Never ever uses these men. They’re extremely sweet for you till they pick up your things and then keep raising their prices until the stage they deliver things to you. My TV was ruined but they required no obligation for this. I also was eventually charged approximately 3 times more their first quotation and gave the largest BS reasons ever! I tried calling them to cover the damage expenses but they never returned calls.

Never use this firm as this business will make you become super mad. So long as they chose up your belongings, they will surely request you cover more for shipping. If you don’t, they will not deliver your own stuff. Moreover, they rarely picked up the telephone call or picked up and then asked to you to wait for over half a hour. This business is the worst one I have experienced. Don’t use this business ever!

The salesman was extremely friendly and lent me the cost of $800 for its transfer from a tiny storage device. The movement was scheduled for pickup on 2/17/2014 but mover vitale couldn’t make scheduled time so u set it up for following day that Norman salesman promised me they’d be there at 9:30am initial pick up. The Agency vitale was quite impolite and waited till my daughter signed and left stock paper to telephone me and bill additional $400 saying I want moving boxes for things which aren’t in storage containers or boxes. I was quite upset as to I understand exactly what I have in memory and also their supervisor Nathan was quite impolite. They never issued a receipt or copy of stock I phoned office a few occasions and has been told several explanations of shipping. They also took my credit card info stating at select up they will pay half payment along with the remaining balance through po money purchase at shipping. Manager Nathan was impolite each time that I called and could not provide me a time or where my stuff was. Nearly a month after they came with my items from another driver and I had been told that they never accepted money off my credit card and when I do not pay motorist $1200 money right then he’ll take my things to a storage centre and that I might need to pay them additional $2000 to receive them back. They would not allow me to see my things and at this stage I had the nightmare to be over so that I paid the cash. When they were going my things within my house many things were broken up the boxes were moist and I discovered my fireplace large mirror and sectional had been lost. They gave me exactly the gate/screen into my fireplace torn to shreds the mirror overlooking upholstered headboard broken along with a vase that’s classic and family airloom had been busted and that I just had 4 bits of it left to get memory. Computer cracked and wires dangling outside and they are telling me they do not have a mirror or fireplace in their list perhaps it is in boxes. My dining room table has been currently missing and three seats, they just gave me 1 chair. The fireplace cost me nearly $1000 and also large to maintain a box my sectionial is lost however, they gave me exactly the cushions for this. I had been told from the new driver Sean to phone their office and ask that they email me a claim form. Like most of the other reviewers, I had been sucked from the salesman, Scott, that had been a real sweet talker. I didn’t have a lot of things at all – it was simply enough that it could have been inconvenient to boat. Had I known I was going to have to suffer through what I have for the previous two months, I’d have leased a U-Haul and pushed accross the nation myself. This organization is filled with unethical crooks and deserves to be SHUT DOWN!
I reserved my transfer from New Jersey to California scheudled to be picked up on December 2nd with all the 1st available shipping date since December 21st. Before I start, I’ll state that I understand that a minimum movement accross the nation is difficult and expensive for any business – I totally understood that it might and likely would take quite a while; all I was searching for was a fair shipping date. 
To make a long story short, following months of calling and being confident that my stuff had been”on it is way,””being packaged onto the truck,””would probably be there early next week,” I eventually got my things 58 days following the first pickup date. My frustration is not even with the very long wait, it’s with all the dispatch office. They were extremely unethical and unethical through the full procedure. My personal favorites were”if you would like your things so awful, I will text you the speech and you’ll come pick it up at Atlanta” (once I had my dad call and request the address so we can reserve another inspector to deliver it into Cali, the worker would not grant it to him) and”your belongings DEFINITELY abandoned Atlanta on Friday” (once I phoned the next Tuesday, it had been still in the storage centre in Atlanta). Every time that I called and asked why I was being given different responses, the 50 States worker said”I do not understand.” 
This organization is full of LIARS and CROOKS – DO NOT USE THEM to your transfer. It’s NOT WORTH IT. 
I read these reviews prior to my movement and thought”eh, they can not be THAT bad.” TRUST ME, THEY ARE THAT BAD.

This business SUCKS I contracted them in November it’s now Jan and I still do not have my furniture. They lied a few times was advised initially 3-5 day Shipping.   Didn’t happen then I had been told could possess by thanksgiving., yet another recurrence. Then my mom got ill so I called and let them know that I Wouldn’t be accessible for shipping when they desired to come.   They arrived to send anyhow afterward threated me.   Since my mother was at hospice and that I couldn’t be home.   So they then informed me that they had been putting my things in storage and I must send them the equilibrium so that they could inform me exactly what storage they had been using.   I refused to ship cash not understanding the Status of my furniture.   They then threated to market off my furniture, and so I said okay then thank you I’m still not sending cash into the blind.   He then proposed er send for the following 1500.00 dollars.   I still have not seen furniture.   In addition they lure and switch and stole things I needed to leave within my first storage.   I am presently in process of looking for legal action and could be considering beginning class action lawsuit along with other individuals.

I wish I’d checked this site first and may have saved myself alot of aggrivation and cash!   Low chunk figures Appear to be the standard, my price travelled from 1400 to 3300.   I have damage to my own furniture and they will not call me back because naturally my delivery contract is not legible!

The salesman, Scott, was a really eloquent talker, offered a very low ball price for loading, taking down bed, complete setup in the new location. The pickup was likely to be about Thursday morning, they showed up following a 30 min note on Wednesday afternoon. (They initially called and wanted to come at 11:00 at night to load and have been denied.) The cost has risen by nearly 75 percent more than what was quoted. The boxes and furniture were guaranteed to be delivered to the next Monday from 12:00.   We’d carefully planned the time since it was near Christmas.   Monday arrived no furniture no telephone call, when we phoned them they maintained they ran into bad weather and might not Have the Ability to get there till Wednesday at 12:00 noon.   Wednesday arrived, no furniture, no telephone call – we phoned about 5:00 PM and have been advised that the truck had broken down and been at the store and they’d only fulfilled our furniture back on and could be there Thursday.   Thursday came no telephone call, no furniture – we phoned along with the dispatcher, Justin, denied to phone back us –  so we phoned the salesman Scott  who stated there was nothing he could do about it and when we informed him that he’d promised to have the furniture there four times before he explained”Stress kills, you ought to just chill out.” , so we Started to call from different phone numbers and eventually obtained Justin – that said he was ill of us calling regular – if we explained we had been phoning since nobody was communication with us – he became quite beligerent and initially said He’d provide us the telephone number of this driver, since we asked where our furnishings were – then he got angry and refused to provide us the amount.   A relative called back and Justin eventually gave him the amount.   The motorist said the furniture could be delivered Sunday or even Monday.   On Friday afternoon he called back and said he’d be there first thing Sunday morning.   We’d gone an hour and a half off to stay with household because we did not have some furniture and requested him to provide us notice after he was actually going to arrive since we had to push there.   On Saturday we have a call in the driver stating he’d be there Sunday afternoon around 5:00 or Monday morning.   He finally came at 4:30 on Monday afternoon and said he could not get the moving van to the complex.   We needed to go rent a U-Haul – that he left and said he’d return after he left another stop.   We obtained the U-Haul and so were back in Just a Couple of moments – He did not return for 2 hours – the furniture was loaded in the U-Haul and he abandoned.   We needed to unload the U-Haul and choose up the furniture many flights of steps.   We also had to employ a local guy to help us choose up the furniture the steps. This experience was a nightmare.   We’ve NEVER dealt with a more unethical firm. We’ve not scrutinized the things so we do not yet know if anything else is broken, missing or dirty.

Quoted me 1570, held my things to 60 days, opened each box, went through and stole things, taped straight up! Charged me 4200 in any respect! These folks are chiefs, don’t hire them! They’ll give you blind, and inflate the last cost, lure , and hook, hold your belongings for ransom! They have to get shut down!

We’re currently working together with the Louisiana attorney general workplace. They known as 50 state movers and they’re presently tackling it. I advise everybody to do the same. I’ll definitely keep you posted. We’re arranging a class action lawsuit. They threatened to market our things becausewe would not pay the crazy cost. We’re awaiting our possessions, upon safe entrance they’ll get compensated. People do not get humiliated, please struggle back.

Please don’t seek the services of these folks! After my husband and I enjoyed them we talked to somebody who hardly spoke any English and gave us a cost we believed was quite doable and ensured us not once but TWICE it wouldn’t hanged unless there had been much more stuff than we’d initially said. Being at the shipping condition I’d my brother satisfy the movers to guarantee everything goes smoothly. My brother called to inform me this te movers stated that they had been doubling the cost due to double the products. We had less than 10 boxes, 1 television, 1 dresser with mirror, nightstand, king size mattress with no seat or footboard. Not too much in any way. And precisely the number of items we told them we’d! As soon as I phoned to ask about doubling the first cost, the guy who again I could barely understand decided to increase his voice and cuss at me until I informed him he had to tone it back until I talked with his manager. So two days after they call us to inform us that our stuff will be in Miami and well be here in secret west over two days but they raised our cost 400$. Didn’t assert that since I simply needed my things. Two days no more stuff..assured it’ll probably be here in another 2 days. We then were informed that our stuff was still in Atlanta because of a busted truck?! I believed our items currently made it into Miami!! We then were told two days..no things again ensured our matters will soon be here in two more days. And they lasted that before our stuff eventually came on precisely the 21st moment. They were quite rude and frankly filled with crap! I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy!! I’d have rather paid a bit extra for a person honest and reliable than go this path ever ever again!

We ensured that this business for a cross country move from NC to TX, they offered us one price 1200 but after our items were loaded the cost changed 2800. On line and by telephone we have been offered one price. As soon as they loaded our items on the vehicle the cost changed. They behaved just like that they gave us a”reduction” after we phoned them about the first contract. Subsequently Thy told us that our stuff will arrive within two days. This turned to 21 full days later giving us a first shipping date and shifting it twice. They had been Impossible to have a grasp of. When they eventually came the entire business was different so although I procured a travellers check to be able to cover my services so I would have a reception. They advised me that they had been another business and I would need to cash the travellers check and receive money! Not even moving one thing until I returned in the lender. Don’t USE this organization!

Buyer beware. . .this is a really unprofessional company. I needed to fix items or throw off things Which Were damaged.   The sales agent gave me a quote of approximately $1500 if the movers got there, the quotation went up to $3500. The sales man claimed He was accurate and honest; however, he didn’t take down the measurements of my furniture and compute prices by cubic feet.   The foreman who had been managing my movement got angry because I called him and was in a different nation. He advised me to phone him if he had been upward. I believed I was the client and he was supplying a service. The foreman was unprofessional. I’d recommend any Individual performing a move use the Better Business Bureau’s recommendations for movers.

Don’t use this company!The people that picked up my things promised to not have money for petrol, were slamming my items around. When my things finally came, my boxes were torn open. Matters were missing. Flat screen TV never revealed, together with other valuables. They won’t actually answer the telephone and tell me whats happening! Crooks…

Please keep clear from this business!!! They’re extremely unprofessional!! Their customer support stinks! I am still coping with them about a claim for broken things from my own delivery. Please note that delivery has been place for aug1st. . We’re currently in October, and now I am still coping with these folks. I have spoken to a couple attorneys, and I am all set to file a suit against them when they don’t solve my claim problems.

I HIRED this business on 9/20/13 and has been scheuled a moving date of 9/27/13 I had been requested to provide a single day window. So that the movement was scheduled from 9/26 or even 9/27. I needed a fast move to florida and by me being a single female in a brand new city I didnt need the extra hassle of going. So I appreciated a compmay. They didnt need a deposit so that it was ideal for me personally because of the cost coming from pocket. I gave me that the lowest price.the cost I had been quoted was 1101. Based on a particular quantity of cubic feet.
On 9/25(not the dates which we agreed upon) I received a call in the driver telling me that he would be there at 3pm. I advised him that it wasnt the date agreed upon and I wasnt in the nation. After much hassle that they arrived on 9/26 at 8am. The men and women who picked up my gear were EXCELLENT… nevertheless I didnt know they wouldnt be the ones to provide.

I had been told that the truck could receive ther on sat 9/28/13 nevertheless the truck didnt call me until sunday 9/28/13. The driver explained that they’d be there between the hours of 4-6. They called me at 615 to notify me that they had been broke down. Im sorry they didnt call me that the TEXT me that they had been broke down. Now mind u that is after telling me u were on I-95 and u need directions to my house. I wondered how can I possibly give excellent instructions when I am brand new for this nation. Of course they came at my home after 830pm. It was pitch black DARK. The driver said he didnt have the gear to build ANYTHING. After lowering my own dresser. The screws on my bed have been lost. The motorist then explained that I was able to visit HOME DEPOT and purchase some screws. . After he simply gathered the remaining balance of 827!! I was also told that I was able to set a ad on craigs list and somebody will come construct the furniture for me. This was advised to me by a few of the movers. He said they werent a contracting firm in order that wasnt there occupation.
They didnt put my bed together nothing is constructed and that which is still in boxes.  When the first pickup man took bed apart he explained that he place the screws at the upper drawer when it came the driver explained that screws were lost and it had been nothing that they could do. . And in addition to THAT he inquired to get a TIP!!!!
On 9/30/13 I known as the 18009339098 and spoke to the indidual who put up my movement. And he explained that was outside of his assortment of experience. And someone could call me at lunch. wellat 330pm NO ONE had called me!! I phoned back spoke to some manager..ADAM AND MIKE proved VERY RUDE hurried me off the phone had me on hold for 45mins two and explained that the man who donned my furniture will return and take action. I had the men number who disassembled and that he said he wasnt coming since thats not his occupation.
I CALLED BACK TODAY 10/1/13 AND SPOKE TO MIKE. . I guess that they have caller identification because soon since I said hello that he was like he talked to me on yesterday and that the guy is coming out.

SO NOW IM OUT OF 1900$$ I HAVE A BED NOT PUT TOGETHER AND EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE AND DECOR IS SITTIN ON THE FLOOR WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PUT LIKE IT WAS LEFT. This was undoubtedly the WORSE MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED!! DO NOT USE THEM

When I had been desperate to locate the correct movers because of my transfer that moment my father-in-law advised me to delegate them to the transfer and he also gave me their number. When I called the bank to confirm the company accounts (mercifully before I pumped the cash ), the banker explained it had been someone’s individual account. I phoned back and asked for a supervisor who stated it could be handled and gave me a valid account. After all of this, the movers took almost a month to send my furniture. In this wait period, I predicted almost daily, sometimes 10 times every day. Nobody answered the telephone on many occassions. A few days, they’d give me a time and date for shipping and then never appear. When they eventually came, they handed 3 hours notice until falling off my things. A few of my things were wet and filthy, and my 500 dining area table top is allegedly missing. I won’t ever USE MOVERS AGAIN, particulary not 50 States Movers, that swindle, lie and deceive their way to cash.
