They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. Please read small print on your contract. They will tell you a 5 to 14 day guarantee of furniture arrival. This is NOT the case. Once you give them the down payment it is very hard to find out any answers after that. They will give you the run around and nobody know anything. You just can’t get an answer to anything and I mean anything. I have been working with Russell (sales person) Jim (logistic person). They have made this move a nightmare. Still no furniture arrival but will update this review when and if furniture arrives and will update condition of furniture. P.S. they have lost my cross boarder papers. Do not use this company. Please read yelp reviews also.
Hello I moved my family into Florida from Ontario in February. I searched online and got a grip of the corporation. The company was very valuable and I moved forward a reserved out movement. We did not have a lot of cash so we needed to search for the ideal speed so that I was a tiny worriedThe movers called beforehand and allow me to know they’d be about time. They came at 10:00am as promised and picked up our belongings. We had it all packed and prepared Rob and Cal were rather considerate and considerate. There weren’t any severe problems.I got a call from Tina two weeks afterwards and she explained our shipping fat was roughly 1000 pounds less that estimated therefore she decreased the bill we had been so satisfied! I paid the last invoice by Credit Card. My main contact Jim stored connected and managed the numerous questions I’d like. Ten days after my merchandise arrived in Oceola along with the group unloaded our stuff to the home. It had been sexy and the sweated through it and did a excellent job. After our products have been unloaded I detected that my java tables were ruined. I called Jim to tell him. After that week that the repairman arrived and managed to repair the table.Jim discovered us a great speed and left our move into Florida substantially easier that people anticipated. I suggest this company to anybody who’s searching for a plumber at a fair price.
We contracted with Relocation Services Global (RSG) to our transfer in the San Diego, CA are into the Toronto, Canada Region. Jim Dixon has been our signature at RSG.
RSG has a site which professes that they are the greatest global moving support, and the other things claims –“We provide single-source contact during your relocation, personally replying to all of your requirements. Your own personal move coordinator will soon be with you at each step along the way, 24/7.”
Soon after paying our’residue’ into RSG, we have a call from Ken Conley, General Manager of AMS Transportation, Inc (AMS). , a business we hadn’t ever heard of. They stated they’d be tackling our movement. Jim Dixon never said AMS earlier we paid him, though it became apparent that he had been touting their bidding from the very start. We appeared AMS and became quite worried when we read a number of the testimonials. Jim stated that they did’tens of thousands of moves annually’, which RSG stood behind them, and that he’d personally’keep a cautious eye on these .’ BELIEVE THOSE REVIEWS.
Immediately after the products were filled along with also the Bill of Lading, obviously indicated COD from the motorist, was signed, and we had been requested by the motorist’s spouse for a imprint of the charge card’for office functions. We do not understand the reason why they want it, it is only that they inquire.’ We complied — BIG MISTAKE. We had been them requested to register the blank credit card variant, which we all refused to perform. They stated that they were a little outfit and had 20 percent up front. We stated that our bargain was with RSG and they ought to contact Jim Dixon whenever they had any queries.
THE BAIT AND SWITCH — roughly 4 hours after the loading, we all have a call by Tina of AMS. She advised me that the burden came in 60 percent greater than the quote and she wanted permission to charge our credit card for the complete move, up front. We denied and stated that wasn’t our bargain with RSG. Tina explained that in her 25 years in the market, she hadn’t ever seen a movement that wasn’t paid ahead. We informed her that we’d transferred globally many times, constantly COD, which because the moving firm had our merchandise and wasn’t obliged to discharge them on delivery before paid, they had been coated. Jim Dixon wasn’t any assistance. He wimped out. He stated he’d’no power to negotiate charging’. This from the man whose business professes”We provide single-source contact during your relocation, personally replying to all of your requirements. Your own personal move coordinator will soon be with you at each step along the way, 24/7.”
THE FRAUD — At the following day and a half since we’re driving into Canada, we received 14 calls from Tina looking for our consent to charge our card with the entire quantity of the transfer. Ultimately , I sent a email obviously stating that we wouldn’t authorize it. The calls stopped, however we afterwards discovered the AMS (Tina?) Had processed a fee for the complete amount from our charge card, without consent.
MORE CHEATING — Since we didn’t think the burden, we asked a reweigh. They consented stating we would have to cover the reweigh, which we consented. In the reweigh, confident enough, it was they overcharged us by some 650 lbs. Not only surprise. Even in the reweigh, they attempted more weight manipulation, even together with just two people in the vehicle to its weigh-in, and just one about the weigh-out. After the weight cheating came out,” AMS’s sole answer was that they’d send it to their own’accounting section’ for calculating. No apology. The AMS office at which Ken Conley is situated is miniature, incidentally. The accounting section will probably Tina herself J.
Weight bumping’ is such a problem in transferring that the GAO commissioned an account on this, and we all supplied that report on Jim Dixon. No reply. The report lays out the numerous ways moving businesses fraudulently control the weights. Jim Dixon and RSG have all but disappeared at this phase, hinting that excellent confidence –“We provide single-source contact during your relocation, personally replying to all of your requirements. Your personal relocation coordinator is going to soon be with you at every step along the way, 24/7
MORE SHENANIGNS — AMS consented that we were refused a refund, but then said that if they might bill our credit card, they couldn’t process and charge on it and would have to send us a test. It might be funny if not so time consuming and annoying. We, to the date, haven’t got a refund and eventually had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company verified that AMS absolutely could process a charge on the card.
CONTACT US BEFORE USING RSG OR AMS. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. We’re senior citizens that have moved globally several times. These individuals could be around a local movement, but long foreign moves don’t appear to maintain their own league. The desperation with which they chased us for consent to prepay the transfer, along with also the tardiness in processing a refund (they had been prepared in however 4 hours to figure and process a fee for its upfront payment J) would cause you to believe the firm could possibly be financially fragile. If BUYER BEWARE!

I do not have any commercial interest in stating this, I just wish to thank this organization and if it’s the utility for someone I will be more than happy to provide an opinion here.
Thanks markers.
