    BHT Transportation Inc Moving Co.

Don’t use this organization. You’ll be sorry if you employ them. The one thing they perform professionally or attentively is count the cash. Virtually all I trusted them to wrap and treat has been damaged in some manner. A lovely Ralph Lauren King Bench with mahogony legs, broken. A wood inlay tea cart ( family heirloom) from Sorrento Italy, divided. A gorgeous hand blown murano glass sculpture that they had been paid to crate but just wrapped, broken. This firm cared for nothing but unloading the truck and getting from my home with their money. They came at 7pm and abandoned at 2am! They didn’t build some of the furniture or beds that they took aside for the transfer since they LOST ALL THE HARDWARE! The wardrobe boxes that I purchased and carefully packaged were abandoned at my garage UPSIDE DOWN!! They insisted that an armoire belonging into some own bedroom place wouldn’t fit thru the bedroom doorway so that they left it (leg broken and shirt cracked) from the garage. A couple of days after I hired professional movers that had it in the area in under 10 minutes. They packaged our 60 in Plasma TV at a mirror box with hardly any protection and then sent it upside down!  Apart from taking 3 full days to transfer the things from my home after charging me $1,300 bucks to keep it for 30 days (they simply abandoned it on the truck) they was 21 days late bringing my furniture that compelled us to incur resort fees for fourteen days. Throughout the 3 weeks that they had $10,000 bucks of my money and all of my possessions and furniture and they wouldn’t communicate together and also give me an estimated date of birth. I didn’t pack any food because I knew it was likely to be saved for a month nonetheless all of my items smelled like fruits. Not worth 1 penny of those $15,000 dollars they billed me. This provider is horrendous and needs to be closed.

    Don't Waste Your Money

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
    – Was told I might pick my pickup date….didn’t occur.
    – Was told it as 7-10 days to Receive my things….it was 17 (just after whining and being placed on a priority listing )
    – Was told I was likely to be in touch with the driver the entire time. . .never had the Telephone number
    – have left many messages to your owner to call. . .never heard from him.
    – Lied to, manipulated, and duped into believing that was a fantastic firm. It wasn’t!

    AWESOME MOVERS

I’m reading these testimonials thinking to myself that are such people…. I had the best experience from begin to finish. . Angie was my resp and she’s quite CUSTOMER FRIENDLY… the team came about an hour later than expected but that was nice I managed to complete what packaging I’d left…. They arrived in and  packaged the things I needed assistance with and did a fantastic job. . The men were very fine,  managed my things correctly and off they went. I received a call in the dispatch office two days after giving me my equilibrium that was marginally higher then they we originally thought but I was fine with it being I say how good the team was and that I didnt need to do the transfer myself..thats why I obtained movers to begin with. . I was pleased to receive my things daily four. . It was somewhat late in the afternoon but that was fine too I managed to I received my things quickly them showing up in 530 was the least of exactly why worries. . It took approximately 3 hours that they put everything together I requested them to and unwrapped the items they’d packaged. . NOT 1 thing was damaged!!! I amd very delighted with this company and will recommend them to everybody I know. . Some folks just like to whine I visit on here but I am here to say I’m rather happy!!!!!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never never never…. Never. BHT has been the most strangest moving/transportation firm I’ve ever used.   From top to bottom this business had the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Angie, who helped in preparing the reservation originally presented herself as well as the firm as a shining example of exactly what a moving company ought to be. Come back to find out that the two parties were far from shining examples. Angie, became unworthy and not able to assist with anything about the movement after the first contract had been setup. Anna or Ann at”Dispatch” was equally as useless. Between being continuously lied and discounted regarding the date of the products leaving their pickup place and arriving at their final destination that this individual failed to supply any accurate details. Our movement was quoted in no more than 8 days but has been assured that this movement”always” requires 4. Come to discover our things didn’t leave the country until three months after the first pickup. This entire business is a scam and that I feel blessed to have obtained MOST of my merchandise back. Even though it required a month, a ship was lost and a number of the property was ruined. It required threatening them with calling the authorities to eventually get our items delivered. Unlucky for us that wasn’t the conclusion of our annoyance for this moving business. The business delivered two guys in an unmarked square-foot truck with graffiti on it. They shipped it to the incorrect address. When it eventually got to our home, both men attempted to convince us that the truck could not be parked near our home, and that we needed to pay extra fees for transferring our belongings further then 75 ft. We mentioned HELL NO, and we’d find a measuring tape which we were not likely to pay them a DIME longer due to all the [EDIT] we moved through. They immediately backed down and low and behold it wasn’t even near 75ft. We measured it once they left. From begin to finish this location will be a nightmare. STAY AWAY. ITs a scam. You may loose stuff, not receive your things for more than a month, so your items is going to be ruined and you’ll be swindled out of more time and money. They’re LIARS. There’s absolutely no question about that. All that comes from the mouths are all lies.

    Would not refund my deposit

I phoned BHT transportation since the customer support rep (angie) appeared very pleasant and eager to assist, unfortunately after I’d filled out the stock record for the next time, the cost was raised and that I had a terrible feeling this was not a great firm. I’d already signed the internet contract but I still must have been permitted the lawful 3 times to change my thoughts and that I refused to offer me a refund or employment with me to the stock list. Do NOT proceed with this business! It’s totally illegal not to offer a refund if it’s over the 72 hour or even 3 business day period of time!

    Poor

This is the worst going experience! Dispatch did not relay the right address. The Agency blamed and mistreated me to the business error. He threatened to not deliver. While I convince him to transfer my items, he refused to push in the storage device center. He sat at the vehicle while his two helpers unload my stuff around the face of the street (using 5 broken objects ). My family needed to assist me move my stuff out of the face of the street. Mike Cohen, the alleged proprietor was also of no assistance and quite unprofessional, such as his or her movers. I won’t ever use or recommend them to ANYONE ever!

    Five-star movers!

The inspector were fantastic, I’d a full-scale complete packing move and that I had no difficulties with any part of my movement. The crew and staff were very polite. I had been upgraded across the way with all the movement while my goods were in transit. I want to thank Angie for a excellent job with her amazing customer support and invite BHT for the excellent job they did. If anybody is trying to find a fantastic honest moving company I’d suggest BHT, I’d no harm done everything came on time and undamaged. Thank you, BHT 5-star support!

    Excellent

The movement was outstanding. Angie, my agent, was excellent. She helped me throughout the entire moving procedure. The cost was very honest, the movers were so friendly, hardworking and cautious. Nothing has been damaged. Everything was completed in a timely way. My moving procedure was a whole lot less stressful due to all their aid. I’d certainly recommend this business to other people. Entirely happy.

Fantastic support! I move frequently and I have to say this business was undoubtedly the best! Angie was so professional and she assisted me with all my Most requests. I’m pleased to state that I’m moved into my new house and this is the most bizarre stress free transfer. My furniture needed no scrapes and that I had been so concerned about it from my previous experience. Overall good experience. Thank you. I’ll use them again for sure!

    Everthing moves

I had been contacted by a young guy called Mike from United van lines operating from this Florida area, but that he had been just a broker rather than the mover. He no time said, said or said that my stuff could be brokered out to a different firm, the firm they sent to me personally was  Everything Moves, once I attempted to call Mike and inquire what was happening he never returned any of my calls. The driver showed up with a list checklist considerably more compact than I’d contributed, he revealed 53 Things, how can a few just have 53 Things, actually? So he chose his own paychecks after performing a stroll through he estimated that it would now cost us approx. $3,600.00 rather than the $1800.00 we were quoted, from the time he got done loading the cost then jumped to $4,900.00 he’d already had completed his walk through and Inventory so how can the cost jump after it’s loaded. We waited a few days for our items to arrive, eventually we could achieve a motorist who subsequently gave us the number to the workplace, the amount recorded on the reception was counterfeit, they then wished to drop off the stuff at 5pm when it’s dark, which wasn’t occurring, they insisted we’d 9000 pounds of product but refused to visit the scales prior to the were compensated, the driver called the supervisor who said we must cover initially, well we had a problem with this, once the truck came it was a separate truck, our belongings was reloaded on to a different truck, and somebody elses matters were in there together with ours, boxes had been crushed, holes in them a few of these moist, they insisted that which was labeled, but none the less that truck was dealt against other things on it so just how are people to understand what we’re paying for. The director mike was so concerned about losing money, which mechanically raised a flag, he’s all about the money and not on the client, we’d already paid $1800.00 all we needed to do was visit the scales and possess the stuff dealt with our materials onto it and he would not let us. I won’t ever use this company or some other again, I’ll rent a truck and employ somebody to aid with the transfer (Laborers) I am sure there are lots of honest men searching for work on Craigslist..word in the shrewd, you aren’t receiving the business that calls you with all the moving quotation, they are agents and provide it to a company which bids on your relocation, so in the event that you would like a fair and honest price do it yourself, rent a truck many rental locations have a listing of guys who will perform the job for a commission, value it, people aren’t honest anymore.

So BAD, I will never use another moving company again

I had been in a pinch to discover a moving business that could match my budget of $1000. Hank contacted me personally and that he was really professional and nice. He tried really difficult to use my finances, and the quote was 1173. I told him that I certainly couldn’t go more than that and everythings sounded nice. Hank explained that when we came across some things that had to be inserted into the sequence to let him understand. I’d encounter a bike, chello and snowboards and instantly told him. I heard him exploring the improvements at the history and he explained the upgrade was shipped. If it altered the extimate I would find the updated one. I never obtained an updated statement.  All of this was completed by telephone or email, that I now know was a huge mistake. Looking back I understand that there were red flags that I should’ve paid attention to. The first red flag has been that they do not send someone into the home to do a quote. BHT asks their customers to pretty much take a guess at the number of cubic feet their own possessions have come to. After Hank asked me the number of cubic feet, I informed him that I had no means of quantifying that and mathematics wasn’t my strong point so that I could not even have a guess. I advised him away from floor to ceiling, and all of my possessions would fit in my living room and that I understood it would all fit within a 14 ft. U-Haul, as this was my first plan for my own transfer. However, I needed to cancel the U-haul since the individual who was likely to help me push backed out. Hank said he understood how large the 14 feet U-haul was and estimated that the cubic feet. I requested Hank about heating and that he said that his firm would provide us 1 free month of storage. He asked him where our substance could be saved and he explained his firm does not disclose that info. This was the 2nd red flag. When I asked him why, he explained for our own defense. It made no sense, however, he had been so fine and because I had been in a hurry I did not think it through just like that I must have. Looking back, that is when I must have decided to not operate with BHT and proceed with a different corporation. Hindsight. Hank required a deposit of $173 on the telephone and that I had to pay $500 upon pickup, and then $500 more on delivery. I still had not heard in the moving business about the pickup date, and so I contacted Hank and that he immediately go connected with Diane in dispatch. I’d attempted on many occasions to phone but they either did not return to me, along with the telephone would ring and ring and ring, but maybe not moving over into a voice email. When I eventually learned from Diane, it had been significantly less than 24 hours notice of when the movers will arrive and the timeframe was likely to be between 5 and 9 PM. I had been surpirzed at just how late it was likely to be and voiced that I’d hotel reservations and couldn’t stay at my flat which overdue. She stated when I left a key under the mat to them that they can enter the flat and load my possessions. I received the OK from my landlord, so that it was fine so long as they returned the key from the dropbox. I made a check for about $500 on the counter since I agreed. Select up date was August 30, 2014. That identical night we have a voice mail in among the movers saying that we’d more than that which was on the quote in order that they could just load a few of our possessions and left the remaining. He said someone will return the next day to acquire the remainder of our stuff. I contacted me Hank and I was quite upset. He explained that some of those heaps before my pickup has to have experienced more than that which was in their orders that was probably why all of my items did not match. However he said in all of his years working there he never watched movers leave a part of a burden behind and he explained he knew why I was angry and he would be visiting red also. I was angry because I believed that the movers must have contacted us immediately after eyeballing our possessions and let’s know before loading that they did not think that it would match. Nevertheless, they loaded a few and abandoned the remainder. As soon as I discovered my stuff hadn’t been picked up around the 31st, I contacted Hank back and he also advised me to call dispatch. As soon as I talked to Diane and informed me about he voice email that I got, she had been rude and stated she did not know whether they said that and might need to speak to them. I’d my landlord take photos of everything was left behind and that I sent them by email to Diane. Diane stated Lots of the Key things were left behind, and she would need to determine how her boss wanted to Deal with the Circumstance.   4 days after they picked up my items and I had been getting a daily rental fee becasue my landlord couldn’t begin the cleanup procedure. Additionally, it set a delay at the new tenants move in date. Once I had been advised that the remainder of my load was picked up I voiced my concern in my heaps becoming mixed up. They promised me both my heaps would be saved together. I requested for an expansion to the free storage and also has been given one before October 4th, 2014. On October 4th, I emailed them using a speech to send my possessions. As soon as I got a reply from Diane she stated she was attempting to phone and left many messages since they weren’t evident on matters. I emailed her again to let her know that we just received a single message and every time we attempted to phone back the telephone might ring and ring and ring, that was an issue from the start. I said that I believed I was quite apparent. I gave them a speech to send my possessions to. I just had to listen back a date and time. Then I got an email which they would send my items to this speech and I would have to cover $1,846.80. I was amazed at just how much the cost had increased. I informed Mike Cohen I did not have this. I only needed the $500 which has been agreed upon and that I never got any updated statement by email or otherwise on a cost increase after I’d advised Hank of those things I included. Despite what I included I did not think it would jack up the price by this much. From there on I moved in circles with this particular business. I decided to perform all of communications from email so that I could maintain a list of our discussions and prevent a he said/she stated secnario. I had been told I needed to direct deposit the cash in their accounts until they’d deliver. On the other hand, the contract said final payment has been caused by delivery. Mike did not care. He explained my matters would stay within their own storage before the matter has been solved. Even once I repeatedly said that I don’t want my items saved together since their prices were over $400 per month.  After moving in circles I had been advised to seek out the support of an lawyer to handly additional communications. I let Mike know I was frustrated and dissappointed at how things are managed, therefore an lawyer will be calling him. He maintained he was actually hoping to work together with me to fulfill my requirements and I was not being charged the excess storage. After the attorney eventually contacted Mike, I was being charged for 3 weeks of storage plus they had been requiring $1946.80 be paid prior to shipping. But when I consented to it, he’d offer me a”unique 1 day reduction” subtracting $200 from this sum so long as I agreed that the pay this day, that had been December 26th, 2014. The total will them be $1746.80. My lawyer’s secretary advised him the final payment had been due upon delivery based on this contract, therefore Mike agreed but stated we’d need to pay the driver until they’d unload. The lawyer advised us to fulfill their need, get our items, then go with plans to visit small claims.  My buddies and I’d no option except to utilize gofundme to increase the money that they desire in this brief moment. We had been under stress since the moving firm mentioned if we didnt’ concur , they were planning to place up our possessions for auction on January 3rd. This was so stressful from the start and also to find this information the day following Christmas has been devestating.  As of this moment, December 30th, we’re awaiting confirmation of a shipping date in the lawyer’s office. I’m aware there are some”great” reviews with this business, however I highly advise all to think twice before applying this organization. They create their quotes based on dimensions, and anticipate their customers to understand cubic feet. They rely on the fact that the majority of individuals do not understand that and will only have a guess. They’ll jack up the cost considerably and no matter of what’s about their”contract” that they will attempt to bully you in paying far more than that which you need to prior to shipping. I just pray that we really get back our things and that they will be in precisely the identical state we abandoned them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Whoever Angie is needs some customer service lessons.

I’d conduct a hunt through Orbitz for more details for upcoming transfer two countries away. I instantly had been bombarded with emails and calls from approximately 10 different moving firm. (now I understand better) I began to undergo them little by little to obtain the ideal match for us. In the middle of attempting to respond to everyone, apparently I overlooked contact with this firms. I got an extremely rude and inconsiderate email from Angie essentially bothers me for not reacting, also telling me I was breaking her money rather than responding fast enough. I’ve not had a companion contact me within this hostile manner before we’d even done business. Moves are trying enough. Thank you Angie for providing me one less firm to take into account.

My items were treated with respect, which meant a good deal to me!  Thank you Angela! You left this move worry free.

    AWFUL MOVING COMPANY

Angie persuaded my husband and I that we would have a fantastic encounter with BHT Transportation. She stated that their was not any way that we’d be billed over her quote since we had less than the standard quantity of stuff. She stated that our stuff will almost certainly be delivered in 7-10 days. After our stuff came 18 days after we were shocked that they showed up late and then charged us an additional 540 bucks. When I called to type out this the girl in charge was exceptionally rude to me. I am rather disappointed with this organization and I believe they listened to us. My husband said that he didn’t wish to pay extra at the time of loading and they said we’d nothing to fret about. BEWARE that they lie when filling out your stock. When you say you own a mattress. . .they will write bed down and then charge you extra for not writing down bed spring even though you told them you had a bed spring. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

    Nightmare move

This firm didn’t function they way they ought to have. The communication was dreadful. They didn’t return calls or allow us understand our shipping period. We were told when we couldn’t take the delivery once they came we’d need to pay $250.00 per hour for the delay. They did not need to wait in reality our shipping was 26 times late. The afternoon we predicted about where our items were we had been told it had not even left Ca. They don’t call you back you’ve got to keep calling to get an upgrade. As soon as you sign the contract that the salesperson will not help you whatsoever. The Dot # of the business that delivered the furniture wasn’t exactly like what was to the contract. They cracked among our TV’s that we paid extra to allow them to package and then the worst part is we’re overlooking our protected. They tell us to submit a claim. How can you substitute a value about the things from the safe? They still tell you they’ll call you straight back and then they do not. They won’t unload the truck until you pay them money and they truly don’t give you time to rely on your boxes or assess for damages. When I knew all this before I began this movement I’d have rented a truck and drove myself. That way I wouldn’t have had my items loaded and unloaded and place in storage and then invisibly. I only hope the secure ends up shortly. I am hoping this review and assist somebody esle avoid all of the problems and anxiety we all have and are still moving though.

    Horrible move

The business pickup my things on 06/15/2014 out of Sammamish WA using all the dedication which they will attempt to satisfy my own 06/22/2014 delivery date. The business wasn’t able to fulfill 06/22 shipping date, when contacted on telephone on 06/23 I had been advised that they don’t have any program for my delivery currently and will upgrade me whenever they have a program available. This keeps occurring every 2nd or 3rd day once I call. Eventually I had been given the program of my own shipping 07/14/2014 that truck will be program to reach my home on 15/16 and he’ll phone me 4 hours beforehand. I whine that this can be an excess late delivery by 24 days.
On delivery, I still had to struggle to receive my own things since they were saying that it belongs to another celebration. When all of the products were off loaded, I could see that my living room lamp collection has been broken. The motorist came with newspaper work and ask me to register up and that I advised him that I need to record the things that are broken up for a claim,” he explained that he do not have enough time for it. I said to him that I talked with the organization they said that I must list the broken things in Remarks place and then motorist and I both have to sign. The motorist said I do not want your signature and do not have the time to discuss things. I mentioned at least allow me count the things if all are still here however he left without needing my touch of getting the shipping, stating”I am a builder and I do not care”. , got to his truck and left.
