We have (had?) A contract with this firm to perform a little move for my mother from Oregon to Colorado. We paid the retainer fee. On the afternoon before I was to venture out, I got the call that they wouldn’t have the capacity to follow along with. Supposedly they strove to”find” a person to maneuver her, but that sense through also. Now, they still owe us $518 and some change with this incompleted support. We’ve called, emailed, called again, emailed again and always get the exact same reply,”We shall return to you along with your refund.”

I predicted last week (again) and spoke to”Kyle” who again said he’d return to me on Monday. Surprise. . “crickets.” I called today (Wednesday) and now the contact number in Florida is”not accepting calls” along with the mobile phone number is closed down. Kyle said he had been moving the business to California. I WILL find you Kyle. You’ve caused more tears and frustration as we’re dealing with my father’s death and now you have stolen cash from my 80 year-old mum who needs every cent. I really don’t believe you could ever get any slimier.

I’m calling the Attorney Generals in most countries your company”functions,” that the BBB in every state along with the Departments of Transportation. If it continues, I’ll be calling an lawyer to not just get my mother’s cash returned but also reimbursement for the extraordinary issues that the business has put us all through. Be prepared.

I have done a transfer in Berry Creek, California on November 26, 2018 on Queensbury, NY and has been advised that my furniture could send at NY on approximately December 1, 2018. I’ve just received two calls in my furniture and it turned out since I had been consistent in emailing and phoning. Liz has been quite impolite to say the very least. She said to me exactly what would you anticipate, that furniture is currently going 3000 miles and it’ll get there as it does.She has told me that the delivery will be before Christmas then again she stated it’d be no later than New Years. Now she’s said that the provider is off work before January 11, 2019.
These are all lies!
I think they’ve stolen my furniture, so as of now I’ll be speaking with an attorney on this issue.

Before agreeing to their own solutions, prior to any money changed hands, I delivered them the prerequisites for my construction TWICE. They confessed and consented to all those requirements. They met none of their prerequisites, gave me no warning to the delivery anyhow before 8pm the evening before so I couldn’t book an elevator, along with the movers who showed up were so rude, pushy, and also wanted extra cash out of me to the errors of Total Moving Group. I’d rate them 0 stars if I could. This has become the worst going experience I’d had. Don’t use their service again and I suggest that you do the same.

My experience with this firm was excellent in the get-go. Whether it was communicating through email or phone, the responsiveness their sales staff and movers revealed was amazing. They also answered all of my questions to my own satisfaction.
It was a huge move as we had been going out of a huge mansion such as home. However, the CMG team made the movement hassle free and simple for all of us. The carefully packaged and transported all of the stuff into the trucks. The team guaranteed they have all of the equipment and people necessary to prevent damaging heavy products. The furniture has been unscathed, not one of the delicate items were ruined, and the entire moved went easily.

Being a loan officer of 35 decades, I’m proud to state , that”my final foot forwards, at as equivalent, if not better than, , my 1st foot ahead”… .both 100 percent…( Too bad that the company can’t boast the same )… Liz, I talked to you once (not certain if that is ure title as so sudden ), you’re both extremely condescending as well as belittling regarding my criticism, (saying that it had been essentially no big deal) regarding my own issue. All these movers shot 10 hours ( however, no excess price – except for the period that I really could been invested working ) and , I sadly gave them such as 140 tip once they stated 120 wasn’t sufficient). . I wished to move an older Essex piano out of my parents’ home to my flat, as my parents needed me to maintain the piano since they were going from city. Since Total Transferring Group was helping my parents with all the movement, I hired them to get this particular work too. Michael was the direct and he himself assisted with moving the piano. They unloaded it in my flat that was all the way in the 4th floor. I’m quite happy with your providers. Fantastic work.

I had been moving out of Northwood Gardens into South Side and wanted a moving company desperately. CMG’s representative stated from the afternoon slot they’ve a truck and two movers out there. I had a garage filled with furniture, hardware, boxes, and other things worth of nearly a three bedroom flat. It required approximately 4hours to get Michael and the staff to fill and load the material. In general, I’m happy with this corporation. I already have recommended them to some buddy. My friend, Michelle, told me that Complete Moving Group supplied best services for transferring houses to her final year. I took her recommendation and phoned them to request details. Everything sounded fair for me, together with the pricing. Although I had been living in a given apartment and did not had lots of things to proceed but I had some excess pair of hands for my daughter. My transfer has been from New York to Chicago. In the period of contract they ensured many things such as *complete packaging service*, *3-delivery* and minus piggy backing* that were very crucial for me personally.
However, what occurred to me was the following:

1) They arrived for packaging a day later than that which we had in our arrangement as well as 4-5 hours late in the time the setup after!
2) The movers left me to assist and that I needed to work hard (!!!) Together to complete packaging punctually. I am not exaggerating, it had been just the situation!

3) The Agency explained that they’ll initially transfer my belongings into some storage and then in approximately 30 days I’ll get your things!! (They violated equally”no piggybacking” and”3-day delivery”).

4) I didn’t expect that the moving company (that was the flat rate movers) originally and believed they might attempt to secure more income. I predicted”complete moving firm” customer support and told them exactly what happened to me personally (that our arrangement is violated by these!!!) . The client support stated some non-sense and I just realized that they’re so dishonest and unreliable.

5) At this stage , I contacted the moving business (flat rate inspector ) and they billed my $3000 to ship my item in time!

6) Eventually, I got my things after three times + spending $3000 over the quote + ~$750 harm to my belongings (that could not repay!)

Moving is a really stressful endeavor and”whole moving team” only makes it more stressful. You can’t expect them and you shouldn’t even considering working together.

I had been duped by the unworthy (and likely fake) testimonials. I only need to allow you to not be duped by them!!

We picked CMG after performing extensive research on the internet and studying lots of testimonials and on several websites. When we called, we talked to Nicolai who failed a list rely on us on the telephone and lent us a quote that we believed was honest. We agreed about the purchase price and advised the transfer. On the move afternoon that they had been slightly delayed on the pickup time but they did call me to advise that they had been running late. They packaged the stuff carefully and packed it in their own truck while I saw. Everything from pickup to delivery and re assembly went flawlessly and the last cost was exactly the same that which we were originally quoted without any surprises. Can use them again when needed in the future.

The sales staff was outstanding. Michael promised me that everything was great to go for 28 July 2018. 4 times after I supplied the deposit and 3 times before pickup, Nickolai known as to critique my stock. Low and behold the quotation was more than doubled and they asked additional cash. At that stage , I was floored and cancelled the deal. I’m still disputing the payoff that they consented to but haven’t done so as of now, 21 AUG 18. I did extensive research before I hired them however I had a dreadful experience. I wouldn’t suggest them.

I received a very courteous and friendly telephone from (Ms. Marry Adam) and offering all of the stock I obtained a quotation $2100 (from Okemos, MI into Russellville, AR). Mover didn’t arrive on time (schedule time 12 pm noon), they arrived 1.00 am (nighttime ), request me to package and assist me at the loading (nevertheless I did door to door contract).
After loading, their quote increased and that I agreed with this
My stuff ought to be supply on JULY 5TH but didn’t received yet (July 20th) nonetheless cost increased (significantly) continue rising.
