Elite Anywhere is definitely the worst transport company on the market! They ensured that a two week delivery plus it took over 9 weeks to allow them to send my package. They literally made up explanations for the delay afterward advised me it had been sitting in their warehouse for more than a month and a halfdozen. Then if it came it was lost things and ruined and then they refused to accept responsibility or repay me and cut off all communication with me. I made likely twenty voice messages together and they never returned my calls, and also the only folks who allegedly could assist me throughout the entire procedure where”on holiday” and nobody else could assist me.

Elite Anywhere Corp.was hired to transfer recently fabricated furnishing from California into our Port Ludlow Washington home. They committed to provide the brand new furniture on June 13, 2017; but neglected to do this and then participated in a set of lies and deceptive practices. Following is a list of what transpired. I phoned Elite Anywhere mid-morning, Tuesday, June 13 to inquire exactly what time to expect that the delivery because contrary to their confidence in writing that they hadn’t notified me that the day before (Monday, June 12) concerning the time. The agent from Elite Anywhere, Kevin Steedle, told me”we’re just going to call you to inform you the truck broke down on the weekend. Then I asked when the delivery could happen and was told I could expect delivery by 4 pm on Wednesday June 14th. Midafternoon June 14 I called Kevin to test the status and was told that the truck was on the road for”cross-docking” and that my load required to be transferred to a more compact truck so as to send to our city. Soon after 5 pm on the 14th, I had been advised that the truck hadn’t made it to cross docking and that the delivery could occur on the 15th. On the 15th once I called to ask about the whereabouts of the truck that I had been advised that the truck had been running late and ensured delivery by end of day. Near the end of business day I had been advised that the truck had only arrived but I wouldn’t be getting the shipping since it was too close to closing time to dispatch the truck into my house; but rather would get my things early in the morning Friday, June 16. Same thing occurred on the 16th – no shipping as promised. At 4:30 on the 16th I got a call telling me that the truck had finally came for cross-docking but that it had been too late to send to my house and inquired if the delivery might be produced on Monday, June 19. I inquired if the delivery might be produced on Saturday June 17th and has been advised the company didn’t deliver on Saturdays. I informed them that they were educated at the time that they took the arrangement I was leaving town and wouldn’t be available for many weeks. The business then proceeded to threaten me with storage fees.
