I utilized Madison for my transfer out of Houston, Texas, to San Fransico. I had been delighted with their services. My sales rep Brooke, was good at walking me through the shifting process and she had been quite realistic with regard to what to anticipate. Other movers I talked with were attempting to force me to give them a deposit. I’d use these guys again if desired.

I’ve got lots of complaints about my own interaction with all Madison Van Lines, but for brevity I shall outline 2 reasons why you shouldn’t seek the services of this corporation. (1) They attempted to convince me to sign a gag order, and (2) they employ local carriers to transfer your things and so require zero responsibility for whatever goes wrong during your relocation. Move information for those curious…

(1) Following two months ago and forth, they provided me just $250 for around $2,000 of lost and damaged items. But this was below the condition that I sign a legal document prohibiting ANYTHING negative opinions, by ANY means of communicating, FOREVER. I’ve got the file to show it. How unethical a company custom is that? I guess there could be many more negative testimonials on the internet in the event the firm didn’t have this coverage.

(2) They refuse to accept responsibility for whatever occurs during your relocation. This is since they’re just a logistics business. They employ local movers to really transfer your things, and maintain they don’t have any legal obligation for whatever the movers perform. Additionally they won’t supply you with the title of this moving business, before the evening of your relocation. If ANYTHING goes wrong with the relocation, great luck making them accept accountability to this.

Don’t Use Madison Van Lines!!! They’re a broker that claims to be very proficient and professional, but they’re most likely the worst moving company with whom I have ever had the misfortune of functioning. I recently used them to move from NY to FL. I supplied my stock with precise measurements of all, including all of furniture and boxes. I had been quoted a last cost of $1,906. I even confirmed by using their agent Jill the afternoon before my transfer my precise stock, and she still said that which will be $1,906. In my surprise, even when NYC Movers arrived to pickup all of my possessions, I had been told my cost was actually $3,000! When I questioned that, I had been told that although my stock was 100% right, that the Madison Van Lines representative completely undercut my complete cubic footage. Following six weeks of moving back and forth together, they are currently attempting to deny any responsibility for it. They’ll ignore you in most of hopes that you will only”go away”. Well, I am not”moving away”. I’m moving ahead with legal action against them, since they violated the contract and have been extremely unresponsive. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as their unscrupulous and unethical/shady company practices will need to be shutdown! Referring to such folks as moronic is an understatement. I really don’t need any other possible clients to fall prey to this dreadful, deceptive moving agent, so beware! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

This is my next movement with Madison and what is going great. They transferred me back in January 2018 from New York to Florida and there were not any issues. My employer paid for my expenses and complete packing so that I did not need to do anything that was fantastic! I worked together with Maggie back on this instant move- I am moving to North Carolina and what went great with the pickup. Thankfully they could assist with some last minute packing and now my things will be in storage until I find my new house.

I have coped with moving companies before that would guarantee a cost and then raise it if they showed up too delivery times were not true. Eventually, I discovered a business that has been fair and punctually. Very Pleased with Madison and might recommend to family members and friends

I hired Madison Van Lines after talking to the sales partner Erika. Please inquire for her should you get them. My transfer was marginally over 900 kilometers from Wisconsin to New Jersey. This is a nightmare from start to finish. In 48 decades of marriage I’ve moved 8 times earlier this movement. None were the dreadful experience that was.
I had been over charged. Stolen from. Boxes were gone through as well as document boxes broken into. Things in my stock were intentionally trashed or left behind because the movers did not need to be bothered.
In my new house the motorists were rude and wanted more cash. They got into a debate with my new neighbor and told them to mind their own business. They dropped boxes in 1 room up into the ceiling. Boxes were upside down. Fragile meant nothing to them.
Folks must know Madison VANLINES subcontracts from additional transportation businesses. They don’t check those businesses to learn how reliable they are. You might get a lot of thugs like that I did.

If I were able to score from the negative kingdom, I’d.

Madison is just nothing short of deceptive. Yes, I mentioned the term”fraud” amd’m prepared to back this up with AMSA along with also my Attorney General.

First Delivery Promise: 7-14 days
Altered delivery guarantee (from partner provider ): 7-21 days
Truth: Delivery was created in 2 phases: 80 percent of possessions delivered on 2/8 along with the remainder 4 times after….really?
Bottom line: Broken claims and violation of contract.

Amber out of Lifetime = clueless customer support individual who’s beyond inept. (really she deserves nothing less than a public flogging and reduction of salary forever.)

Overview: DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT CONTRACT MADISON MOVERS FOR YOUR MOVE UNLESS You’re READY FOR DELAYS, BREACH OF CONTRACT AND A BOWL FULL OF LIES.

I hired them after seeing the way they operate! First you receive a moving pro, I’d Maggie. You may call them anytime and actually talk to them LIVE..not recordings..extension number..or begging that a live person will reply! The movement went great. . .Garrett and Miguel were so fantastic! I was so pleased to see them if they came a couple of days after! I wanted them to maintain delivery until flooring in new home were sterile. No more problem..just phone your moving expert.
I so highly recommend this firm. . .they maintenance and best of all they DO THEIR JOB!

Madison only delivered all of our possessions and I only need to say thank you! Thanks for calming me down and being there since I went to breakdown manner with the entire transfer scenario. Finally talked to craig in madison and he had some time to talk together personally and clarify all particulars wout being pushy. His team got here and so were both adapting just as craig had said and everywhere we predicted craig, actually on sunday’m after for crisis query, he had been there for me.
