Its much too much to sort lets just say that the movers whined on the number of things I’d be transferring, inflated their cost last minute, took a month to send my things once I flew out to meet them in my new country of home and could dismiss and block my number if asked status upgrade. No Actual manager.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS

I’m giving them one star but that which they deserve is a prison cell.

I really could compose our insecurities in detail that this moving company generated but it could be as thick as a Bible.

This corporation will more than promise and not deliver. In reality, they’ll steal from you. *** Don’t Hire *** I repeat — They Will Blatantly Rob You! And they know they’ll get away with it.

Here’s a summary:

I filled out a request for quotation in Moving.com — the following day, the Gold Star salesman called quite charmingly and painted the image we wanted to observe in regards to a movement across many States. Moving.com doesn’t vet the firms they refer (that is handled individually ).

This firm was 11 days late for pickup. They had been 21 days late for delivery. 45 percent of our things never produced it. Another 45% came ruined. Harsh Dents, broken bits, rat [EDIT] on all, water damage clothing… you name it, it happened. The 10% which was not damaged were reduced in dollar value things. Quantifying bucks… Over $15k in stolen electronic equipment and more than $15k of different things in worth.

During this nightmare, there was no answer. They communicated small to none. No calls replied day after day after day.

They stole our hard earned cash and a life of possessions.

Lesson learned : I won’t ever employ a moving company ever again due to these offenders. I’ll move everything by myself. We had no alternative once we hired this scamming-thieving soulless offenders.

If I could go less stars I would. These men are directly offenders. They maintain your deposit hostage, then make you pay out the nose once the driver reveals or they simply maintain your deposit.

1. The speech on their site is FAKE. Since we had been near the Brooklyn: We seen with the 1122 Avenue J, Brooklyn, NY 11230 speech; they have never been there for 6 weeks; The building is a member of a employment service, we had been there.
The 2nd speech is for storage only, it isn’t possessed by Goldstar- 140 58th St Brooklyn NY.

2. Khabib Fraza Goldstar Transferring (1-347-770-5087) is the proprietor of the Broker Moving Business. He hired Boost Movers from Edison NJ to assist him with a two nation movement from Baltimore into Texas.

3. When picking our family products, They chose to send to Texas while we were not at the country , on Thanksgiving Day. They put our items in storage.

4. Subsequently Goldstar Movers and Boost scheduled to re-deliver at December- that they didn’t deliver. Subsequently in January 7th 2019, they sent, 1/4 of those boxes have been stolen/loss by among them firm’s.

5. Khabib Fraza is currently not answering the telephone, we’ve contacted the Attorney General, Brooklyn NYPD, NY BBB, and that I got a call from Channel 7 now. Do not use this organization. They lied repeatedly about nearly everything – that the quote was $1000 under what they eventually charged despite being based on stock (plus they refused to reveal just how much distance in a truck my belongings was carrying ), the arrival time for those loaders was an entire day away, the drop-off date was far off, and they even tried to assert one of the workers had stolen one of my obligations, basically hoping to convince me to cover double. When I asked for evidence, they said they’d send it, but never did. Oh, and they whined about exactly what form of payment they’d take until they’d my things.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They came quickly in a”budget rental truck” (red flag #1 ) that they WAY under quoted us!! We just have them take what could match in the quoted price they gave me that was just half of my test list I gave them so I do not understand where they came up with there quotation they ought to be professionalLy trained in providing accurate estimates. Then After they got to my home they desired more to get a flight of stairs since it had been over 7 steps! I’d just 10 measures but had been told first flight comprised (lied) they then billed me to wrap my dresser mirror once more was told that could be contained. They said my items would be sent 3-5 days but yet asked me when I would enjoy it delivered so that I have them my date inside the 3-5 days that they ensured me! Following 5 times passed I phoned and inquired where my items were that they stated 7-14 days I stated that’s NOT what you told me so then everytime we would call they wouldn’t answer since they have caller ID so we phoned personal then they would reply they’d change there names to Tim, habib, Michael, Maxine, Alex. . I asked to talk to the proprietor no one calls back afterward day 20 arrived and today we are ticked they’ve all our furniture we had been sleeping on floors our belongings put someplace in New Jersey over two months! We had been told that it had been in route but then the next call still waiting, loading a variety of lies! They aren’t in touch with you at all like they market! LIES LIES LIES ! Eventually we mentioned if our items aren’t here over the upcoming few days we’re likely to NJ with government so we bribed them by saying please we want our items we’ll provide you further 300.00. . Imagine what our stuff came 2 days after after the brib! Then lots of it had been ruined! Scuffed scraped broke ! We wanted to just give half of the money owed throughout the unload the the rest after so that we could ensure all is great they wouldn’t perform it they wanted it all ahead! We were distressed for our items Then they needed a suggestion HAHA I do not think so!!! !! Moving is stressful that added a lot more! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They’re fraudsters. . !!!! All these are liars…. !!! They delayed a great deal and giving me all wrong information for shipping. While reserving for Moving the merchandise, they said that the costs are comprised 2nd floor. I’ve got all in email but still billed me $225.00. Additionally damaged my products – Furniture and house hold things. Further they lost my boxes and sent additional’s boxes to me. They consented to build the furniture at Delivery. The Delivery men dump all went and furniture. He explained speak with Moving Gold and company start isn’t picking up my cell phone. While reserving had a word with Mike 1, Mike2, Haidi, Tom, Alex but all are liars.

They’re only a scam, but do not utilize them. They delivered half of those things using weekly delay, along with another half following several months. Roughly 75 percent of the boxes have been damaged.

We proceeded from NE to TX, We obtained a quotation by Moving APT, These men charged us DOUBLE the purchase price.
Actual dates of pickup 5,6,7, they phoned us stating truck is supporting and they arrived on 9. For that I need to extend my stay in the flat that rolled to next week and I must pay the reont to get additional week.
The man who arrived to pick up raised the cost and while I am attempting to telephone their office that they never picked up he’s threatend me of charging more for wait time.
Finally he’s picked up the substance and stated that date delivery of 13.
Ever since that time I am calling them daily no idea where my stuff is.
They stated it 14 days
Then said it’s 14 business days
Now it’s 17 business days / 22 days did not got my things yet.
Manager does not have any hint.

The team from Goldstar just stopped delivering my mum’s things in Dallas. Should could not be more happy with their support, they were instant on pickup, didn’t boost the excellent quote I received from Mike, wrapped everything up so nicely, and got us down here in under a week. Fantastic job guys!

What a hell!!! My husband and I just moved from CT to MN, so we figured hiring a moving company would make things move a bit easier for us. . .were we ever wrong! Tim (the mngr) is such a joke and right up lies for you! We have a quote by Moving APT (mediator b/w us and gold star) and also this firm charged us over twice the estimated price when they arrived to pick our stuff up. To be honest, we ended up getting ten-ish added boxes which we had not accounted for on the quote, however no way near being over 100 percent of the estimated price! They guaranteed a three day pickup window and Tim known as the 2nd afternoon telling us that the truck could come another day (day 3) between 9 & 11am. . .they did not appear till 6:30pm, so we needed to wait patiently till well past midnight to allow them to package everything on the truck. After they’d all of our possessions, they did not speak with us AT ALL! We called them so many times and once we really could speak to somebody, were told lie after lie about the positioning of our stuff and if it could be delivered. We even cancelled 4th of July strategies with family since we had been told that the truck was at our town around the 4th and could be sent to the 5th, simply to discover about the 5th that the truck was still in Ohio and it was likely to be another two days till they delivered. In addition to all that, Tim agreed to a 15% reduction on their solutions, then later changed it to only off the remaining balance (we’d already given them over 60 percent ). Furious at this time, we struggled to settle on a last price at delivery (still more than the 15% reduction we’d consented to previously), but then after were advised”it did not include price for stairs!?” We ended up having to pay so much more than we expected and that this business deserves. Doing it ourselves would have been considerably cheaper and not as stressful, the specific opposite you’re attempting to achieve when selecting a moving business. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Day of transfer was changed less than 24 hours before. Delivery date has been changed. When requesting first deliver date I had been requested for money or money order. Quite untrust worthy. When attempting to get replies sales partner, Luke Cross, wrapped up, wouldn’t return calls. Very untruthful. Avoid at all price.

Going from Texas to Washington has been the very stressful 3 weeks I’ve had in quite a very long time. The minute I got the phone in Chase (Gold Star Transferring ) I knew I was in great hands. I’ve moved with different businesses before and has been marketed on slick discussion and false guarantees. Chase was so understanding and didn’t absolutely everything that he could to make sure that what we discussed was really able to take place. This was the very first time I wasn’t billed more on pickup, no products were brokenup, and they sent to the day we agreed upon. I can not thank them enough for creating this trying move so simple and hassle free.
