They stated they’d recover it and send it to me inside another few weeks. Obviously, that never happened and that I made several telephone calls. Every moment, Jessica told me she’d speak to Ben and have him call me, but he never did. She also told me that I did not have to call her anymore, that she’d call me if it was on its way. She never called again, so that I finally called her on December 4th, in that time I wanted answers. Again, she stated she’d have Ben telephone me but he didn’t. I reached him directly on December 6th and he explained he’d add me in a bunch text into the individual that has my hallway tree. Then I obtained a text delivered by Jessica into Tracey/Laura asking about the condition of the classic hall tree which was sent to them by error. No one’s amount was on the text but Jessica’s so I am not convinced it was not only a”dummy” message. At any rate, there’s been no answer to this message from anyone except me. I answered that I desired my grandma’s hallway tree back and that, because they know where it is, they ought to go get it and send it to me as promised. I contacted Ben of Social Transferring Group (SMG), Norcross, GA seeing a transfer in Carson, California to West Palm Beach, Florida. I contacted him since I’d previously used the business to transfer my son out of Atlanta, GA to California. I had a terrible experience with US Expressrelocation AKA Social Moving Group. Everything seemed fine at that time that I booked this business till it was time to proceed. We agreed on 03/12/16 to 03/13/16 since the transfer date. I was amazed to have a call from Ben about the afternoon of Friday 03/11/16 telling me that their driver was shortly to arrive in our apartment to the transfer. There was no 1 home because that was not what we’d agreed upon and that was hauled to Ben. Long story short, they nearly did not move our items about the agreed date before I needed to call them a few times as Ben maintained that their driver could not return to NC although it was not our fault that the motorist stopped by about a day sooner than when we agreed upon. Ben finally found a motorist to move our belongings on the day of Sunday 03/13/16. Upon entrance of the stuff on 03/19/16, my husband’s laptop was stolen with a number of our moving boxes ripped, our garments and books thrown on the ground among other items. I called Ben to report the problem of our items when they came and he disclosed that the motorist was not theirs and they’d contracted our moving out. That we never knew about in the time of this move. Ben promised to submit a claim concerning this issue. I sent him photos as evidence on 04/03/16 but not heard back from them ever since. This firm has left a sour taste in our mouths when it comes to utilizing movers to get a move. My spouse and I had more hassle coping with them than we’d have if we have done the move ourselves. We needed to manage rude dispatcher, who would not give us the organization’s title and known to the proprietor as John Smith. Rude and sexist motorists, yelling at us and unwilling to talk to me personally, seeing as that I am a girl and psychological (his words). Now 4 months following loading the vehicle and 3 months following the date we were supposed to get our furniture, it arrives: broken and lost things. We’ll see how we’ll be reimbursed. Allow me to warn you!!! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! Stay off!!!

I’m writing this as a warning to anyone with this provider. We had nothing but issues with this movement along with a claim that’s been registered. It’s not possible to do. They ask weight on lost things however how can you consider a lost box or item? They need quotes for each of the repairs and damage yet every quote called because they need money to provide you with an estimate. My spouse is permanently disabled in the brain tumor we don’t have that cash. How can you take photos of lost things? The company that they subcontracted with were so horrible the movers didn’t even know to follow along with the red decals with amounts regarding where things belonged. They had an extremely old ratty truck and if they opened the door my brand-new mattress with protective plastic cap dropped from the truck into the floor. I needed to demand that they build the items which they disassembled each contract. They put together 1 poster bed and attempted to conceal the poster which was broken and they simply put it on. It dropped off when I touched on it. They refused to shoot boxes in which the belonged and stacked in one door and wall mounted so large I needed to climb above boxes to escape my kitchen. Please be cautioned and take additional insurance because the 60 cents per pound is a joke! Any one would like to consider a four poster bed, drier, dryer etc? We experienced that a”No Show” on pickup date. A month outside for shipping. Deficiency of honesty. Damaged furniture, 1 bit beyond repair. Stir clear of the business…I do not even feel any of the favorable reviews. Not with all the support we received.

Not certain where to start. This has undoubtedly been the worst going experience EVER! And, we have moved 15 days since 2003! Ben (who appears to have no previous name), our touch at Social Moving Organization LLC along with Jose’, the vehicle driver, are equally smooth talkers, however quite misleading. I had been hooked up together with a moving agent, whom I also would not recommend. I stayed in MN if my husband had started a new project at Denver after being unemployed for just 4 months, residing in hotels and eating out every meal. Additionally, I am on handicap using a chronic pain illness. Our fiscal recourses were entirely depleted. We had been advised that our furniture could be wrapped and refrigerated. I phoned Social Mobing Group to understand what should I do so as to document my claim and Ben rather than giving me the advice told me”you’ve to see our email”… I filed a claim with”CLAIMS ADJUSTING FIRM” following 3 weeks of followup and two days when they told me that I must be given a check from Social Moving Group they spoke to ben and advised me that they do not work together anymore and composed a settlement that refused my claim because: they do not assure ANY PIECE THAT YOU PACK and ANY FORMICA OR PRESSED WOOD FURNITURE. BEAWARE of the 2 firms SOCIAL MOVING GROUP and CLAIM ADJUSTING FIRM.

The movers were quite nice and quite friendly. They came ontime and they have been fast and effecient when preparing the furniture to be transferred. They filled the truck fast and we had been on the street earlier than anticipated. Upon arriving in my new house they were quite cautious to place down furniture pads in order to not dirty the new carpeting. They were speedy and effective and made my own move fairly simple. Cost for the transfer proved to be a excellent thing. The movers were very pleasant and made talk with me and played along with my little dog somewhat also.

I lately used Social Moving Group to transfer me out of Atlanta to San Antonio.   They did an Outstanding job from Begin to finish.   The team was very professional and all items were delivered on time and in Excellent condition.   They gave me a much better price than some of the additional moving companies offered me and I’d certainly recommend them to anybody looking for a good moving company!

A buddy told me about Social Transferring Group, therefore I chose to give them a phone.  Lisa was really useful, she put all of my concerns to rest.  Any queries I had, ” she replied.  When the drivers arrived, it was exactly the same.  Really professional.  I’d love to thank them for creating my households go an extremely pleasant one.

I’m a Senior Citizen I’ve move many occasions in my own life, moving with this provider has become the most dreadful experience of my entire life. Communication is dreadful as they don’t have full control of English language. Held my items hostage for more money after they had been loaded, the quote changed and additional cash was required. My boxes have been opened and retaped utilizing another color tape, so I used clear white and tape reinforced tape to shut my boxes plus they utilized brown tape.  Many things taken out of my own boxes. A good deal of the boxes have been smashed and lots of things broken Two big boxes and a night table never arrived at destination. Driver required payment before beginning to unload  or he’d take my furniture back to point of origin and also sell it at auction. Difficult individuals to address in the office employees and especially their supervisor / dispatcher. Get everything in writing don’t speak verbally as they’ll tell you something and the next time They’ll deny that they stated it.   Complaints with all the GA Governors division of Consumer Affairs and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for Household Movers, BBB are registered.

This firm was great beginning to complete. Lisa was really useful in figuring out just how much I needed. The movers were friendly and on time. For 1500.00 the certainly got my money’s worth. They picked me up at 8 am as requested and needed it around the truck nicely over the 3 hours that they stated it’d take and when they sent 3 days after they were on time and place up my beds and needed the truck unpacked in less then 3 hours and were very careful to not hurt my valuables and furniture. My final price was right on the cash and they didn’t attempt and adhere extra fees on my bill.

Owner (Jay in accordance with this Driver), dispartcher (Benalong with a supervisor ), the motorist proved exceptionally rude and unprofessional!  Owner had been threatneing me personally (as a customer ) to cover his motorist or else he’d place my stuffs on Auction when they arrived late and arrived to the Sunday where they hoped to find the money purchase by a Postal Office (Which Postal Office is available on Sunday with this Earth?!) . Lisa (the purchase rep) offered the moving bundle for me to maneuver from Mobile AL into The Woodlands TX for $1673 along with the date to pickup things was Sunday, 7/8/12 but did not appear before Tuesday 7/10/12 after a few calls for his or her firm.  When they arrived to pickup stuffs, they billed another 225$ additional for the exact same collection of things! The deliver date assumed to be Saturday 7/14/12 however no ones or some other telephone calls received.  I called the dispatcher (Ben) and he said that the truck could send about Monday/Tuesday (7-16/7-17). 

On Sunday, the driver called and explained that they’re about the road to my flat.  With short notice and being on Sunday, I could not get the Cash order out of Postal Office.  When the driver got into the flat, I requested them either except personal check or return on Monday/Tuesday like they’ve told me.  The driver rudely stated, no!  I will go back to Georgia!  I was like nice!  5 minutes later he came back and held me that the telephone with his owner on another like shouted and me and threatnening to place my stuffs on Auction if I do not cover his driver!  I ran from my patience by then from late night pickup/deliver then billed extra and due to his rudeness!  I told him go ahead and place them on auction however I will get back everything out of them and much more! With the assistance from BBB.org (Better Business Bureau), they delivered my stuffs on Monday afternoon but charged me another $200. 

I didn’t consent to cover but I was tired so I went ahead and paid.  Both helpers were really fine unloading and unpacking all of my stuffs but they motorist were cussing and assisting to put my bed togther however he had been slamming on it and cussing while putting it together. He wound up bankrupt two of my mattress legs! And my couch, my chaise louge and finish table were ruined!  Before they completed all of the unpacking, they removed bc the motorist was hurrying another two helpers.  I took images of this truck and driver and the driver began to cuss at me and ran off! Don’t make the exact same mistake that I left.  They won’t post any negative reviews. 

I predicated on a single great review from Phillip but I think that would have been among the interior the campany personel posted that!  Don’t employ SOCIAL MOVING GROUP to maneuver you stuffs.  They dont’ value every of your own time and they do not deserve to receive your small business!  If anybody would like to learn more information about this business, do not be afraid to email mepersonally, I will be happily tell you more about this firm!  Stay Away from SOCIAL MOVING GROUP.  They still haven’t reponded to my email for requesting my broken items!
