I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful business. The proprietor, Diego Proano, has been a joy to deal with from start to finish. He came on time to give me a written quote for my own move. He was considerate and professional and estimated that the occupation will require four guys and may be completed in 1 trip. Although ultimately it ended up requiring two trips, he didn’t charge anymore than what was initially quoted within my written quote. He followed-up with me two days before the movement to confirm that we were still on schedule as intended and to determine if I needed something further. The day of the transfer, the four men, came in time and started working immediately. Oneil the head man was outstanding in coordinating what and all of them functioned really nicely as a device. The men were quite friendly, courteous and professional at all times. They wrapped my furniture up with additional care and not 1 thing obtained damaged in the transfer. After we arrived in the new location they shut the furniture and put it exactly where I needed it. Constantly being very careful to not harm any walls, columns or flooring. I had been so impressed with this particular firms’ honesty and professionalism and I’d certainly use them again in my next movement. Moving is always so stressful to start with, yet this firm made it more bearable and pleasant to take care of. I would strongly advise that you give them an opportunity, you will not be let down.
