Cost far exceeded their estimate
Their quote for the project was $1295. The last bill was over $3,000! They created various explanations for its excess billing, and almost all of them were untruthful. I chose an official complaint to the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Agency. They did inquire, but the firm president wouldn’t acknowledge to some improper activity. The instance has been switched on to the Massachusetts Attorney’s office.
