    RUN RUN RUN RUN

Will there be a score lower than POOR!? Guess they changed their Title however, the Beltline speech stays the same- that man John is still a bit of work! He’s a Dateline/ 20/20 nightmare series at the manufacturing – mark my words! He’ll pretend he is your pisan out of New York & you are friends & provide you  excellent conversation on the telephone but he also talks a fantastic game & he’s just a scammer. The quote you one price & let you know something different whenever your material is finally on the vehicle plus they are prepared to move. We needed to borrow $700 additional out of our friends/neigbors within our moving day since they clarified the way an ex employee of theirs,” lent the wrong cost and there was nothing that he could do & later attempting to describe his non talking movers,” he advised me on the telephone – he had been on his way for us to square this mistake away- THAT never happend & much if we had a contract- we’d still owed the additional $700!! Our stuff had been on the vehicle, we had been 5 hrs out of our new house and also my spouse was so fussy that he had been going to fire them & make them shoot all of our things from the truck- because of me getting crying & emotional – He simply paid it & we coped with them afterwards!  I mean what can you do if your whole life is about a moving truck after 4 hrs of packaging & loading- Do your self a favor- READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS & afterward RUN!!!

    Worst experience of my life!!!!

Statewide movers would be that the ABSOLUTE WORST”firm” I’ve ever employed. I actually prefer to throw all of my possessions away than allow them reach them again. I had been provided a quote which has been complete crap! The salesman/vice president/ whoever he really is, is John Grimaldi, a con-artist if nothing else. He explained an incredibly low cost, and appeared like the very helpful, accomodating individual ever initially at the times leadingup for my movement. When my inspector came 8 HOURS LATE, the inspector advised me that my total was over double the cost. As soon as I called John, he left it look like it was MY FAULT he gave me a more very low quotation, yet still promised he’d manage it. Following that, John Grimaldi was difficult to locate and get ahold of. He’d prevent telephone calls and have you call different men and women who did not understand anything. He’d tell me that he had been in Florida and could not assist me when I didn’t get ahold of him, yet his”team” at Texas told me that he had been there. I spoke to him 5 times ahead of my furniture was assumed to get there on Jan 5th and he affirmed my date and advised me my items were in course. January 5th came and went and that I had not any furniture. After I finally got ahold of someone in the warehouse, then they explained they’d never even heard a moving date along with my stuff was still sitting in their warehouse. My motorist known as me saying that I had a residual balance of 1800 that John explained was 1400. John promised me he’d look after it and my equilibrium was 1400. Then I have never heard from him again. When my inspector came not one single individual at their office responded that the telephone except for an recptionist who was educated on his fraud manners, who informed me he wasnt accessible and he had been at church, when only the evening before he said he’d be available on the next morning to verify the cost along with my driver. My items have been damaged and also their”maintain” amount doesnt work. Shocking. My quotation was 1575. I wound up paying 4700 rather than got reimbursed the numbers I had been over charged. I literally lost sleep over this dispicable human being, JOHN GRIMALDI. Should you ever hear this title. Run another way. Throw your furniture at the garbage until you allow this”business” transfer it

An absolute dissapointment..........These people will be in Jail Soon....Stay away!!! THIS

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REJECTED BY THE BBB

Simply, this isn’t a moving company that these are just two Jewish men with fictitious titles (John and Jack) that are stealing money from individuals left and right and think nobody will prevent them. Read the articles on the BBB site before you manage this organization and you’ll discover what’s happening. I am currently filing a law suit against this company.

The only excellent reviews written about this business are composed by the owners themselves!!

Low ethics, No Morals You’re dealing with offenders, who use illegal immigrants to perform the dirty work to Earn Money, a criticism has also been delivered to the immigration office to cover this company a trip

    Please don't use this company!!!

This movement cost us $6600.00. We proceed alot along with my husbands job and this is the first and last time we’ll utilize movers. We had a 4 bedroom home we’d just purchased. All of our furniture has been less than 3 weeks old. Everything was brand new down into the tvs. All furniure was ruined except two bits. They showed up to move us in a Budget truck I was told wasn’t large enough to transfer my things in. I needed to leave alot supporting on the curb since it was gont require them around 4 hours to go unload in storage and then return. They refused to find another truck. Subsequently the driver called me if they were gont send in Iowa. There was flooding in areas of the country. I retained Mike submitted on this. Anyhow the driver was far behind and didnt need anybody to help him moan. We needed to take action. My son got paid $12 an hour to assist. I wrote a 5 page grievence letter to the inches. company. This was in July 2011. It’s currently January 18, 2012 and I am still waiting to hear on a settlement. I’ve been getting the run around for months. Next week I’ll be filing a lawsuit against this company. Please do not use this organization. I wish I’d have found this site before I used that business!!!!!

    ABSOLUTELY WORSE THAN HELL

Statewide movers will be a entire disgrace to your race. The way the company can be like that and still stay usable is disgusting, but they give you with the very seasoned and smooth speaking’VP’- John Grimaldi. Should you listen to his name, then drop the telephone. This guy is different so much that he does not even understand the gap between his previous sentences. I was offered a cost to go from Lawton, OK into Winn, Nevada. On the afternoon of this transfer, the cost changed by 4700!! The men who did the real move shifted it in my home because I had more things than I offered their workplace. Who is different about what they’re moving? I needed to switch to a burden based movement which he(John Grimaldi) had prided himself that they did not do. With the burden established movement, it decreased the 4700 to 2500, but nevertheless this was 2500 greater than that I had been ensured by John. Anyhow, it took two and a half a week to find delivery and several things were awakened. I paid to get a complete move along with the delivery men dumped a great deal of things in my own garage and did not unpack whatever and so were RUDE!!! . OmG! This corporation may permit you to consider doing the unthinkable to a different person.Pls, in God’s name, run to your life!!!

    BEWARE!

I’ve been working with this firm for approximately a week. John that the”proprietor” first requested for a detail record of my things I had to proceed. I’d an itemized record. He also gave me a quotation. I’d receive about 10 other quotations. I spoke in duration with John and he promised me that this was a binding quotation. I inquired about additional hidden fees. (I had been somewhat nervous about moving businesses because of horror tales ). He said to not worry there would not be additional space, stair fees etc.. He said that the packaging was contained in the quotation. The day that the movers got into some storage untit the motorist called me and explained the quote was far off. I called John and he said that maybe I’d forgotten some items. From how in which the driver was adding approximately DOUBLE exactly what I said I’d. I might believe what I was hearing. I called John and he advised me to not worry he’d care for things. 4 days after John states that we do owe the excess cash. Long story short they nevertheless have our items, are really rude and impolite, do not back down till they get your cash. Don’t use this provider. They had been dropped from the BBB!

Bogus overweight claim and careless damages

The salesman explained anything that he thought would find the contract irrespective of the reality. Though I’d stock polls from Atlas along with Graebel upon what the quote was made the work foreman began begging for a surcharge to not select the load into the scales. The workplace was in about the scam by stating any overage will be billed at $1/lb not $.40/pounds. This increased trip price from $8500 to $10,500 and a mandatory $500 suggestion. The foreman has been surley into the stage I nearly called the cops to remove him. The packing job was sufficient for the most part except for a few glaring absence of professionalism. $700 worth of damage as a result of careless packaging by a few trainees. Two boxes were dropped and only via the honesty of some other sufferer did I recover them from driving from San Diego to Las Vegas to pick up them. The business now will not honor the valid harm case. They will not even accept my phone anymore. Save your cash!

    AVOID AT ALL COST!!

If you are looking for a moving business please take my ideas and don’t utilize Statewide Movers. We used them to get a transfer in Austin, TX to Portland, OR at June and are still affected by it. We had major problems together because the day that they picked up our possessions. To begin with , the movers that picked up our items did nothing but talk about us and also the”handsome” women at our apartment complex at a really improper way the whole time (not understanding that I talked enough Spanish to know their discussions ). It was amazingly unprofessional and impolite. Next, following the truck had been loaded, they advised us that we’d be due them an additional $400 in drop-off since their initial quote was WAY off. On top of that, I had been advised that we’d have to cover 25 percent on the afternoon of pickup by money, money order, charge card, or test – it was that the movers took 50 percent up front by check or cash only after which another 50 percent on shipping day by cash or postal money order only. After all of this, we had been advised that our matters would be sent which Friday (June 24th) and that a motorist could phone if he was 24 hours away from Portland. Thursday evening, I still hadn’t heard from them so I phoned and was informed that our items we in Dallas, TX but are there Saturday or Sunday. During the upcoming few days, I left several additional telephone calls which ended the identical way -“your items have not left yet but will shortly” Long story short, our items weren’t delivered until nearly 3 weeks following the date that they promised. And to top it all off, each and every telephone call, email, facsimile, etc., I abandon having Statewide Movers (especially individuals with John Grimaldi) were flat out ignored for all those 3 months. We had no idea where our items were, even when they’d be sent, or perhaps how they were being stored until they had been picked up for shipping. Following 3 dreadful months of unreturned/ignored efforts at communicating, I had had to threaten to call the BBB along with also the attorney general until I got a call which our matters were actually in their way and had been provided a driver’s name and amount. Subsequently, when our items eventually did arrive, our expertise with Statewide Movers got much worse. Our vinyl armchair and 2 boxes needed water damage (go figure the way that one occurred ), the rear hook-up part of our floor standing speakers had been broken off, nearly all of our boxes had been smashed in half or even falling apart and coming available, along with a leaning desk which we had bought was completely shattered. The shelves have been broken off, the desk area was broken, the framework of this desk was going to split in half. . .it was totally destroyed. Afterward, the mover proceeded to inform us that”I’d only get some adhesive and repair it. I really don’t understand about you. Some folks like to just throw out things, they do not like to fix them.” I was angry. Our desk seemed like it dropped off a 10 story building and then he had been telling me that I ought to simply get some adhesive for this?!? WOW. As we started our boxes that day and next day, we understood that we’d broken dishes, publications wrapped in half an hour, a broken knife (again, go figure), and all kinds of different possessions destroyed or missing (especially a 300 peacoat which has been at a sealed box that was smashed and partly opened – causing us to think that it either fell out or has been removed ). Ever since that time, I’ve filed a claim with their modification service, which again is very curable and non-communicative, and’m STILL trying to even get somebody on the telephone to have the ability to find out whether our claim has been denied or approved. These past few months have turned into a nightmare dealing with Statewide. My advice – avoid them at all costs and also let everybody you know to prevent them too.

    Not professional at all

When we first spoke to this business, John, the”VP” advised us that other firms charge more since they are just middle men and that statewide movers will not contract out and that is the reason why they’re more economical. Complete lie. Not that we’d have cared anyway when they contracted out for our cross-country movement. During your first dialog, John will go on and on about just how good of testimonials they have and also will inform you to search on your own. Do not be duped. They are phony. All of the reviews that are inferior are a bit more believable. They say that they provide 24/7 customer support on their site. Again – complete lie, and possibly the most frustrating element of the entire experience. You won’t hear from them again. Every amount listed on their website is redirected back into John’s mobile phone and therefore don’t even bother. The only person you’ll hear from is your drivers if you are lucky. We did at one point get a woman on the phone who had been ridiculously rude and that had been so antsy to remove the telephone. She kept wanting to locate any excuse to”need to phone me back.” Nobody could possibly call you again. Last, see what you sign. Once you register the paperwork they’ll fill info in later. Be certain everything is filled with all of the way prior to signing. This business is unethical and after speaking to the motorists who delivered our items, ends up Statewide Movers whined on paperwork to them as well. They’re unethical, unprofessional, and ought to be embarrassed. Should you truly wish to observe how professional this provider is, really read their site. It is filled with misspellings, bad grammar. That is a red flag in the slightest. I wish we’d have completed. What is even more funny is that in exactly the exact same quantity of time it required them to compose those bogus testimonials, they can call their clients brush or back up on client service abilities. Customer support goes along way and word of mouth will soon neglect this provider. We finally paid the exact same amount we’d have if we’d have gone with a valid firm. Save yourself the frustration.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER-DO NOT USE-THEY ARE DISHONEST

My spouse did comprehensive research in picking a moving company. We had another company come along and perform a quote that was fair. Statewide movers maintained that they would conquer our first estimate so that we booked together. Fixing them was our first error. My spouse was in communicating with Statewide (John) who glucose coated what to make it look like they really cared for more stuff then cash. The movers came on the date promised (even though an hour late) and matters during the first loading stage was fine, though I had been alerted if they wrapped up at a budget rent a van. After all was loaded they advised me that the quote was about to become DOUBLE the quotation. I was angry and nearly in tears because I believed we were taking advantage of. My husband had already moved so that I called him immediately. He called John who promised us that there has to be a error and he’d start looking to in and call us back”that day”. He’d never call us back, so we all needed to phone back repeatedly. When we’d ultimately reach him he’d once more sugar coating everything and guarantee us he’d look after it and that we had been looking at at least a 500 dollar reduction. The motorist called and requested to provide early (that wasn’t possible because we were not yet there). We’re then told we might not even get our things for a couple of weeks. After we arrived in our new house we’ve got a sudden call from the motorist which our stuff had been shut. We predicted John (AGAIN) to observe the currency standing. Following 3 messages and two mails we eventually got through. He advised me that he can authorize a $250 dollar reduction and he’d send us another $250 from the email (that of course never arrived ). Merely needing that nightmare to end we all consented. The moving truck came and I was amazed to observe just how our stuff has been handled. Nearly every box has been dented/flattened and ruined. Our brand new wooden furniture needed gouges/scratches. Our excersize machines have been scraped. They threw boxes to some corner at the home will little respect to dimension (ie put a wardrobe on little boxes!) And delicate stickers. They dropped the screws to set the bed together and have been likely to leave without any setup. Dishes/frames were busted (not surprising) and whining about the heat and just how much material we had was muttered from the movers.

Overall both my spouse and I cannot think that in this day of age there may be a business like this where they cost you a chance to deal with you and things like crap. We wanted this inspection to be made public as proceeding is a really stressful time and it’s the least we can do in order to attempt and spare you the grief we went through. This organization is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and also have proceeded nearly a dozen occasions.

Please don’t use this business and inform friends and family!!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

No matter what you do, don’t use this organization. Obviously by a number of these reviews, there’s a small probability that you might have a great experience together. But, return to google and have a look at most the reviews on these. They underquote originally and then increase the quotation tremendously upon pickup. And it’s unreal how rude they come to these clients. In general the worst moving adventure of our own lives.

    Thanks Statewide Movers Inc!

This is my very first movement – and that I was anxious. I have had numerous family and friends members that have hired moving firms have now been royally screwed them over. Obviously, I wasn’t looking forward to getting my very own expertise. I received a number of quotations prior to making my final choice, and it came down to two significant points. #1 – cost. #2 – relaxation level. I talked to John and over the first five minutes on the telephone, I had been at ease. Not only did they provide me the very aggressive quotation but John was such a great guy and actually took the opportunity to discuss everything with me, answer all of my questions & also make sure that I felt confident with my choice. I will honestly say – I’ve never been more happy with after my gut instinct. Statewide Movers Inc was magnificent!! They’re professional, kind, comprehensive & amazing! If you’re trying to find a business which still believes in great company, look no more. Thank you Statewide Movers Inc & thank you John for taking such excellent care of me!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

I had been quoted a moving cost of $1000 from John. They showed up two hours late in a Budget rental truck along with a luggage from Home Depot in which they’d only stopped to purchase a screw driver and wrenches right before they came (yes, I watched that the reception in the luggage ). Once they loaded everything about the Budget Rent truck, the cost jumped to $2100 which they induce you to cover since they’ve all ready loaded the truck. The movers ruined a wall inside my flat and John delivered them to Home Depot to purchase supplies to fix but it was half done and still needed to be mended after their half effort. John doesn’t return calls and following many attempts to contact him and being advised by a female that he had been”on another line” I had the driver of the delivery truck telephone him and his phone was returned. He consented to dismiss $200 but then became angry when I informed him I had been displeased with the support and starting yelling and refused to honor the reduction. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I just cant say enough about the firm! I predicted Statewide needing to relocate ASAP to my new job that they could accomodate all of my deadline asks AND offered great service also! My moving afternoon was extremely straightforward and also the afternoon my things arrived was equally simple. Everything was in good state, and the team was next to none. So pleased

After a few conversations with several distinct businesses, I chose to go with Statewide Movers due to the assurances I purchased from John about my transfer. I hadn’t ever used a moving company before and that I was frightened at first since I did not know what to anticipate. Happily, I have been pleasantly surprised by all of the attention to detail and customer support I’ve received from them.
They were kind and professional, wrap all of my items as though it had been their own, bringing my things in time and at a cost that has been more than fair.
I didn’t believe this type of service existed anymore in our mad world, but’m so happy that it will!
Can definately be recommending this company to anybody I could!

Backing out of Guaranteed Estimate 4 days before Move

I had this business come back to examine my items and then it took some time to obtain an estimate. Eventually I got you. I reserved the transfer and sent from my deposit. Later, on the afternoon when they sent boxes so that I could pack my items, I get a call in the owner whining about how there had been a lot of sand onto the street and his trucks are at risk. He was whining about the way the”ensured” quote was incorrect since I’d have more boxes and whining about all of the boxes which would be included in which an individual had come out months ago to discuss my belongings for the transfer. This firm knew the number of boxes to the transfer if they gave me the exact quote. Anyhow, 4 days prior to the scheduled movement the proprietor calls me and says he’s adding another guy to the task (to jack up the speed ) and a second hour, regardless of the fact that I already sent in my deposit to its”guaranteed” quote. He informs me that under the legislation he can raise the cost by 25% anyhow on the afternoon of the movement whatever the estimate! I got a feeling that I’d suffer from this individual even ahead. Owner looked”whiny” about whether he’d be falling off boxes beforehand. This occurs. Very unreliable and that knows whether they jack up the cost to the day of this transfer in which the man is saying they’re able to raise the cost no matter this”ensured” estimate!
