    High Priority Movers

This was undoubtedly the worse experience we’ve ever ever encountered moving. It’s my own fault for not reading the reviews of the company before hiring them. I can’t recommend them in any way shape or form. Stay out is my guidance in any way costs!

I wish there were negative stars.

I’d contacted Top Definition Movers on a cross country move, and we spoke through the first information–dates and inventory etc–I believed things will be OK. Inside the 72 hr window which the contract permits you to back out using a 15% penalty, so I got information that my transfer needed to be three months earlier than I anticipated. Within this time I’d also read the testimonials here, also contacted a different service which had the accessibility that I had (High Definition could not get anybody out here at time) and far greater reviews. I predicted Top Priority Movers back to cancel since was my best because it was still under the 72 hr period. I talked to Howard Zimmerman, that was all charm and sweetness when we first spoke and hammered out the facts, but after I took a hold on him to cancel it was just like a switch has been flipped.
I never anticipated that the vitriol which Howard threw in my own. This guy cried, belittled, and hung upon me since I just attempted to cancel my book. I needed to phone him back 4 distinct times to attempt to have him send me the exact cancelation paperwork comprehensive from the arrangement –something that he right up told me did not exist, even regardless of it written in the contract as being mandatory. He demanded that I tell him why I was cancelling–and that I was fair, I explained that the reviews are horrible and I am going with a different corporation. He yelled at me on the telephone telling me that I was dumb for thinking the testimonials (oh think the testimonials ), that a second business would”rape me with all charges” and that he wished to find out exactly what”logical calculations went on in my little head”. Now, I am sobbing publicly on the telephone with a stranger yelling at me since I attempt to cancel an agency I had every right to cancel. In the conclusion of all this–together with him hanging up on me mid sentence, along with me phoning again asking to confirm that my reservation had been canceled–I was eventually sent that the cancellation paperwork, also advised that someone from charging would phone me. I did my very best to communicate just what had gone back on the telephone with the type lady from charging when she phoned me, however, who knows how far that went. So yesI dropped out on 15 percent of my deposit, but after this adventure I am very glad I did not go through with my proposed reservation with Top Priority Movers. I have yet to locate a spot to really allow the business know that this occurred, together with of the published numbers and mails were ones which Howard Zimmerman had employed to get mepersonally.

Howard Zimmerman in High Priority Movers created an already stressful and hurried move much more traumatic. This interaction summoned me into a panic attack which lasted two days, and that I wish that there was a supervisor that I was able to contact and offer my comments to. This was not only poor customer support, this was not something anybody should have to encounter.

The moving agency I moved with was more than half of the price which HPM quoted–and now I will forgive the boxes that are dented due to the simple human kindness they showed me.

Never use this company to move.

I compensated 3200.00 bucks for the worst going experience in my entire life. I had been given one cost, and it shifted. My furniture has been held for seven days. My furniture has been ruined. I’d never in my entire life use this business in the past. I’d advise that nobody on the planet use this business for transferring.

These people are crooks! They billed me $4500 and also nearly all of my furniture has been ruined. They also lost my footboard so that my mattress is unusable. So is my sofa cause they dropped the legs. They stole my classic desk along with my expensive leather seat! Additionally half of my clothing! This is actually the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with! Don’t employ those thieves and scoundrels!!!!!!

    HIgh Priority Movers

They deserve no stars. If they showed up to move us, they more than doubled the speed and fretting about the quantity of space. When faced with the fact about the quantity of room, they chose to lie. It’s a total scam. The initial quote was for 286 cf and also at the time of pickup they asserted that it had been 700 cf. It wasn’t 700 cf. the total quantity of boxes delivered was much significantly less than the quantity on the bill since they pad the record. It is irrelevant if you count the boxes along with the movers may view that there are not as. The business wouldn’t assist whatsoever and stopped answering my calls. Merely to add insult to injury, the TV they packaged was crushed and they will not do anything about it either. They’re HORRIBLE and totally dishonest. You’ve been warned.

Service is poor. The customer support rep smooths you over. Then after the packers arrive that they immediately request more cash. They say you’ve far more than what has been projected. You don’t find totally free storage such as the contract states. In the event you ask storage that they charge you a flat rate of $2000 for redelivery. My boxes seem like they’ve been rolled down a hill.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

1star would be to many for this particular corporation. I had been quoted 2600 and from the time it got loaded in Alanta and delivered at Lakeland I ended up spending $4300 once I told them up front my transfer would demand a 17-20ft box truck. To complicate things much more they wont require a business card only money, cashiers check or money order. This business is horrible and they even had the guts to request a hint and place out my brand new location honking the horn awaiting it following my husband and son needed to help unload. Don’t waste uou money or time.

    Extortion

This was among the worst decisions I’ve made on going. I gave a very comprehensive inventory checklist and has been quoted a price tag, once the movers arrived they charged me an additional $750. Then, upon delivery (that was a few days late) the motorist attempted to extort yet more money from me. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM.

    Horrible service

I spoke many times on the telephone with Adam from this corporation. We moved over and above my things to be transferred. I had been moving out of ky into wi. Among the very first discussions I had with Adam was about a television which I had removed and then place up again upon move. Adam promised me that this was nice and my quote was great. Closer to shifting day that they telephone and post pone original window. Long story short they then show up at first pickup date before telling me. They ended up charging me $1000.00 within the estimated cost. They never set the television back up. . Stating that they would not would have consented to this??? Worst company ever. . They’re dreadful. They’ll telephone and call you to your organization. I might never get a grasp of”Adam” again!!

    Go elsewhere fast!

You go over whatever that you need to send together. They inform you that the packaging is included and should they appear they state it isn’t contained and need to greatly alter your quote. Just two men showed up at a Uhaul. They then have really competitive when I stated this isn’t exactly what we agreed on and advised them to not get started. They made threatening remarks and that I thew out them. They’d have struck my items for certain. They wouldn’t refund my nearly $2K deposit! Credit card requires their side. Filed complaint with BBB.

    Great Service & Staff !

Wonderful business! Helped me go from a two bedroom at CT into MD.. The men did an awesome task loading the vehicle. I’d get billed extra for stairs but I didn’t know the address for shipping once I scheduled the transfer. I was also able to call and check in my burden once I had a query. Melissa was lovely and so compassionate. I’d certainly use them again! Thank you for the help

    Hidden cost and very unprofessional

Their quote was far off and they kept our possessions hostage for 30 days. Within their own contract it states they stand by their own quote. Not the Reality. We gave them a record of 37 things and just took 34 nevertheless our price went up 1100 bucks. My advice to everybody is to never go for this organization and also to always read the fine print!

Horrible company from beginning to end

Moving from Illinois to Washington State.
They’re brokers, they do not move you.
They came 1 day later guaranteed, nevertheless 2 day window
Promised items to arrive on a Friday, I phoned the preceding Wednesday, spoke to Howard and he said everything was okay for Friday
That day customer support tells me that our items are in their centers in Illinois, not even scheduled for next week and they might take around 21 more days to arrive (they loaded the truck 10 days earlier that)
Following a criticism they scheduled the delivery to the next Friday, but did not arrive till Saturday.
Just 1 man includes the truck, whom only left once he got tired with no end unloading the truck or building all they needed to.
We dropped things, got a few things which don’t belong to us, they broke several items, the boxes -fresh and decent quality- were in quite poor form. They loaded and unloaded them 6 times.

They never answered any mails to cover the broken and lost items.
Between the broken and lost things, we estimate over $800 reduction.

    No one ever showed up

To off – HIgh Priority Movers is a broker that possesses none of their own vehicles also functions anti moving crews. They either overtly lie about this or mis-characterize exactly what they do.

So, I advised movers to move out of a town in NY to some town a couple of hundred miles down the east shore (they have a lot of terminology in their contracts about bad reviews, I do not need to get them come after me somehow) and has been provided a fantastic cost, just a couple of hundred dollars over the usual U-haul and trailer.

The day of the transfer comes and I’m told I’m the very first movement of the afternoon. 9:30 or so I predict the business that really moved me – they’re running late and ought to be to me by noon. 2pm comes – telephone get another similar response. 4pm – that the truck has broken down and they’ll be to me first thing the morning after.

Nevertheless at the two day window so no big deal -“first thing” could be as early as 5AM – therefore that I wake up at 6, phone them at 7 – They are in their way from a undisclosed location and must be here shortly. By 930 following a few more phone calls that they cease answering my calls and they move straight to a voicemail.

So I call High Definition – they inform me that the truck has broken down and that they are attempting to receive a replacement. Something that they apparently knew for about 30 hours now.

To create an already very long review briefer – they finally tell me that they may have a truck for me by Friday night – 3 complete days out of the window.

I tell them do not bother. Happily I’m a young teenager guy with a friend who happened to be off this week, so I lease a U-haul and load the truck myself.

On this last phone call I’m given my cash – therefore I was really feeling quite good about the circumstance. I honestly was thinking I’d come on here and give them a 4 star review since I really don’t believe they had been overly much at fault. I wait two full weeks for my check in the mail and it never takes place. I am told it had been sent to the appropriate address – perhaps it was the first time in my adult life a bit of mail was missing, but I doubt it. However if I’d gotten the test in a week or so, nevertheless likely to compose a sensible review. I eventually get my refund almost 3 months following the missed movement and discover out there’s a 15 percent surcharge for… to get something. So I’m out about $150 after needing to move myself.

    My evaluation – a GENEROUS 2 STARS

High heeled movers has been the worst business I’ve ever cope with. They aren’t professional. They broke my furnitures, I’ve lot of things lost, and they explained that they will send my furniture three to five times. It required them to send my furniture for 9 days. They quoted me less than half of the actual price.

I had been told it’d be $1,300. They ended up mentioning several things and then advised me that the true cost is away from the quotation. Subsequently percedded to bill me $2,900. Once they loaded my things on the toilet. They said they could place it back but they’d cost me $600. I was also assured that would would definitely be here about the very first! It did not really come before the 6th! I needed to sleep on the ground for weekly! On top of what they fell my $5,000 tv. It still works thank god however they lost it and hoped that I did not view it!

    WARNING

Don’t use this business!!!!! If I could give less than one * I’d .From the start to finish the movement was a nightmare. Day after day after day they said that they were coming back to pick up my items, and nobody called or showed up. When I called them they didn’t reply or return most calls. They said they’d make it up for me by way of discounting my transfer to no longer than their price, but if the truck finally came three months later, the motorist wouldn’t unload because nobody had delivered this message for him. No real surprise that my transfer has been MORE than quoted, maybe not discounted to their own price. Virtually everyone I spoke with, from dispatchers to workplace employees whined. 1 evening they told me that the truck had been four hours away and I would be picked up daily, after that afternoon they said it had been 19 hours off and it could be just another 2 days. Lots of my items were broken or ruined ( how can you split a wooden cocktail table? – which they packaged ), or lacking. I’ve got other people’s possessions. When I asked the way to address that I had been told to attend a site for your BBB. They likely rely on individuals giving up only from utter exhaustion of managing them, and needing to be accomplished together. Never use this business!!!

The men were all very nice nevertheless my things had a whole lot of breakage as it came. I could tell by the shape of those boxes, that were 95 percent all new u-haul, really hardy boxes that they had only been thrown, rather than treated with any sort of care. I wouldn’t suggest any expert business again after this. If I must do it. I will drive my own truck.

I see I'm one of many who have been scammed by this company

Beware this provider. I booked with them a month ago and pinpointed the exact same day since I began learning about how agents scam you by requesting a deposit upfront and maintain your stock hostage asking more cash. Additionally, I checked with the BBB and discovered that they’re C+ Rated, not licensed and have experienced seven states because occurred between July and August 2018. I’ve yet to get my deposit back. The person I had been dealing with magically vanished. I doubt he was even real as I could not locate him on LinkedIn or Facebook.

Now they contacted me like nothing occurred suggesting that they did not understand that it had been canceled. Luckily, I kept the course that I managed to forward. I then heard that there’s a 15% commission should you cancel in less than 72 hours. I will confess it was from the phrases, so my poor, but I continued within hours. 15 percent for what? Restocking? I understand they will say that they did operate, etc., but most of businesses give free quotes that is all they did. The individual I talked with Tiffany stated they already booked my mover that I find difficult to believe since I’ve had no notification of the.

You may see by the remaining reviews here that each one of these undergone the scam I had been speaking to. There are loads of other ethical firms on the market to proceed with. Do not waste your time here. You may encounter eczema and frustration. I can only imagine what else I’d have suffered had I gone for this corporation.

I had been provided a particular quotation and ensured that the amount would not change unless I falsely reported my place or things. On the other hand, the business that showed up billed me for a number of items high priority movers assured me I’d be billed for. A bunch of fraudsters...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Where so I start with this corporation. They assert so much just like the negative remarks below. I concur with all the 1 celebrity rates on this site. Alex, Sal, Dan, and a few impolite arrogent woman names Tiffany. They blame each other along with another person calls you every moment. I had been nominated for weight and that I have evidence. In the time of buy up the hired a 3rd party seller with even horrible evaluation and they took all of our things on into the truck and then told us we’ll be spending by cubic square foot and when we give them money they will knock off a couple million bucks. All these people today make an effort to not pay taxes on thier income by simply collecting money. They stated the DOT needs 21 company for a transfer. We’re in 23 business days, and it will be way above a month and no shipping. Bunch if crooks. Please perform your famt a favor rather than call them. You may save your a large hassle, anxiety, and a lot of cash. They offered us $3500. We got rid of all the things at the quote and we ended up paying close to $6500! They essentially cornered us. I had been terrified of this individual they shipped in my home.to pick the furniture up. When I called back to talk to this individual that gave me the exact quotation and follow up. . .sal and Alex.. . They said they do not work thier anymore. However, other inspection I visit online men and women are managing the exact same two men. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Worst customer service

If they had been such a score of a negative amount this corporation will deserve it.
They made a lot of promises concerning delivery and pick-up dates then were weeks and days until they really showed up. They all needed to say was sorry rather than a mention of a reduction or anything else to get MY inconvenience.
They also completely underestimated my things so that I had been billed DOUBLE when they arrived to pick my stuff up. That is after I explained I had some large heavy products.
I won’t ever recommend this company to anybody.

Excellent company! Made my Move easy

I dislike going in general if its local or long distance. I’ve been through several over the last few years and it never gets easier. My latest transfer from PA to OR was the greatest ever. I picked high priority movers and immediately they had been at the top of all things. They were very receptive and comprehensive with each area of the transfer. Things were chosen up fast, delivered in time and in 1 piece. The communication by them was the finest I’ve encountered. I had been informed of each step in the procedure and also time/date/location details. Could not be happier with this business to get a lifetime situation that’s never straightforward. Not to be trusted

I really don’t think I have ever printed a negative review. My spouse and I both worked at the customer support industry for 4 decades, so we understand how difficult it’s to provide top notch service all of the time. But, I recommend you to not conduct business with Top Priority Movers, or even the moving firm the contracted our occupation together with, Neville and Sons Trucking (Clermont/Winter Garden, FL). I frankly do not have enough time to write out each of the particulars of just how unprofessionally our scenario was handled. But here is the bottom line: Our truck has been packed in Tacoma, WA, on July, 24, 2018. Following a 14 hour (!!) Loading time, they said we needed to cover 50 percent more than the quote we had been given the afternoon before (! ) ) . Now, 34 days after, my spouse, 3 kids, and that I sit in Huntsville, Alabama, at a vacant house with no expectation of our truck ever arriving. We’ve been awarded 4 distinct estimated arrival dates (Aug 1-3, Aug 7, Aug 22, and Aug 27), and all have come and gone. Now, I predicted the WA State Patrol, and we’re currently looking for legal counsel. Anyone we talk with at High Definition (Adam, Tiffany, Dan, Alexus, Sierra) manages us politely, but they’re not to be reliable. Obtaining anyone on the telephone out of Neville and Sons has been next to impossible. Obviously, I can’t dissuade anyone strongly enough from doing business with either High Priority Movers or Neville and Sons Trucking.

My experience with this firm was an ever-worsening nightmare. Their title is a cruel irony: nothing might be a lesser priority for them then to supply the support they’ve contracted for. I had to wait for 11 days (!) For my furniture and house. Moving boxes labeled”delicate” were smashed up and ripped open. Other boxes were moist! Furniture things were ruined. They refused to take my bank-certified test (that I obtained predicated on what their earnings man had advised me to do; the test had been made out for their business based on written education I received from them) and just desired money (after much fighting that they accepted that the test ) I could go on and on. Stay away!

Please do your self a massive favor and steer clear of such folks! I’ve moved several times in my personal own life: from Asia to Europe to North America and haven’t experienced anything near the complete nightmare! We ended up spending nearly $500 more than we had been told it’d be. We also needed to leave a lot behind, since they charged a greater rate for any extra thing compared to the rate that we were given initially. It was dreadful. We were informed we’d get our things in 3-5 days, however we finished up 10 times with no furniture. They unexpectedly decided to phone us about the 11th day, stating they’ll be there in 20 minutes! They showed up hours late, as their truck had been too large for the street (in the first sale they promised us they could support our speech ) and if they eventually showed up, they refused to select the money order they’d wanted us to get to them. I had been on the telephone with their boss with a nervous breakdown (no joke) before they eventually recognized it. The worst is yet to emerge:

A Great Deal OF OUR STUFF WAS DAMAGED!!! Priceless personal things we entrusted them with… I found just how carelessly they managed it. A number of the boxes were moist for a reason and a few had disintegrated. As soon as I voiced concern that the employees called me that a *****,believing I do not know their speech. They refused to carry our couch, since they said it is TOO HEAVY!!! And wished to leave it to the grass. I cried my eyes out. Thank god my husband came before they left and carried the sofa himself up with a few of the employees. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

    High Priority Movers Nightmare!!

That really is a nightmare that won’t finish. High Priority Programs are simply a 3rd party booking firm , they have many different titles they’re beneath all give you quotes that are similar. You’ll be offered a price simply to get it grow ( almost double ) daily that they do the pickup. It will not end there: that the cost will continue to go up for a variety of motives upon delivery of your house ie; they can not get their huge truck down your road ie; large semi they employed for 3 additional households ahead of your destination, or when you have measures, or the entrance door is too much from your truck…. What ever they estimate you, intend for it being 3x that. Nightmare!!!!

Quote way below what they actually charge

I supplied an specific collection of items being sent out of Belleville, IL to Dallas, TX, together with photos. They expected $2210. In the long run, they stated they could not send the piano I informed them about until they came out since they shipped two men that could not manage it. AND they needed $3485 as it had been delivered. ($1200 greater than anticipated ) even after having a 600 pound piano which has been in the first quote! They needed money before falling off the products. Figuring out High heeled simply reverted out into AMPM Transferring who I had never heard about till they needed the cash payment on arrival in TX. A man named Alex was impolite about the simple fact that he did not care when their estimate was off with 2000 lbs, I had to get money before they’d send the products. And higher Priority wasn’t any help once I called to tell them what was occurring. Caution to anybody which might not have tens of thousands of additional dollars upon shipping. I just had about 30 things. Exactly how many tens of thousands could they’re away by whether it had been my whole house being transferred?

Made it obvious to Kurt Daniels in the start of our conversation I was only collecting quotations. He jumped with his elevated pressure sales pitch anyhow. I patiently listened and answered his own concerns. I advised him again that I was simply collecting quotations. He wished to learn when he can call me backagain. I told him it’d be easier for me when I predicted him having a choice in any event. Then he explained that he couldn’t TRUST that he would get called backagain. I said you are asking me to trust you about lots of things. He reluctantly responded a great deal of individuals say that rather than call back him, adding that he is holding funds back till I phone him. I phoned him back within the hour to thank him for his time and also that we had decided on a different inspector. Once more the large pressure starts why my choice is a bad selection and why I must register with him. I advised him that we’d decided and it was not him. He then has snotty and rude! He tells me it is clear I had made my mind up and that I understood best… he is only a mover… Thank you for wasting his time and suddenly hung up! I do not usually write reviews that are negative. I spent 21 years at the army and nobody speaks to me just like this! If you decide to utilize this business… be ready for high pressure sales tactics. This is my adventure. I wish you better luck and also a less stressful movement. Than I’m having.

    Long-distance move from New York
    Very Disappointed

Possibly the worst going experience I might have imagined. Gave me a quotation of $1,346. When the movers arrived (both instances ) they said I needed to produce more money or else they wouldn’t load/upload my possessions. All together I had to cover about $450 over the quotation and had to rush into the closest ATM to receive it. The movers wouldn’t take my cash dictate that High Priority claimed they would. We waited around for 2 hours to the pickup since they kept getting later and later. I had been told they’d send it July 16-18. We then have shouted at on the telephone by a girl saying,”I do not know who told me although we absolutely can’t have it there anytime until the 20th!” I needed to sleep with a blowup mattress with hardly any of my items for a couple of week. They said they had been arriving to the 19th afterward said they couldn’t make it since they whined about the other delivery they’d. We called the following day since they said they’d deliver that afternoon instead. High Priority stated that we whined about them stating they had been approaching the day ahead, so we needed to take screen shots of their dialog and send it on them. My mum was on the telephone together and the man believed they placed her on hold, but didn’t and she found them swearing and calling her a”[EDIT] wackadoodle.” The worst support ever. Please I understand its more affordable than other choices but only spend more somewhere else so that you can be certain that your possessions are safe and protected and will appear when they say they’ll.

Long-distance move from Hope Mills, NC
    HORRIBLE,UNPROFESIONAL,STILL NOT DELIVERED

My things have been picked up 20th of June. I had been told they’d be sent in a week both when I reserved and if movers picked up. Every week because I’ve asked and asked about shipping and they state next week and they do not know what day. Within a month after they haven’t been sent nor left North Carolina whatsoever. I’m due to give birth any day now as this process has taken a lot longer than I had been advised. I still have no idea when my things is going to be delivered. I’m 2 hours away in my storage device and also my husband is in the army and often not home to assist me. I’ve moved several times with different moving companies and this is undoubtedly the most egregious company I’ve ever worked with. My things can be delivered while I’m giving birth in the hospital and that I will not have any means of getting my things whenever they come at all or now I have to do so using a newborn. If I ever do get my things they will be so destroyed by the warmth its not really worth paying to maneuver in any way. Boxes were also never labled by business or numbered.
