Schedule my transfer on June 8.   My stuff has been picked up on June 15.   Proceed from Maryland to Florida and guaranteed delivery date was June 20-21.   Then they Couldn’t find my own paperwork.   When they discovered my paperwork that they informed me perhaps sent by June 26-27.   When I phoned on June 26 I had been put on hold Once I said my name and Nobody would help me.   Eventually a person called Andrew answered and explained my stuff could come on Saturday or even Sunday June 29-30.   Nobody could tell me exactly what is happening.
I have a handicapped child and we Don’t Have Any furniture and her essential things today for over a week.   This is dreadful, dreadful enterprise.
