Frankly I’m shocked to find those terrible reviews. I had an excellent experiance with Valet Movers. The telephone was always answered when I called, a great young guy called Spencer came out to perform a visual quote and the movement was actually the price I had been quoted. All my furniture things have been wrapped and prepped properly and the move has been done fast, efficantly, and everybody was courtous. I dont understand about those other reivews, but I’ll say that Valet Movers did a fantastic job for me!

Valet movers turned into a dreadful option. They just take your money and employ another firm to move your possessions. When they say they manage your relocation begin to complete it is a lie. They employ Another firm who hires strangers from their road

Selecting Valet Movers was likely the worse choice made. The concept that it is a local business that cares is really just untrue. They request 60 percent down, so that they now have your house products hostage for price increases. And guess what, you won’t ever speak to Spencer again, along with your own voice mail messages are virtually never replied.

So delivery day comes without a caution, what happened to this”I will call you when the truck leaves San Diego together with the drivers title and telephone number”? I really do receive a call at 8 am stating that the truck is 20 miles in the future and what’s your speech, oh and now the cost has creeped up by $1250. I informed the gentlemen I shall pay the amount recorded in my contract and nothing more. 6 hours after an over the street 18 wheeler pushes up and says that he can not make the turn on my road, and might need to go buy a bigger truck and laborers to perform the unloading tomorrow and it’ll cost an extra $1250. It is funny how that worked out is not it. They understood at 8:00 during that morning that the truck wasn’t likely to make the turn and it was likely to cost an extra $1250. Along with the laborers, who had been supposed to perform the unloading when the truck had left the turn?

I asked to get a copy of the subcontractors reception showing the 1250 that they were planning to bill me for your truck along with laborers and was advised no could do but he’d alter my contract to reflect the extra cash. A third party truck driver can not alter a contract, therefore I’ll compose a receipt demonstrating the invoice paid in full and also the growth in price and find the driver to signal it or head on in the future. My items arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and from 6:30 they had been done. The motorist was really very good at unloading and educating the kids working together with him to be cautious. Originally pleasant people but they stole products out of my own garage, mishandled furniture and also hired dreadful 3rd party truckers. They filled the van and smashed boxes. 2 boxes overlooking
Worst move from 12 I’ve done. No followup. Driver likely rudest person in the world and horrible driver. He whined about injury and difficulty with early truck. Conserve your merchandise and utilize another company

I don’t leave testimonials but following our experience using Valet Movers I believed that I had to share with our story so that others do not make exactly the identical huge mistake of working with this moving business. THE WORST PART has been the state that our stuff came in. A pottery barn hutch which was a wedding present was broken and scraped, a bamboo chest was divided into half and thighs were broken off, dishes were broken, and pantry things smashed. We’re still lacking my husbands really pricey tool chest along with a few boxes- like a box together with our Christmas decorations and china. We’d our boxes professionally packaged to guarantee this would not happen. However, the worst aspect of all was that we had been advised they’d look after things such as that but they do not – that they refer you to some third party criticism remediation firm which demands a huge amount of documentation and still only provides you $0.60 each pound of the broken item!!! So because of our ruined hutch we’d get less than 25 – maybe not really worth the hassle. 

I must also mention that all of our items came coated in layers of dust which permeated all of boxes and wood dressers. That caused our whole family to have horrible allergy for months and each item of clothes had to be cleaned and all the upholstery cleaned. This left our new home quite dirty and has been a massive pain- like moving is not difficult enough!

I expect someone will profit from my critique and give a wide berth to this organization along with their lip support in any respect costs!

5. Missing furniture – console dining table
6. RUDE contractors, did not care about
7. Plenty of hidden fees
8. Bad customer support – doesn’t call back, doesn’t answer emails.

WARNING don’t use. THEFT by builders. No office only a PO box,” they don’t have their own trucks. They employ out contractors to drive.First, as soon as your team came to load us onto the moving truckand they ended up placing items in their truck which were contrary to a wall in our house that I revealed the head man that these were all items NOT to place on the leased truck, which we had been carrying them ourselves –  because those were precious and precious for us. Additionally it is odd that two big boxes of precious electronic equipment never created it. 3/4 of how via your team’s loading our things, we understood that our 3 boxes of spirits, which we suggested WE would carry with us, in our vehicle, were gone –  supposedly”already on the vehicle” and also little and too late to locate them to carry truck off. We even said you aren’t capable by law to accept spirits on the vehicle. They Simply winked and shrugged.   The head man said also that they’d already put them with the truck already and could not be removed, it had been too tough. Now we had no option but to expect your team that They’d arrive to us safely.   They did not. These spirits boxes never left it into our new residence. Remember, to replicate, we advised those spirits boxes to NOT proceed to the leased moving truck – however your workers said they place them on there.   And now they’re nowhere available. They weren’t even recorded on the pickup arrangement.

Rachel hasn’t returned calls again after our First calls.   It’s very clear that if those things went into the wrong customer, They’d have been documented.   At this time we view this scenario for a theft, particularly the spirits boxes — that are really valuable and were just in their spirits”gift box” not packaged into a moving vessel.

They had been dishonest and rude. They ripped off us and compelled us to pay an additional $900 or cover 75 percent of our price to move simply to cancel. They have been late with our delivery and we obtained our washer and drier broken, dented, rather than working properly.This is a horrible business to proceed with. Avoid at all costs.
