They didn’t follow directions so that the items I did not desire where packaged first forcing me to cover three times up to the quote. Several boxes plus a workout machine didn’t make it into my new residence. Deliver Driver threatened to put my items in storage since he wanted to charge me more. Compelled me to pay money, shattered my things out things from my existence and dropped my possessions! They will just pay .60 per pound so un lose they win. This was a nightmare!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

It was a dreadful experience! I travel a great deal for the army and if Gary Curtis (California Vanlines) originally wished to send I was already out of city (no previous notice, ” he predicted since the truck was already in rt). Nevertheless he still wanted to send, regardless of me not being there and once I asked him to get another shipping date he started to raise his voice and attempt to induce me to select the shipping date(very unprofessional). After he calmed down we agreed on a shipping date. When the truck came (Aug2016), come to find out it was a partial shipping. We weren’t informed this was a partial, I needed to call him and ask about the rest of my things and he then confessed that it was a partial shipping and the remainder will be delivered the next month! I had been quite displaced with this deceitfulness. There were things in our delivery which didn’t even belong to us(I know somebody is overlooking a headboard), that is just sad! Here it’s 9 mos. We still haven’t got the remainder of our things. I’ve things in there which belonged to my daughter, who’s currently in Heaven (So I do not need a settlement, I truly want my things, the things that rightfully belong to me)! It has been a very dishearten encounter and still is till I get all of my possessions!

We hired California Van-Lines to perform our transfer in San Diego, California to Chicago, IL. We have plenty of calls and talked to different movers but each of them looked like they’d talk bad about each other, but a few might even ask me about deals I got from additional moving companies. The cost did not change and it remained the same. All of my furniture has been packaged, loaded attentively from the truck. The men do it by cubic feet, therefore they used all distance potential, no openings in between. They packaged the two my TV s at no cost and gave me complimentary mattress covers and packed my massive mirror that I enjoy and my image frame. All free of charge. Marcus and Jose were amazing, the men did a fantastic job. This was all done last moment, my spouse and I even got a better deal to conduct a company in Chicago. We chose it! This firm did all perfect, we’d have a couple of additional boxes, but we eliminate a couple things before the transfer to help keep the cost the same. We’d have a couple things with broken dishes but it was actually our fault, we did not pack it nicely. We needed to save money and decrease the number of boxes however, it stopped costing our meals. Atleast these are sustainable but for additional future clients, be certain you add more boxes into your quotation, and record all of your furniture pieces which way you know exactly what to pack. I simply transferred from Illinois To Ohio, I’d just 1 couch a mattress and couple boxes to transfer .Cindy gave me a minimal rate of $1050.00 but if the driver showed up I found that they are a broker and the cost moved up to $2860.00. There was not any one at the workplace to speak to since it was the weekend and if they finally replied all you can hear is lot of people crying.
Don’t use this agent firm. I am stuck with nearly $3000.00 invoice or else they wont discharge my furniture. ID Number
