The guaranteed cost was just that without any openings

I only wish to admit everyone at Great Greek to get a excellent move. Billy came out and gave the quote. They wrapped every bit of furniture with blankets, plastic, and tape. They ended loading around 12:30, and began unloading only after 1:30. They were completed by 5. This was a blazing hot South Florida afternoon, over 100 degrees with the heat index, plus they worked tirelessly. They made sure everything was just where we needed it, then unwrapped it and carefully put it. Our stuff came through unscathed, which has been a massive relief.

We made sure to tip every one of them 60, which they gratefully accepted. Trust me…these men will work hard for you, and so are worth an adequate tip.

This firm false market and more than charges. They’re a complete rip off.

They men came a bit after 1 minute, following the wrapped and packed and got into another place the driver came with a bill and stated that my balance was $1100 and I nearly had a panic attack I had been in shock, they stated yes they charge for substance 15% gas charge to the entire transfer and we needed to cover an extra 3 hours and when they ended before we’d find a refund and I needed to pay this until they took off our stuff the truck we were also promised a $50 discount for neighborhood transfer we never received that either. Would you determine how dishonorable this provider is. They bully their customers to over pay or they will not discharge your stuff in the truck. Also bear in mind that it was a two bedroom and dining room and boxes plus they just constructed the the dining table and a single bedroom. They’re unjust and this business is not any good. Still have not heard anything in my refund since the men did not do the job for all 3 additional hours. I would not recommend to my own enemy. And now they’re attempting to tell to inform them could give me a reduction of $300 if they billed me for seven hours did not repay me the additional hours. That is not a reduction that my cash you over charged me, I’d prefer another $200 please. You men are the worse today stating giving me back $500 from my $1388 that I had been billed would be a complete refund. What about the advertising for 50. No Fantastic Scam firm

The pickup was fine, and it seemed as though they had a method, they chased all things with decals and had a record.

When my things came from storage is if it all went wrong, they truly don’t have any method, there were many boxes and items overlooking and a number of items broken. We received boxes which weren’t mine and it took them two weeks to accumulate those and send a number of my things they discovered from the warehouse?? For the additional boxes I’m missing I’ve now been waiting 4 weeks without a word. I’ve called repeatedly and they always promised to phone back but never do. I guess that their opinion is,”getting 90 percent of your things isn’t poor” It’s evident they do not care, they have your cash along with their incentive to serve you’re entirely eliminated.

They even charged me for storage when my things already were no more using them, upon facing them relating to this charge that they promised to consider it, of course that I needed to devote a dispute with Amex to find that cash back.

I’ve moved a lot of occasions but this past time with Great Greek has been the finest one yet. Nothing dropped nothing broken. My family used great Greek and I’ve known my customers to Michael and Great Greek since he and the firm are reliable and trustworthy.

Do not believe the hype as well as the advertisements. Same average moving nightmare tales using a larger advertising budget to be on TV. Stop lying and deceiving to clients and run your business how that you want to get handled. I’d provide you a ZERO but that is not an alternative. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Everything concerning my move was fantastic! From meeting with Michael and getting quote, organizing movement, and signing up contract into Stanley and team going me was easy. As Michael stated, the team worked hard and was quite professional. They had been there on time at 8 am and had me loaded with 9:30, fell off my piano in my son’s home and had me unloaded and set up in New house by noon. We simply used Great Greek to transfer our possessions from Coral Springs into Coconut Creek if our home sold fast. We’ve constantly moved ourselves previously but also old to do this anymore. Possessing a baby grand piano we will need to move together with your own furniture. Yup we could do this without any problem. They wrap it and move it into Palm Harbor. Take it off the bath, nicely mam we cant make it upstairs, maybe not enough people…. Too thick. So today it sits at a damp garage plus that I do not understand just what to do. Moving to get me $500 or so to find a good qualified plumber to transfer it. Forget about the Greek. Awful support.

I had been foolish enough to think the warranties Richie created at his demonstration of supplied services in my transfer. Moving is stressful enenough without more aggrevation. The fellows who transferred us were not to blame. We just were not given in the movement that which we were guaranteed. They would not transfer our lamps,mirrors, pictures without any bubble wrap. We’re not advised to supply supplies. We pointed out to Richie all that we had move and he said no problem. 1 price and we guarantee that the move. The system of departing the drawers in and wrapping them along with the furniture generated enormous issues. As soon as I opened the drawers everything fell down in the back of the drawers and then stuck each drawer. He said they’d go the grill but not stated maybe not the tanks. Not happy!! I believed I had been supplied a fradualnt invoice of products.

No, but the quality, professionalism, and peace of mind was well worth every penny. The closing on our house was pushed back a week and with one short call to Richie our moving date was changed.

When Alex and his exceptional crew showed up the morning of the move, they were friendly and very professional. They respected our property, moved everything with care. Packed our TV and pictures perfectly. In 2 and a half hours had out 2nd floor condo and storage unit on the road to our new home.

Upon arrival at our new home (250 miles away) Alex and his crew unloaded everything with the same care and professionalism as when the loaded. Everything was put in it’s place and arrived intact and unharmed.

We highly recommend Greek Moving & Storage and will be advising all of our family and friends who are in need of a moving service to consider no one else.

I had been quoted a flat charge of $159, and, $75 traveling since I had been so near their centre??? And an extra 10 percent for fuel. I was expected to put down $100 deposit also. We’d 1 1/2 bedroom collections already completely broken down, a box spring, and a couch, dining table and 6 chairs (my spouse assisted ) and a couple of boxes. The evening prior to my transfer, I got a call saying that I used to cover $159″per hour” in a minimum of 3 months. I declined saying that I wasn’t given this quotation and it was wrong and was advised that it would be waived on account of the few things I needed to move that should on no account take 3 weeks to proceed 5 minutes off. The day of the transfer, it still took 3 hours to maneuver which they bill for every hour and additional fees (around $600). We weren’t charged what we had been quoted whatsoever. The movers are needed to telephone the office to have the amount to bill. I’ll be asking a repay most of the extra amounts they billed that weren’t consented to.

This business is a rip away with unethical employees. I’m extremely disappointed.

I saw that the wonderful Greek advertising and believed that it would be a business that gave great service and talked English. Not to seem xenophobic but it was a real difficulty in Miami since my Spanish isn’t so great. Great Greek wasn’t affordable, but really professional and worth every single cent. They have been on time and are careful with my possessions. I had been upstairs with a piano and they wrapped and handled everything efficiently and with caution. I’ll hire them again.

Everything was transferred with the utmost caution and completed in a really timely way. We were really shocked by how difficult and economically they functioned… They really went over and beyond matters we did not request or expect. All four of these were so agreeable to use and that I would strongly recommend this firm.

I had been given a 2-14 afternoon window (obviously written on authorized contract) for Greek Moving and Storage to maneuver my home out of Palm Beach Fl. Into Texas within the time period as it wasn’t an immediate movement. The window of time ran out BEFORE Hurricane Harvey and Irma. Rest assured Zach and his circus team promised movement was on program again in August with clear skies. A storm waits any movement but it was utilized as the impetus to allow my entire house sit in storage. “Oh folks have things within our air conditioned storage for many years,” Zach says. Really? My entire home and clothing and kid’s clothes must sit in storage for more than 30 times in cardboard boxes. No one does this unless they’re leaving crap in storage. So Zach and A.J. and Chuck went to state their”boss” John does not have any number to attain by when requesting nominal compensation for the delayed movement. They don’t understand not just how to achieve their boss but his phone number also? Der I mean duh discuss”ignorance is bliss”, they obtained that”fairy tale” patented. Zach proceeded to insist that he will”call me back” and that he is scheduling 3 goes to Texas all collectively.

Daily with perfect weather warms, Zach would allow me to know if they were departing. Zach upon seeing this”we’re scheduling your trip and will call you back” regular wasn’t working said he’d allow me to know about devoting a charge once I told him that something ought to be accounted for. I guess that is why Zach has to sit at the workplace now because he explained his moving times are over (shocker!) And he’s moved up to”workplace”. It is a fantastic spot for him aptly so, even though he doesn’t need to be in control of a phone of that will be foreign to him.

Zach has to conceal himself from seeing actual people along with a 4 year old that doesn’t understand why their home is not here yet and using their own life long earned possessions awaiting his release. I’d give 0 stars but it defaults to 1 star.

A number of my things are chipped and broken. We’re overlooking a massive box clearly indicated DVD’S and Films. I’ve known as Greek movers 3 occasions and all I’m told is that they will speak to team and assess warehouse for box again. You will find over 100 films and DVD’s in that box. Wedding cake topper broken in half and it had been marked brittle, GLASS. That cant be substituted! Just pay 60 cents on the dollar value to get items broken!! Avoid this business! Held my things for ransome before I paid extra money for transfer.
