The men who showed up to package my furniture did a really very nice job. They took their own time and wrapped all professionally so that mirrors would not split, TV, etc, my whole bedroom package involved some kind of glass. Everything was loaded and must be marked off to the sheet I signed. I did wind up with more than I believed, with some discussion we’ve got that figured out. As I waited for my delivery, we had a couple of problems like the hurricane and locating a driver to provide my things. I talked to Charles 2-3 days each week and during these calls Charles was always keen to describe the situation and assured me I’ll get my things. Transferring your things is a stressful encounter. Strangers with everything you have makes you nervous, however I read my contract and it said they had 30 days to provide. I received the call my things where on the road. Charles even sent me photos to make me feel at ease. Delivery day came I had been thrilled. After unloading I had been overlooking a box of coatings I informed Charles along with also the driver, I needed to await the whole truck to be unloaded. Three months after the motorist calls me, he’s coming in two hours to send my jackets he discovered them!!! I not only was overlooking the jacket box, but 3 other boxes I’d forgot about. I am totally impressed by this business!! NOT 1 bit of my furniture has been broken, and also the motorist delivering my missing things is indeed AMAZING!!

All American Moving and Storage managed my move from FL to GA.. I had a 4 bedroom home with higher end appliances and furniture. Everything went smooth and came how it was packaged with no damage. Moved from GA to MO.. These men are only a front to additional movers, United Vanlines in our situation. The online quote went up over 50% since they’forgot’ to include specific products. Poor re-assembly and scrapes on a few products. Got a busted vacuum cleaner – the promise for a 40 fix did not even get accepted! Lousy company, good sales conversation. Beware buyer!

I had my furnace come pick my things up april 11th out of michigan into texas. I had been told it’d be about two weeks to my items to get there. It’s now might 13th and I am told my stuff remains in michigan. Not certain if and IF my family things could possibly get here but alive from a bag isn’t enjoyable. Here is the most unprofessional moving business ever. They’ll try out the bait and switch on the quotation, including the tiniest things such as a bed railing. Saying a bedroom place is merely a mattress collection. When we eventually agreed on a price, the inspector were overdue beginning. Do not bring the ideal size truck. Left half of my stuff, but didn’t inform me till they had accumulated the entire fee since they won’t float till you cover them. The broke a costly dining room table, glass, vacuum desk and other things, but didn’t cover or even admit it. I ended up needing to rent a uhaul truck to go get the remainder of my items since they blocked my own calls and wouldn’t respond to mails. They hired a builder who enter my home without consent and then stole cash from my property. It was mad. Certainly the worst move I’ve ever produced. They left garbage all around the front lawn and at the home. If you appreciate your products, don’t use this organization.

The crews are extremely polite. They know what they’re doing and Ive always felt very comfortable.I have had poor experiences with different businesses so that its nice to find a business with integrity and values.

When I was first shopping around for moving businesses and I received a call from All American, I had been hesitant because of the poor reviews I had been studying. I made this up for my sales rep Liz because though the purchase price and also her demeanor felt right, I was still suspicious. I asked her to describe to me precisely how the quote procedure goes. I had been quoted a cost of $1375 from Rachel. I had a particular list of things to proceed, bigger pieces just (King mattress set, tall blouse, extended dresser, Queen mattress set, tall blouse, extended dresser, Queen mattress collection, extended dresser, two sofas, TV rack, round dining table w/4 chairs, corner table with hutch (3 bits ) Washer / Cabinet ). The total has been 35 bits. Specified it had been from two story home into 3 story condominium (but just 6 bits to move up). “Binding Estimate” had been for 3 men and a truck, 4 hrs for packaging (12 individual hours) and 3 hrs (9 person hours) for unpacking. Paid $200 deposit with my credit card.
Proceed was scheduled for Friday 9/8. Driver (Jeff) known as truck issues (from Jax) and we agreed to postpone to Saturday.
On Saturday approximately 4pm motorist called with ongoing truck issues. I accommodated a delay to Sunday(9/10) in lieu of a late night Saturday night bundle.
On Sunday at 8am, motorist called and said that they were still two hours off. They came at 11 am, 3 hours after in a rented Penske Truck. Just two men and a truck. I inquired where the next man was and was told that they did not require a third man. I stated that it will take more with just 2.
Second man started pack the truck up. After roughly a third of those products were filled, the driver approached me and informs me there’s a STAIR fee and also”LONG WALK” fee to be inserted. That’s another $1000 bringing my entire variant $1375 to $2375, nearly twice. I inquired about the stair charge and motorist signaled anything over 7 measures is additional. My”binding arrangement” clearly said multiple tales on the two ends. I stated I was not paying. I push into the unload residence (two hours away). I move to Walmart for your 1775 balance. Guess what, they do not permit a charge card. Debit just, My limitation is $500 per day. I guess who have my credit card on record already. No issues. (WRONG).
Driver happens after 8pm on Sunday nite to float. The first question is”Where’s my own MONEY”. I pleaded with me my credit card is on file with AAMS and that I will find a bank test on Monday at 9am. He shut the truck up is MAD in ME whining that I’m holding up him from different deliveries. That is after he’s two days late. And takes 5 hours to push two. Starts telling me on a storage charge plus re-delivery charge ($600 and $600) and not certain when he’ll return. EXTORTION at it’s best. Oh and this HE OWNS MY FURNITURE when it’s on the vehicle.
I receive a text in 12 midnight which he is going to return Monday morning at 730 am eloquent and when I’m not there, I’ll be billed a WAIT CHARGE. And earn $2400.
I wake up at 7:30 at another section of town that an watch the text message! . I text and telephone Jeff the motorist with no answer. Oh no. I race around your home and guess what NO TRUCK.
He finally calls me in 815 and states he’s eating breakfast and are there soon, ensure to have the cash.
I eventually get ahold of shipment in AAMS workplace (not that hi called me back) and clarified the narrative. Then he spoke to the driver and said keep the arrangement ($1775) and the motorist are there in 30 minutes (from 9am).
The driver eventually arrived in 11am to unload following watching my bank test. I didn’t say five words into the motorist. Just launch my hostage furniture.
HORRIBLE Experience.

I hired this firm and was given a quote however the price was greater once they loaded the truck, and had a couple things in the home left to load that I had been told that the price was likely to be greater!!! So I needed to cover more or else they wouldn’t take the remaining products. I then was told I needed to pay $150.00 to possess the things saved in the truck immediately, which was nice, however if my things had been delivered I had been missing a desk and had been advised that they would search for it at the warehouse. Why could it be from the warehouse when it stayed on the vehicle???? I then was told I’d just get 60 cents per pound that they composed from the contract!! I’d sign the contract so that I can not argue. Nevertheless, they whined about my items remaining about the truck!!! Don’t use this business since they can steal your items and then pay you 60 cents!!! Significant rip off

The most unprofessional moving firm. So much my mom was cussed at by the motorist, varying costs. Certainly there’s a miscommunication between the sending driver and dispatch because they both claim differing things. Each and every point of contact with the business was impolite. Complaints are made, repeated telephone calls never returned. Delivery driver is tough that he can simply deliver on a single day and isn’t able to adapt any additional shipping date with no storage charges although we’re given just two day notice. I used North American Van Lines for my round nation proceed and they’re nothing short of excellent, clearly All American has a great deal to learn. Today we’re advised by All American that when we are not able to take the things on the day that they select, they’ll bill an EXTRA $1500! The AG will probably be hearing from me shortly if this isn’t solved and that I will get my lawyer included. Will update inspection if this gets solved or becomes worse.

Don’t use these movers, so they’ll be late, your possessions won’t arrive in a timely fashion and they’ll extort you from more money. I am surprised nobody has not put together a class action suit on this business yet. Truck arrived 3 hours late, and already 1/3 full. I told them immediately it is not all going to match, we’re a family of 4 with a complete townhouse. Driver felt our stock quote was correct on and he knew that it was not likely to match when he oicked the truck up. So after phoning them Jordan said oh yeah we’ve got other trucks in the region if it does not all match. I was frustrated and said I better not be charged anymore due to their error. 2 hours after when everything was not likely to match Jordan says it is likely to currently charge me twice as much today for another truck! Following some choice words and dialogue that they nevertheless go 400 from me, they’ll benefit from this problem with your back against the wall together with logistics and time in exercising a move throughout the state.

They won’t communicate with you personally and just feed you lies and more lies. Our stuff has been getting picked up”now” for a week till we obtained our stuff.

The proprietor Chad I am imagining is about 30 because each time I spoke to me that he kept calling me bro. How no I am not your bro and I can not think you’re a few hoe in control of the mess. Walkers are worked together with 20 HR days occasionally, I gather that is the reason why they are late at the AM. Labor laws do not apply here either nor do integrity. If you put your deposit down already cut your losses and go with someone else.

We had a mattress that was not coated but was presumed to function as broken bookshelf. As I write this the second load still has not come yet but a police record has!

First I’d love to state that going is quite stressful. I am the service business itself and all need to say is that this firm supply more then only a servcie. In the office team of Jordan and Bill these men made me feel so comfortable. They were so detailed with my whole movement. They delivered an estimator into my house in Pembroke attempting to transfer me into my new residence in plantation. The movers Anthony, Roosevelt, Andrew, Shaun, lael, and Vinny were so professional and productive. They took a lot of attention to transferring my things. They work hard and packaged everything and tagged each box. You purchase what you’re getting. Spend money and get it managed with American storage and moving. Thanks for Jordan and invoice! Terrific support!

It’s moving day and I am currently awaiting a truck. I’ve had no communication in the firm after scheduling just two weeks ago. I’ve needed to call the business three occasions this morning to determine what’s happening. My spouse chose a day off work to it, and up to now, zero results. I have got a baby in your home, the whole home stuffed up – from myself because my husband is operating in town we’re moving to – and also another kid I will have to leave to go pick up out of college. As soon as I told him earlier that I hadn’t been contacted in any way, he explained their personal computer log revealed they’d called me twice yesterday afternoon, and that I ought to have gotten a text then. I’ve no missed calls, no voicemail, also got no texts. However, now that I’m a disgruntled client, that has become a classless, Judge Judy scenario, finish with”I want to show YOU wrong” emails. Ridiculous. All American Moving and Storage won’t repay $200 deposit but they never provided any support to me. They gave me an estimate for my transfer out of Port St. Lucie FL to Tampa FL that was 510. After the driver got into my flat, he also said I had a lot of boxes. I told him it is okay, if he chooses just the furniture and the number of boxes which has been quoted. He began making excuses that he does not think that it will fit inside his truck. I offered to carry just my furniture and that he denied again be saying that he does not have sufficient blankets… He had been talking to the manager and that I had a feeling that they were attempting to modify the purchase price and wanted to give me more. He said he can return tomorrow and will call me after that afternoon to inform me exactly what time he’ll be in my home the following day. He predicted, and we all agreed that he will be in my home around noon. The following day I wasn’t able to reach him and he did not appear. I tried phoning the organization and the proprietor Chad said that the truck will probably return for about $1200. I refused and told him to repay my money. He reacts to me personally that he”does not feel like it”. I advised him that it’s illegal to continue to keep my deposit because the business has not touched or moved anything within my home and left me and my 4 y.o. kid stuck in the flat for 2 weeks when my rent had died already. He laughed at me and stated he does not understand when he’ll repay my deposit. I tried emailing and calling the representative who I had been connected with initially, but didn’t get any replies. My deposit was not refunded. I needed to employ a different moving business to be transferred on a really brief note with my kid and it had been really stressful for both people, since I am a single mom and do not have a great deal of cash to waste, particularly when they gave me a quotation on newspaper with cost and shipping date, and then decided to bill me $1200 for your transfer. I never got my cash and will probably be submitting an official complaint with the Attorney General Office.

He maintained that he could not take credit since the office was shut and JORDAN could not create the essential approval. The moment he got our money, we noticed him speaking to JORDAN. JORDAN has to be FIRED and no one needs to each use ALL AMERICAN – that the worst company in history.

While many other people, I also have experienced the difficulty of dealing with All American Moving and Storage. Near the end of last year we made the error of using them to take care of our shifting needs. After having inconvenienced us by coming more than 4 hours late to pick up our possessions which were to be kept secured in one of the trucks within their warehouse, then we discovered 3 days after that a 90 percent of our possessions were ruined having spent the previous 3 times dwelling in rain water. From this instant about the lies and deception began and that is when we could observe the organization’s true colours beginning from the top using their owner/president Chad Anthony Bottiglieri. Mr. Bottiglieri advised us about the day of this movement that he could be showing around our home the next morning having a representative by a water restoration company. After waiting all day for them to arrive and Mr. Bottiglieri not answering or returning some of our messages we eventually gave up but got a peek regarding the lies and lack of customer service we’d encounter during the upcoming few weeks. Mr. Bottiglieri makes claims and assurances that he isn’t inclined to stand by. In all my years I have not encounter a more unprofessional and ethics lacking person. From promises to help us eliminate and/or shop are damaged products to stop the mold odor from latching into our house into claims of issuing a refund or helping in obtaining the insurance company to honor our claim in the entire sum, all turned out to be lies. Lies of the was the very first time a client had a bad experience dealing with his firm to lies of the needing to be the very first time he’s had to submit a claim for damaged land to rely on him prepared to do what is correct and compensate us for the differential that the insurer didn’t only account for a small percent of the deceptive lies we were told. Long story short, I hired AAMS to transfer me in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Salem, MA. It had been the single-most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with, and my life hasn’t been more disrupted by almost any event in my entire life as it had been by this movement. Here are the facts:
– AAMS picked up on December 8th (I let them pick the pickup date based on my concrete supply date of Dec 20th in the latest), and on several occasions, guaranteed me shipping by Dec. 20th at the latest. They didn’t send until January 17th…almost a month late.
