My furnitures remained at a container for 4 months after they came into the USA, although I reside at 10 hours by car from the vent at New York. I had to threaten them so that somebody finally answers my e-mails to understand exactly why things were taking a lot of time. Janice Strianese, that was assumed to be my signature, never replied any e-mails or telephone calls. She was only very good at sending me invoices. This man is impolite and totally useless. When I eventually was able to get into contact with somebody, they informed me that my furnitures were at Knoxville and that they had been waiting to get them released from the ECU. 2 days after they said that really my furnitures were at Atlanta (actual joke). They informed me that the true time of shipping in my location 12 hours until it was supposed to occur (really simple once you’re working…) and that I had been cautioned that in case the delivery couldn’t occur the day that they offered it that I might need to pay additional charges for your storage.
