Grace Moving Company LLC

Excellent experience working with Grace Moving Company. Relocated to get work from Santa Cruz to Modesto and had very short deadline to transfer homes. I called Sally on a Wednesday and she managed to scheduled a 3 man team for the task on Sunday, which can be a very brief response period. Workers were very educated, patient, attentive, and fast at both loading and unloading. Given that the travel time required and volume of stuff to transfer, the staff stayed in great spirits and useful all the way through in the first box into the previous box almost 12 hours after, and while waving in the truck as they drove off. I had not ever used a moving firm ahead, but will employ Grace Moving Company again for any of my moving needs later on. I can not recommend them highly enough. Moving is a pain, but this business made it much, much simpler.

1 star would be to numerous!!  Company can also be Grace Moving Co. at Modesto, CAThey STOLE my things right off the truck.   I transferred from June in California to Colorado, truck delivered things 2 days ahead of my daughter and that I came. I had been to send payment on them once I came. I first wanted to determine how the move went.   In my dismay, just about all furniture things were; broken, warped out of many heavy things put onto it, dented and dinged-all antiques. A classic hutch had it is latch broken while the loader attempted to pry the door open.  Approximately, 80 percent of this furniture has been put in the garage, not put at the home. I had a friend here in order to direct positioning, however they needed to rush. I needed to hire another firm to put furniture from the house-upstairs or in cellar.   They make the most of me never being here and probably the female who has been here.The most incredible issue is that they STOLE things from the wealthy truck the evening before they left behind Colorado. They even stole things from the packaging material. I wasn’t going on un-packing all of boxes-since I had been in temporary home. So I don’t even know the amount of what it is that they have obtained. I requested several times-day after day at which is: bicycle, dolly, classic mirror, bag, decor products, blankets, and the list continues. First I had been told that they weren’t conscious of whatever missing-denial, and the record grew; I had been told they’d inquire the driver-that took upwards of a week. I personally wasn’t paying them a cent if they stole away from me and also had tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of compensation. We had been to have a seminar call-owners, mepersonally, driver, director, never occurred. I had been told several things were removed to make space for extra items in my brothers house-without my knowledge, consent and certainly not having to accomplish this. We understood what in my brothers house wasn’t likely to match and they were planning to receive it after that week and then ship with-in 30days-items we all were ready to depart, understood about and gave consent to perform so-still that they Stole my things. I’ve not heard from them again nor seen my items.I would not proceed with this business, particularly when they work with this kind of deceit and too little care for possessions.
