.

* * * CASE ON FILE WITH AURORA POLICE DEPARTMENT – THEFT CHARGES * * *Valuables went lost. Replacement prices over $3K. I had been in communicating with the Aurora Police Dept to get thefts that happened when ASAP movers loaded my car.  What’s more, they weren’t cautious when loading my furniture since they were narrowed down into the bare wood. They neglected to place cushioning between the furniture and the walls of their truck. It took me 4 times to attain my destination as a result of blizzards and freezing streets. When I eventually found the matter and known as ASAP, Angela explained that their insurance coverage only applies when the claim has been received within 72 hours of their load.  I inquired how can somebody file a claim when they’re still driving and have not yet unloaded to find and comprehend that the harm?  To which she responded,”I do not understand, sadly blah blah blah”. When I reported the lost things, Angela taught me to speak to the Aurora Police Dept admitting that I’m not their only client that has been a victim of theft.  Angela confessed that lots of these lost things have been showing up on Craigslist and eBay and that the supposed employee was terminated. BUYER BEWARE. ASAP has youthful movers and does not appear to display them quite well.

Really costly and not worth it. Were you aware it was about to wind up being this pricey. Wow…I thought it was going to be economical.  They talked me to the 26′ truck, but it was far too large. The owner seems like a wonderful man, but she simply comes up with all these arbitrary fees added on. Not just that, they revealed so late. Didn’t end until 10pm. Never again…

Initially, they quote you a pleasant, low cost in a little 17′ truck for two hours. Afterward, they appear 8 hours later than the initial appointment. Afterward , they appear at a sizable 26′ truck asserting that they did not have the time to pick up the smaller truck, while assuring you that they’ll still only bill you for your smaller truck. Afterward , they will claim that your belongings wouldn’t have fit in the bigger 17′ truck and that they will need to now charge you to get the bigger truck. Afterward, they’ll take more than 4 hours to maneuver a little, 1-bedroom flat 5 kilometers across town (rather than the estimated two hours) to increase the cost even more. Afterward , they bill unadvertised”travel charges” so that they can constitute an arbitrary volume. Afterward , they charge a concealed 10% fee for using your credit card. The move did not end until after midnight, and I paid hundreds of dollars more than I anticipated.

No onsite quotes offered and examine the rear of the contract (not proven to me personally ). You need to fully unpack and inspect over 3 days and should you require them to court, the contract stipulates you have to cover their legal fees no matter results. SHADY!!

I contacted ASAP Movers through Craigslist. I explained that I had been moving out of Highlands Ranch into Parker. Angela from the ASAP office clarified”they do not do this” and out of her expertise, it ought to require one 26′ truck. Additionally, I participated ASAP for packaging services. I phoned her again and she explained she hung me up since I was being rude to her. As soon as I mentioned I’d be writing reviews on craigslist and submitting a complaint about the BBB, I purchased text messages out of Angela’s telephone indicating that they would sue me for slander and might regain lost wages resulting from their defense. I pointed out that we were just talking about a couple of hundred bucks and the answer was to sue them. I believe ASAP hasn’t stood with their job, could have committed fraud in as much as if I inquired how to submit a claim, I had been advised to phone the workplace. No reference or inspection of the rear of the record happened. I’ve tried to solve this dilemma but ASAP will not seem to be considering this type of settlement.

They have been on time, quick, organized, and quite professional. I strongly suggest them.
