Wanted to talk about my experience on my proceed using Golden country Van lines.

They’ve lent me the very best price and I went a head together since you had been refereed with my buddy (who had been known by his buddy ). You pick has been the great. You guys arrived on time and required all of the things with no matter. I adored it.

I was glad that I was transferring it with you men.

However, the problem started if you shared with the Driver information and if I called him that he was rude and stated that it may take 10-15 days for shipping.

He phoned me about 11am stating that he’s close to my leasing office and I took him to the neighborhood and then parked when he moved in and stated that he cannot drive any farther as its a big truck. Then I requested him my choices and he offered me two choices
1) cover 500$ more and He’ll let a small truck and transfer my belongings
2) pay 250$ for extended transfer

I informed him that I dont have cash and that he was really very rude, stating if I dont cover he’ll ensure that my stuff was missing and that he was threatening me. I tried phoning them and they weren’t accessible because its due Giving.

I’ve revealed truck driver both the entries to go into the neighborhood and he was stating that its impossible to join the community and that he had been stating that its physics that I dont.

I checked with my neighborhood and they stated that individuals move here with Large trucks and they’ve shown me that the building trucks that were parked in the neighborhood and it’d 18 wheels

You will find far better methods to Charge clients. I’d have been pleased if you’d have asked me that the cash upfront, this isn’t the manner in which that you cheat clients and take additional cash.

I won’t ever refer you to some buddy and I check with my buddy and even he had been requested to get 250$, however, he understood about this suggestion and he didn’t cover them. I wasn’t conscious of this suggestion and I paid 250$.

I picked Golden State Van Line that finds at San Jose, CA to transfer my stuff out of CA into Texas.

The sales team (Dave)CLEARLY says it just takes 3-5 days. ( He never said from the available date or 14 times )

I got educated by MOVER (rather than office employees ) on select up date (07-30-2015) says it’s going to take around 14 times from open date,(once again, NO ONE from office informed me this.)

They picked up my things on 07-30-2015 also it’s 08-24-2015 now, it has been almost 1 month.

The dispatcher (Burt) stored push my date out and maintained mention 14 days, 14 days.
They stated there were no truck accessible en route to Texas that I can not think.

I got telephone call on 08-20-2015, also says my stuff will probably be in at the end of the week that’s last 14 days.

They said, I signed up the paper and it might take around 21 days.
Why they never said this at the start with.
Why I got educated by Agency on the date of boat out rather than from office employees before.

I really don’t know and really regret my decision.

My wife and my son were sleeping on the ground with a single blanket till today.

Take note this firm, I have not obtained my things yet as of 08-24, and I doubt that I will get my things anytime soon.

I am going to purchase plane ticket to CA and physically visit their workplace.

Be cautious on this organization and I wouldn’t use this moving company if you don’t would like some crazy support.
