Do not, rely on them if you don’t need to. Home depot utilize them, but they’re horrible. Drivers lie around time of shipping. Say they telephone but did not inform dispatch they then give erroneous number. But house depot had proper quantity on invoice.Call there workplace set you on hold for 30 mins, and state unable to move call and consume. Who conducts a company like this.

Our recent move with Daryl Flood was outstanding!

We’ve moved 14 times within the previous 28 decades. Our latest movement together with Daryl Flood Mayflower has been exceptional. There’s absolutely not any such thing as an ideal movement, but that was near ideal. Nobody loves transferring, however Daryl Flood created it as worry free as you can.

Jason Staton, Lorraine Prestano, Kenny Archibold, Wayne Russell, along with the moving team were outstanding in first quote through article movement. We highly suggest Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics.

    Best Move Ever!

Even the packers and movers using Daryl Flood did an outstanding job with my neighborhood and outside of state transfer! Even the packers took extra care of my things and I didn’t have any harms. They picked up and delivered in time and were patient once I requested them to transfer a couple of items around! I’d certainly utilize Daryl Flood for any movement. . .household or industrial!

    "Daryl Flood Dependable"

Their literature states”Not Only Reputable Daryl Flood Dependable.” My family discovered what that meant now. It is a bit past noon. We are moved in. I could not be much more impressed. My family’s movement was a rather complex, multi-stage transfer involving three houses, three storage components and a good deal of different challenges. The Daryl Flood trustworthy men sailed it through, did not break anything and (wonder of wonders) just lurks when my spouse had them”place that on there – no, wait – perhaps over here.” Frankly , they did such a terrific job, when they had not completed so soon, we’d have requested them all to remain for supper.

    Our move from Texas

We hired Daryl Flood to maneuver our 3800 sq. ft. house contents from Texas into Nevada. The sales representative spoke us into taking the entire insurance since we had roughly 40 cartons of hamburger, dishes along with breakables. She understood in the time we had been doing all of our own packaging due to our concern regarding our things. She also over estimated our burden although we supplied that a bill of lading in our previous movement that had the specific quantity of fat onto it and it was to be right. Five guys loaded with the van on the movement from Texas. On coming in Nevada just the driver and a single assistant showed up. We had been worried insufficient assistance however they had been in a rush. Instead, they manhandled our furniture, scratching it, gouging it and almost ruining all 3 doorways on our fridge which has been brand new. They broke two boxes of dolls. Destroyed a file cabinet and then didn’t build anything properly. We registered a claim. They didn’t fix the fridge but it took these months. They refused paying for both boxes mentioning that they did not pack them so were not accountable for them. They sent money to your file cabinet. I believe that they behaved in bad religion selling me insurance that they understood they’d not be required to pay on since they knew we had been performing our own packaging. Oddly enough, nothing else was broken that we packaged, only both of these cartons that clearly were lost. I wouldn’t ever use this provider again.

    Billing dispute

I had been quoted a cost for my own movement, and advised that it had been business, zero alterations would be produced. I had some difficulties with the third party craters that they employed, and I couldn’t receive any responses from my proceed representative once I named the day of the transfer. I got an invoice a month after $501.65 for extra third-party fees. For the last two months I’ve left voice messages, with either no return phone, or when I had been blessed to have somebody response , I got the run around, and that I had been told that they don’t have any control over third party fees. My experience up to the stage was good/average, yet this customer support encounter has made me quite frustrated and incredibly disappointed.

    Keep on moving

Awful horrible unreal! Do not employ these folks. They ruined just about every single bit of furniture in my property. They dropped my baby grand piano and ruined it. They’ve yet to arrange to get our products repaired and made claims they haven’t kept. Liars. The operations supervisor arrived to do some damage control but little good that did his sentence is meaningless. Their claims department has not done anything to help us. The sales rep nicely, he has been silent is not that a coincidence?

    Moving experience

This is our first time with a moving company and everything went great.   The Entire group was really professional.   Beginning with Chase Traughber, Marivel Barreda into our driver Kevin Hill and his group. Packing and unpacking went as scheduled .   Kevin consistently kept us upgraded to his coming times and has been so considerate and considerate. Thank you all so far

    Excellent guide and performance

I only wish to share my expertise about current moving. This was my very first going because I’ve come in USA. I was fearful about a moving since most friends complained a great deal about their poor experiences with moving business. However, after consulting using a movement planner, Jeana potter (TX, Dallas), I felt much better definitely because she actually made me comfortable and she’s so friendly and nice. Frankly, I felt as though my buddy would be operating for my own moving. Besides her fine export, the staffs for packaging and loading were all doing fantastic job. Additionally,  Kristy was good at focusing on transferring schedule and moving stuffs by email and also by telephone call. I believed they were all really good team well educated. Now I would love to urge Daryl Flood moving business ardently to my other friends.

    Great staff

I had an extremely pleasant encounter with Daryl Flood for the transfer. Transferring is inherently a stressful moment, but the folks at DF left my life much simpler. Jeana Potter was really sweet and adapting and she put everything up for me. I had been researching for the bar examination whilst organizing my movement, so that I did not have lots of time to dedicate to my shifting logistics, but luckily Jeana cared for everything. In the event you decide to proceed with DF I would strongly suggest requesting Jeana to help you – she’s wonderful. Linda Carruthers had been my first Account Coordinator and that I stored the afternoon following my driver got in a car wreck and was not capable to get it as initially scheduled. Linda got to the telephone and was able to have a replacement driver for me personally, finally becoming me out not long after I had been advised to move. Everybody I socialized with at DF was exceptionally professional, I would certainly use them again.

    Recent move within Texas

Following my latest experience, I wouldn’t urge everyone to utilize Mayflower Daryl Flood due to their own move. It had been badly managed from the beginning, together with them committing to two days from pickup/load into delivery/unload to get a transfer of about 150 miles, just to determine that they couldn’t satisfy their devotion and it actually took 3 times. Afterward their staff in the pickup/load out had difficulties working together & getting together one of themselves, together with required my loved ones & I needing to do a lot of the oversight and real work. Subsequently in the delivery/unloading, they had been badly prepared without the essential equipment organized in the beginning, leading to delays in beginning their job. I have moved 5-6 times within my career, and with no doubt that this was the worst going experience I have ever had.

    Overall Experience - Very Unsatisfied

Very inadequate communciation and consulting later being surprsied on shipping date. I paid alot of cash to get things to go wrong and that I could not do anything but wait for more as they attempted to locate a driver. I received a refund of 100 dollars per day, a measly refund appearing at my complete 12000 relocation cost.At the start and since I had been considering Moving businesses, I discovered several businesses to a small insecure, rather than bonded or insured or so cheap that I was not certain how they might possibly provide an excellent support. Being that our occupations were moving us and gave us a healthier budget, we chose to go with a nationwide supplier such as: United, Mayflower or another van lines. In my experience with acquiring advice and scheduling the house appointments, I discovered Mayflower stood out to the client support and revenue side. Everybody was really helpful and answered all of my hard questions. That is exactly what made me pick Mayflower as my shifting supplier. Moreover, the sales rep Chris Gregersen was useful in forthcoming us with thoughts that would suit my budget (allowance) while obtaining desirable third party solutions (such as TV mounting and refrigerator as well as w/d hook upwards ). I had been very happy about the movement.  We had a few unforseen adjustments with our speech in Roseburg and needed to alter the home address to Mayflower 3 days. It was always likely to be in Roseburg, but nevertheless , it was uncontrollable as sellers’d difficulties with selling thier houses. This contributed to me need to re-sign several arrangements again and again, which I had been under the belief that the sales man had listed on there the acceptable dates. (Later to learn , the dates around the paperwork were both wrong and actually put a massive dent in the procedure; actually after telling my representative from email and in person the dates I’ve needed our possessions to be sent.)  We had been informed by Mayflower our dispatch could be sent out to the 28th of June (that was the day people had been coming back into the US). This has been communicated at the very least a month beforehand by telephone, in person and in email. As soon as I knew that Mayflower was asking the motorist to be organized that late, I was quite unsatitsfied, especially following communication with email for more than a few months while I had been on holiday. The main reason I picked Mayflower was that I believed they would Look after everything without me needing to hassle/worry.   Another difficulty wasn’t merely the dispatch date was improper for that which we discussed, but the true window was quite away. We came into Roseburg, OR on June 28th. We did not hear from Mayflower in case the dispatch had gone outside or been delegated to a motorist. After we inquired, we had been advised that a they’re attempting to locate a driver and also there was a error. Because you can imagine, without Fridge, Washer and Dryer and other important appliances in tow, we’re unable to actually reside in our home, Not to mention, we’d all of our garments etc with Mayflower. We had been left with just the two suitcases we packaged with Turkey- which we had been using for more than a month now. We desperately wanted a location that needed a W/D and furniture so we ended up requesting our company to assist us as Roseburg is a little city and the resorts are extremely bad quality. We found us a location fortunately as they’re connected to the returement house. We needed to remain there for 15 times ahead of our stuff came! It took only a week and a half to Mayflower to delegate a motorist (bear in mind that we reservied together beginning of May).   I had been mainly quite dissasified using the dispatch coordination – that the date it was sent after numerous discussions, the Absence of consulting (such as: when our earnings man would have stated something regarding the dispatch date getting transferred back to a reason, change of address, etc; I would have been less surprised), the absence of supervision that our sales man gave us (he should’ve looked in the numerous mails and should have possessed the procedure; not afterwards state O your paperwork gets this season ), the Lengthy dispatch window (makes it quite hard and inconsistent for temporary home accomodations and quite frustrating for clients.   The truck came and I met with the driver. He was very proficient and also his loader, Michael Rochea of an area moving company here in Roseburg worked good as a group. They were very careful with all my possessions and were speedy and comprehensive on phoning each product. We’d ALL of it!! I was really happy about this!  In general, Mayflower is a big firm that has multiple individuals working for this. There are those which have been helpful during the process and those who weren’t. The National Customer Service lineup and neighborhood Daryl Flood Client Service goes over and beyond and I Truly enjoyed thier snap and responsiveness. Even when they did not have an upgrade, I felt as though they appeared and were functioning. The sales section I believed that when they got my purchase, it wasn’t followed up on and the ball had been dropped onto the coordination facet. The absence of communication between earnings and the planner can enhance and may have actually helped in my circumstance. Among the most important items a moving company (or any business for that matter) must have is making sure they are clarified things as they occur, understandi exactly what there client needs and make sure They’re proactive in ensuring thier customer really gets exactly what they need.   Debbie Davis, the shifting planner, I believe did all she could to be certain that the process went smooth. Chris Gregersen was excellent in consulting and selling on the funding but subsequently fell short with the deadline and explanation for the things got really messed up. I talked with Debbie’s supervisor and that he was also quite useful and provided me upgrades and allow me to make my refund for your dispatch being overdue. I felt cared for by management. The unfortunate issue is that because you breakdown the entire experience has left me with heartburn. I cannot suggest Mayflower for my friends/ loved ones with this particular memory of my own expertise. Thanks to you all who have been encouraging and I expect direction reads this also seeks out an action plan to further mitigate this dilemma. It’s a simple fix and will ensure Mayflower is still a market leader.

    Use Almost Anybody Else

The company is unprofessional.   Due to bad packaging and poor loading, Daryl Flood movers may split a Lot of your things, such as appliances, and never bother to react when you make a claim.   I would NEVER use them again and regret my choice in the first Location.   Although you have a contract, then You’ll Also receive another invoice at the end for assorted charges.   Save yourself the hassle and utilize somebody else!

    Wow!

We utilized Daryl Flood to move furniture (including some quite hefty bits ), boxes and household items into another house in Utah. Some intimate friends highly recommended them since they’d used them to get a recent move in California with fantastic support. I am quite glad that we phoned them. Though it was a really busy time of year and I understand that our move wasn’t their main concern, you’d have never understood it! Josh and Jeanna were so attentive, covering all our worries and bending over backward to make our movement as stress-free as you can. The packaging crew was amazing as was the team on the opposite end in Utah. Communication was amazing, from Josh to me personally and together with Mesa Moving and Storage in Utah. They understood my worries (due to Josh) and handled my brand new house as though it was there own. Amazing moving encounter! Thank you Daryl Flood!

    Impressed

I had been nervous about going out-of-state like I have never done this earlier. By the minute I attached with Jeana into the very end, she had been so attentive to my needs my own feelings and made sure that I constantly felt connected and”in the know.” I’m beyond impressed with her level of care and attentiveness for my own move.

My moving planner Linda was also quite sweet and made sure that they match my schedule The very best they can.

Daryl Flood / Mayflower / United

    So where to start;
I was trying to find a inspector who was reliable, honest, nicely priced and typically what we would all expect of a plumber carrying all of our worldly possessions. I obtained that….to a stage anyhow.
I made it crystal clear to this Daryl Flood rep which I did NOT want my possessions transferred in any manner shape or form in the truck after it was loaded, so I had been given assurances that nothing could proceed after it had been loaded.  (Nearly ALL little movers unload your belongings to a warehouse and also put in a truck to maneuver it out of condition. From the time it reaches your brand new house it has all been transferred at least FOUR days ).
    I digress…
After the truck came it was a UNITED semi automatic and motorist, a firm I’d requested to get a bid out of unbeknowns to me personally that MAYFLOWER and UNITED are nurse companies – all. . .it was strange.
They loaded my home to the trailer in the very front , I asked the driver if he had been going straight and he explained one little pickup and fall on the road and then for me, utter garbage! He had been a day late so that he can perform more than a extra pickup or fall, worse still smeone elses garbage was where mine was able to sit down to the trailer!
$2k worth of harm including a brand-new Hot trashed.
Exactly why a 3* rating rather than a 1 or 2? Since Daryl Flood themselves were as great as a complete, it had been only the motorist who boned us and them by becoming greedy.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS obtain insurance, with no shadow of a doubt you’ll need it. That is my 5th movement in a decade and each and every time I have claimed. Big or smallish businesses….the results will be the exact same. Men ar moving things in and out of trucks, so there is no ability and its exactly the exact same regardless of who the provider is currently….GET INSURANCE!

    Mayflower - Daryl Flood

I have recently moved from California to Austin, TX and had hired Mayflower (the federal company) to perform the job.   Daryl Flood is your real moving spouse who implemented the contract. My expertise was EXCELLENT with the two businesses, particularly my driver Terry M in Daryl Flood.   He contacted me two days in advanced of if he’ll be selecting up, showed up right on scatter the day of pickup and 15mins early Shipping day.   Communication and professionalism out of Terry is much more than anticipated from movers. He has been in the Company for 37 Decades, knew precisely what he was referring to, actually cared for US as clients, packed our things safely, loaded and unloaded very fast (~2hrs to get a studio).
Surprisingly nothing came busted (that we could see so far) since they unloaded.   Some filthy and crumbled old boxes out of preceding move but to possess them go almost 180 boxes.   That’s remarkable!
Brian Peterson (@Mayflower) came into our storage to Provide a quote, he had been very fast and efficient.   DId not pressure us into booking with him and even told us to shop about.   He had been correct, their costs was the best when compared to other businesses. Professionalism is precisely what we anticipated, particularly when your whole livlihood is in their hands.   Other companies I talked to seemed to throw numbers in a dart board, Brian really needed a science behind it.  After reading a lot of horrible reviews of moving companies, we’re so blessed to have reserved with Mayflower and Daryl Flood.  I’ll Be asking these men again with no doubt when my parents move here.   Ensure you request Terry M (@Daryl Flood) as your own driver.   Unless you are in the Bay Area, CA, then you won’t get Brian but hopefully their other representatives are only as capable.

    Daryl Flooding is the best!

I can not say enough good things about Daryl Flood and Mayflower.  We recently moved from Houston to Chicago and that I intereviewed nearly 5 moving firms (all of the large ones), such as Mayflower/DarylFlood. (I had been really nervous about this movement being cross country and dropping items, etc.)  All I could say is that I am quite happy I moved with Daryl Flood.  They gave a very reasonable estimate — roughly mid to lower compared to the majority of the other people. . .and they had been fantastic from begin to finish.  They (Scott) provided an extremely comprehensive and expert website visit to compile a quote for all of us at the start.  And he answered all of my questions and helped me throughout the decision process quite well. Following that, I had been assigned a moving planner (Kristy) who took great care of us the remainder of the way through.

She had been so on top of all — constantly accessible, informative, useful, and she jumped through hoops to keep us conscious and current about the process and next steps.  Always 1 step a head of us!  I always felt cared for. Very nice and professional to use. It was a rapid move.  By Houston to Chicago, it just took 3-4 days.  We were amazed at how quickly!  No waiting period.  The packaging team was fantastic.  Very thorough and outside of nearly 200 boxes, not 1 thing was broken or scraped. They did a Fantastic job.   Along with the movers themselves were excellent — both loading in Houston and unloading in Chicago.  Nice guys, really professional, on time and comprehensive. And quite fast and effective also. They transferred each box as though it had been their own and handled every thing with the best maintenance.  I highly recommend Daryl flooding!!

My Daryl Flood move was Fantastic.

I do not normally post reviews on the web but I had been so impressed with the support I received out of Daryl Flood shifting that I wished to provide them some observable thanks. I have moved several times and this is undoubtedly the simplest, most complex and most gratifying move thus far. I wish I’d heard of them earlier, but should I ever move again I shall surely be phoning them. Highly suggested. The moving planner had been also professional and kept me up to date during the whole procedure. The movers were both friendly  and productive. My stuff got packaged and sent on time with no harm. And there were not any cost surprises like I have frequently had earlier. Amazing job!
