PURE DISAPPOINTMENT IN KALEB and TCI!

Hired them to send a bicycle half way round the united states. Kaleb stated he can pick up and send bicycle within 3 months for a specific cost. We needed to get it delivered with a certian date. He made us believe the bicycle would be picked up in a couple of days and delivered well before 3 months. HHe tricked us into believing TCI picks up the bicycle themselves, I afterwards discovered that TCI is a broker – that they contract out the task to truck drivers. Kaleb was just lying to me about the fast pickup date – that he didn’t have any clue if he’d find a driver to take the job.

Days went by and NO bike pickup. Contacted TCI – acquired a guarantee of will select up’shortly’.

Weeks went by and NO bike pickup. I contacted TCI and all I got were explanations and salesman is different.

He explained:

‘I’ve maxed out the funding, and hope to get the accessible motorist very, very shortly.’

‘we’re coming to the deadline but we still have loads of time, I hope that the newest the bicycle is picked up is based on Monday/Tuesday.’

TCI took 20 times to discover a driver that they said would require 4 times to find, they left us and establishes for 3 months, and they destroyed the whole company transaction for the bicycle , they asked for $300 more than what they consented to. You knew darn well that you could not pick up and send the bicycle inside the time needed, but you lied to us just to have the contract. You use a naive individual as it was our first time sending a bicycle – shame on you. Then 3 months later, you need $300 more for your job which you could not perform on time. YEAH Perfect!

We travelled with a more professional firm (HaulBikes) to find the bike delivered to get a far lower cost. They picked up and sent the bicycle when they stated they’d. Should have hired them in the first place, but TCI maintained an unrealistic shipping date.

Review reader, they are loads of different alternatives, do not think anything TCI informs you.

Once I hired them using a touch for 400$ they canceled it and asked for nearly 700$. I used ton’t know that was even legal.

Was quoted a charge of $650 and supplied deposit. When bill was received the fee was $680.00 and cannot get Alice to answer my telephone nor call me backagain.
I’ll say that Worldwide transport ( their own subcontractor) did a excellent job.

TCI Logistics was totally awesome. For 2 months I had been given the run around to receive my motorcycle shipped to me personally and TCI absolutely awakened. They have been straight up at the purchase price and do it very quickly! Will use again later on!
