    Long-distance move from Washington
    Warning - SCAM company

Consider yourself warned: it can be a SCAM moving business
My experience was quite like some other reviews here and on other sites. A number of the positive reviews you will notice are falsified with bogus accounts out of the business owners.

If You decide not to heed my advice and employ the Business anyway, Here’s What you will encounter:
They’ll phone you, be favorable, tell you they’re a”family firm” and make claims of the professionality. Afterward , they will bait you with a lowball estimate of packaging and moving your possessions via an stock over the telephone (FIRST RED FLAG). As soon as your deposit (SECOND RED FLAG) is procured, it is all down hill from that point. On Friday afternoon, they’ll promise you”needed more stock than what has been supplied” (THIRD RED FLAG). Afterward, they’ll double or triple the shifting cost. Should you choose to proceed with their solutions, they can cost pad to be able to achieve their desired cubic footage inside their automobile. For all of us, this triggered in underpacking boxes (many boxes were half full ), packaging garbage into boxes (actually, they place trash out of their packaging supplies and out of our counters to boxes), also inefficiently packaging boxes (i.e. a whole box of packaging paper with no more than 1 plastic Tupperware interior ).

On delivery day (that can be quite postponed, according to a lot of testimonials ), you will probably have a third party firm deliver your possessions (that wasn’t revealed to us before registering our arrangement ). Our boxes came stained and smashed, and the vast majority of our furniture has been ruined. My bicycles have been ruined almost beyond repair. Many things in the boxes have been broken, since the movers didn’t suitably wrap dishes, photo frames, publications, professional clothes (really, ours were at precisely the identical box because unwrapped and filthy grill attachments ), or lamps. If you telephone to report that, their lineup will be”we have never noticed anything else like this.” In addition, an Amazon box was lost on delivery. Their customer support agent, Richard, tried to bully my spouse through telephone, stating,”Look, the box is now gone. We do not know where it’s.” The box abruptly turned up a couple of days later, following my husband advised them that there wasn’t anything of significance at the box. Richard tried to bully me through telephone once I had been telling him of all the harm that has been done to our possessions. He said,”I did not wish to mention this on email, but let’s…tell me, how DID these grill attachments put in this box with all the clothes? And just how DID your mattress becoming ripped and filthy? It could not have become the movers…we are all professionals here.” He moved on to indicate that we were either lying or had completed the harm ourselves.

I followed up on our problems by video and photo recording everything as it came. Then I filed complaints with the BBB and Washington AG Office of Consumer Affairs. The constant response of this business agent, Itay Dadon, would be to guard their picture, prevent responding directly to my own issues, and also lie about the conditions. Mr. Dadon even promised I’d doctored boxes or photos before shooting photographs, so as to make the business look like they’d engaged in cost padding.

    WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!

Most reviews to this place are dreadful and my experience was TERRIBLE!! Frankly the worst moving business ever!!!!
They quoted us around $2200 to proceed, showed up and wanted an additional $1200!!!! I had not gathered anything extra in the week or two 2 because speaking to them, but no way was I going to cover 1200! I needed to move that day, and so I threw off and gave off a lot of our things and STILL ended up spending 2600 +. Unbelievable.
Then to top it all off, they simply left our stuff from the vehicle and never moved at all for two weeks!!! Meanwhile, we’re calling about our stuff, shipment never knows where they are, even when they’re coming or anything else useful. We simply get voicemail. We can not reach the motorists, for all we know they took off with our stuff and we will never see it again! Last I heard it was two weeks and they still hadn’t even begun driving with our stuff yet. The driver blamed the dispatcher and the dispatcher blamed the weather. ???? Right.
We’re out even more cash since we could not remain in our new home yet with no type of clothing, furniture, dishes, baby things, etc.. We had only the essentials for a week to a week and a half (a fair quantity of time for the transition), and an extremely brief term place to stay, only enough time for them to arrive with all the stuff. My husband needed to postpone beginning his new job due to his work clothing and gear will be on the truck that NEVER EVEN LEFT for two whole weeks!! I mean seriously, WTH??? And of course we had to extend our stay (more cash ), eat out because we’ve got nothing to cook with (more cash ), locate someplace to launder our clothes (more cash ), get a couple things for your baby, it is only positively unreal.

    Edited to include:
Finally they came, nearly a MONTH after packing our belongings, they had been totally cluttered, and they brought in somebody else’s things by error, and a number of the stuff was lost. Funny how our lost items were jewellery and infant items/diapers, things it is easy to market…
Additionally, I discovered they was able to go from the title Triple 7 Programs in Nevada, then went to California and moved by the title Total house movers, subsequently proceeded to Washington but retained the title. They have had innumerable complaints and were researched from the BBB, they then closed down. Just to pop up someplace…. BEWARE!!!

Up-Charging, breaking items, not at all a full house move

We hired Total House Movers according to our dialog with”Heidi” their own salespeople. She stated they had been the very best companion, with a good BBB score (total lie), that they packaged, and transferred the entire home!

    1) They did not pack the entire home, they left much in the home that they either didn’t see, did not search for or chose not to package.

    2) They loaded the vehicle, then could not fit a lot of our things in order that they simply left it unpacked.

    3) They brought us almost double their quote, but did not negotiate that or even give us an option after loading the vehicle.

    4) THey struck our artwork, our sleep number mattress, our flat screen TV and several different products.

    5) if they arrived at the destination at Bend Oregon they refused to string the truck (at 12″ of snow) and could not get up the drive. Then they began walking our valuable things like a complete sized grand piano plus because they just had two men at the destination end they could not lift it up the 1 flight of stairs that we completely disclosed they’d be needing to perform and were informed it was not a issue.

    6) Then we sent them our complaint and they refused to tackle it.

    7) We’ve filed an insurance coverage and the insurance carrier is equally as tough to cope with as the movers.

They aren’t family possessed, they don’t keep their obligations and they despised what might have been a standard movement and turned it into a nightmare.

I’ve testified 7 days before Congress as a customer advocate and have become a real estate agent for 27 decades and haven’t seen such callous disregard within my entire life.

Buyer beware of complete house movers. Use them at your risk and danger.

    Damage and unprofessional

My movement was dreadful to say the least. To begin with, botched communicating and shifting dates. It took 4 distinct dates and occasions. I’d rescheduled family members and friends to assist. My brother even flew out of Texas. His trip was cut short since we did not proceed until 5 days later than anticipated.

I had been assured professional movers. After the movers arrived in my new house, young guys with no expertise came from Craig’s record.

Boxes came in before furniture and were put where furniture was intended to go. Rugs came in following the furniture. Carpet padding following carpets. It was a mess. Now, I must employ a person to move furniture, so that I will place the padding beneath the carpets.

As the day was coming to a finish, the driver declared that there wasn’t any longer room in the home and the remaining boxes needed to go from the garage. Afterwards, once I went upstairs, an whole bedroom was almost empty. Now, I must go through boxes in the garage bit by little and haul the contents to the home and stairs up. I’m a senior.

I had been assured good care is taken along with my antiques. Furniture came with broken bits, scratches, and tears. Glass has been broken. Two irreplaceable classic shelves are lost and not discovered yet. Binding was ripped off classic suitcases.

I can’t say enough how pitiful the entire moved began and finished.

Yes, I’ll take images and make a claim. At $0.60 per pound, I hardly think this firm will cover the value of their damages.

All I obtained from speaking with the owner and staff turned out,”Sorry, create a claim.”

    The worst, look elsewhere

The absolute worst moving experience ever. If I could give them a negative five stars I would. They’re deceptive in their estimates, lie concerning the policy the supply, and toss on extra charges at each turn. For starters, their initial quote comprised packaging of different things, but in the end of the day it cost me an extra $600. Next, their delivery folks on the opposite side (that was an interstate movement ) held my dispatch hostage before I paid them an extra $2,500 to a binding arrangement. Then there’s the insurance problem. I had been told that the dispatch has been insured for $108,000, therefore I did not feel the need to purchase extra protection. Quite a few items were ruined like the leg supports to your pool table being broken, and a classic display cabinet was scratched and pitted, appliances were dented, irreplaceable sculptures were broken, and once it comes to filling the assert that they stated I am just covered for 60 cents a pound. Considering that they dropped a ship filled with RC aircraft value over $1,500 bucks (along with the aircraft being mild by layout ) I am lucky to get $5.00 back for a reduction of $1,495. Do yourself a major favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs. This company lacks integrity, professionalism, and therefore are complete scammers. Maybe this is a part my fault for believing in the good in people, but if you don’t pay a few thousand dollars additional for greater insurance they will fully emphasise your house with no effort to take care of it as I would if I had been in their place. Allow the buyer beware.

    Wonderful from Start to Finish

We priced out several different moving choices before we picked Total House Movers. Jason was still friendly but not pushy when collecting our info to get a quote. He invited us to search around, convinced we’d select them. The services provided and the cost made it challenging to move up. The quote of time required and cost was right on course. The moving staff was fine and got straight down to business. They listened to our needs, developed the game plan and executed it perfectly. If we ever need to maneuver later on you can bet I am calling them again!

    Horrible

Don’t use these movers. Our interactions started off good. The gal Hailey, that gave us our quote over the telephone, was so fine seemed so pleasant and dependable, spoke about their excellent BBB evaluation, etc.. We needed to finish a dimension of our products to finalize the quotation, and we obtained a quote based on the cubic square feet of the merchandise we all wanted to proceed. The movers arrived and picked up the merchandise, had my husband sign files, said payment could be afterwards. After they had our merchandise , they called us back and said that they wanted payment dependent on the weight (maybe not on cubic feet as we’d agreed upon), in this stage we had been up to double of the initial quotation, and Hailey was no longer working together with us, Amanda and her supervisor gave us despair and threatened to maintain our products until payment or begin a lien procedure. The supervisor was rather insulting via email. We moved into the Better Business Bureau, and we came into an arrangement that has a little reduction, better then nothing. Then if our merchandise FINALLY made it throughout the nation (took about 4-5 months ), we had been told there could be extra fees since they’d have to transfer the gear to a smaller truck. My husband was so angry that he just went and met with the big moving truck and took all of his things it off with his buddy’s help. Now I received a call in the Better Business Bureau; they’re exploring this business, since you can’t have a binding contract in place and then abruptly switch it up since they did to us, holding our products for ransom. I sent all of my documentation to the BBB and could take this business to small claims court. Don’t use these movers.

Stay Stay Stay Away from Full House and Triple 7 Movers!!!!!

Stay off!!  They showed around my flat with a truck already 3/4 complete.  They match what they are and stated they would need to return tomorrow.  The problem was that I did not possess the location tomorrow, AND, I had to start my driveway that nighttime (moving around two countries ).  Their answer?  Give me your secret and we’ll return tomorrow with no here and we guarantee to find all of your stuff.  How terrifying to need to wait 9 times to determine whether they declared their end of this deal.  Then, I proceed to cover them using an money order (money order or money that they explained ) just to be told it needs to be an”postal” cash purchase.  How crude!  Not every article office even does postal money orders anymore.  What could possibly be wrong with a Wells Fargo money purchase?  Off I went to locate a bank so that I can cash the money order in to money.  To top it all off, the truck came with only two men to unload and put up all of my furniture.  This was dreadful because the condominium property I transferred into countries this sort of activity has to be done by 6pm (that I’d communicated certainly up front).  The truck came at 4:20pm.  Two men.  I had been told it’d be four.  Really.  There have been also several things damaged on the way.  One was a vest which somebody had obviously stood on and caved it in.  Stay stay stay far from Complete House and Triple 7 Programs (the parent firm )!!!

    Bait & Switch Scam

    BAIT & SWITCH SCAM

We hired a moving company to move the furniture out of California to Georgia. A contract has been agreed to beforehand for the transfer, such as labour, wrap, insurance, etc (all detailed on the contract).

Fast forward ahead of the day of the transfer. The problems begin when the movers come in and say to us (only taking a look at the boxes at the flat ) that we have well in excess of what we discussed, we’ll need to renegotiate our shifting contract since we’ve got over we spoke about, after every thing was about the truck they stated the price would be doublesided.

I discovered another moving business owned by the very same men and women in Las Vegas call Triple 7 Programs. You will find lots of complaints on RipOffReport.com
