I talked to and signed a binding quotation on 8/2/20. It’s currently 8/28/20 and my possessions have never been delivered. I can not get ahold of anybody. I talked to an agent, Keri Smith, also signed a binding quotation (quote amount TT3309726) for my things to be transferred long distance from Dallas, TX to Yulee, FL on 8/2/2020. My pickup date was Thursday, 8/6/2020. They did not appear. I also called and got no response. Finally got ahold of Keri and she explained that they’d already picked up my possessions. They didn’t. She had been confused and mixed up the orders. Large red flax. However, I went forward and they arrived the following day, 8/7/2020. I was charged over double what I had been quoted and they needed it in money. I did not do this because I would like to trace my cash to them. My overall original quote was $1559.62 with half of the total being paid at pickup along with the rest at shipping. I had been requested to cover $1000 in cash upon pickup. I received a money order for $1000 (greater than that I had been told and signed up the quotation for). My things were to be sent to their own storage device while I got the address to get my new storage device in Florida. I phoned and emailed Keri Smith for days following the pickup to verify my possessions made it to their own storage facility. I’m in Florida rather than in Texas to so hoping to coordinate this very long distance. No replies. I tried emailing the site and calling the main number also. In the end, on 8/13/2020, 6 days after, a guy phoned and was amazingly rude saying every one of the workers were ill and at the hospital and also to cut them a rest. I was subsequently told to email Keri Smith again using the speech of my brand new storage device and it’d be discharged immediately. I emailed Keri Smith on 8/17/2020 with these particulars. No response. I’ve jumped to email Keri smith the following 8 times and left voicemails repeatedly. I then emailed their business site 4 times to attempt to have someone reach me out. No response. I received a response on 8/27/2020 (10 days afterwards from requesting for shipping and 20 days ago pickup date) out of Tiffany C stating to respond to her using the shipping date and address and they’ll dispatch immediately. I instantly responded to Tiffany C and now it is 8/28/2020 and I’ve discovered nothing again. I’ve delivered Tiffany C 3 emails, Keri Smith yet another person, and emailed their business email again as well with no response. It’s been 3 months since my possessions were picked up and that I want my items delivered. I’m in a different country staying at a hotel because most of my furniture, clothing, and requirements are in their ownership. I have images of the moving truck, moving guys, license plates, money order, etc.. When they stole my possessions, I’ll report to police.

I didn’t know a part of helping someone go was slipping all their possessions. Horrible horrible support. My sister had all her designer items stolen out of her boxes since she moved across the nation. The box has been opened, the products were removed and it had been retaped. My family doesn’t recommend this business to anybody. Action will be taken against this provider instantly.

Professional and cautious moving company I’ve ever used. They didn’t harm one piece of furniture even when they saved it and transferred it back in. They placed all of the furniture in which we needed it and were exceptionally professional and courteous.

The movers were very professional and packaged everything nicely. Everything arrived in fantastic condition. The salesman that ordered everything was good before my deposit was created.
