I wish I can donate them ZERO celebrities. Slimming down the WORST moving adventure I’ve ever had. I’m in the process of filing a claim to the lost (30% lost ) and hurt things (30% damaged)

The LOADING: The foreman pushed and pushed us. He made me swear to provide’great testimonials’ and then’take good care of his men’. They pushed our items in boxes with no respect for value

The WAIT(resource place ): Our material has been designed to be there the week later. It took TWO weeks, truck accidents, and also promise after promise that was not maintained.

THE MONEY: The foreman began quote again began,negotiating back and on to his supervisor and abandoned place and again calling aking costs to include everything mentioned work ( contributes to frustration to client )

THE DELIVERING: I paid to them for missing and damaged boxes. The WORST experience of the entire life!!! ,no responsiablity delivered the most of invoices cited in listing.

CLAIM PROCESS: From Default its Fundamental coveraing, just accept s mailing the promises types (no email support submit the claim type )

CUSTOMER SERVICES: Quite poor speak back to client,Just Customer must follow ,they have conventional answers ex:operating on /investigating/simply sending email sayig”appologies hurt and lost things regular email.

They do the dimensions bait and switch that all moving businesses do. They grossly under estimate you personally and then charge more per pound or cubic food after they have begun loading the vehicle.

But, unlike other moving companies, they dropped big several things of mine valued at $1,500. Everything was also damp and needed to be cleaned. I guess they saved it at a moist warehouse. They simply pay $0.60 per pound per article around $5k. Basically, that way should they damage or lose something that you get nothing
