Thank you for the wonderful work. The Movers were on time and quite agreeable. My job was tough because stairs have been included along with my furniture is extremely heavy. These guys were STRONG. The Veterans maintained a positive excitement and obtained everything upstairs at a really limited moment.
They attracted tools together which came in handy since I needed to disassemble and reassemble my own bed. They even insisted on helping me to get my things out my vehicle.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They showed up late, two movers rather than the 3 that I contracted for, then one of these left for one hour to pick up the 3rd helper. They weren’t experienced hard-working veterans such as the web site states, but inexperienced young guys who spoke over work. They did not complete the task before the time that I contracted for (even beginning the time after all of 3 were there), so that I needed to complete itself, and it wasn’t a huge move (a 2-br apt)! They broke a part of my furniture and did not inform me about it, so that I found that out the following day. They did not use the shifting blankets I provided, so my timber furniture got scraped up. When I moved into the company to ask a refund, then they totally ignored me and then the Better Business Bureau. – Thus much for their pride and quality assurance ensures. This isn’t a national business as they assert. They program to local businesses. They didn’t schedule my movement so nobody showed. I used this business to assist us proceed. It’s licensed and guaranteed ( allegedly ). The movers shipped packed our jewellery box and if it had been unpacked there have been a number of bead things missing. When owner **** ****** has been contacted that he said it wasn’t his problem that it had been his loaders and that he will not speak to us concerning this issue. He’s a 100% satisfaction guarantee and insurance coverage on things. He’s yet to comply with his own assurance.

I booked a place for this business 7 weeks ahead of time and had no problem doing this with the major person on the telephone.  I got a confirmation email afterwards and believed we had been set to proceed.  We now had a POD delivered the evening before and on the day of proceeding (these movers just wanted to meet with out the POD – we’d all moving gear in the home and all broken down and ready to move ).  On the afternoon of the transfer – that the movers were likely to appear at 10am and which went and came.  At 1030am that I named the business and the woman known as the supervisor to discover in which the movers had been.  Back to discover where they were in and needed to phone in about 30 mins.  The woman told me that the movers had two areas scheduled now and mixed teaming up using theirs.  Well this is a large matter. . .especially because nobody advised us!  I’ve got two puppies and had them carried from their home so that they would not need to manage the movers if they have been still here.  I was angry and nobody actually offered us a refund, so simply that they’d be there in just a time.  As I was setting up to email your supervisor, Greg, I got a telephone call from him describing that the movers are there about 1pm and that he needed us to cover the movers to get their gasoline.  Well this was not in the arrangement or clarified to us either!  So that has been an astouding NO!  I told the boss I wanted cash back too and he repeated everything I explained to me and that I informed him, yes that is what I’d like done and that I just hung up on me.  I could not believ it.  I attempted to phone him back again and the telephone went to voicemail straight away.  At this time that I called the main office and simply cancelled the movers.  I didn’t expect them to appear at each of the supervisor was utterly unprofessional if he hung me up and requested me to cover the movers petrol cash!  I needed to get another moving business in the last moment.  So essentially while I didn’t cope witht he movers whatsoever and they might be fantastic. . .the manager along with how things were managed would be unprofessional and made my life a living hell for the entire day while I attempted to reconfigure out everything.  So you have been warned.
