My movement was a complex one because I had been moving out of a huge ranch with a finished basement into a two bedroom flat. The movement involved 3 stages. The first 2 stages were direct by George. Stage 1 entailed transferring donated furniture and other things. Stage 2 involved moving extra furniture to a storage center. George and his group were wonderful! They’re fast, efficient, professional and sensitive to my worries. I had been so impresses with how George and his staff managed everything. Stage 3 involved moving exactly what was left to my flat. Romario was the direct and he and his staff were fantastic. They managed barriers, elevator construction, a very long walk, without criticism and with a fantastic attitude. They’re efficient, professional and cautious with everything. They placed all of the furniture and have been communicative, friendly and useful. We needed to perform a slightly intricate movement and BR was superb. The driver Paul conducted a tight team and everything went off without a hitch. The price tag, professionalism, and support was outstanding.

I was impressed and pleased during the whole procedure. Not only were they competitively priced they were quite professional, couteous, and respectful. They took pride and care of their house we offered and transferred us into our new house [long distance] with the exact same pride and affectionate attitude. The team and crew of men were amazing. We recently transferred from Naperville into San Francisco and I need to talk about my expertise. From start to finish Boyer-Rosene Bekins did a great job. The salesperson who arrived out ( Jim Mazzuca) took his time and went through step by step. The driver and team that came out on proceeding day (Jim Hill) were considerate and considerate and did whatever Jim Mazzuca maintained. The total movement was honest with a few issues resulting from the movers lack of communication and small obligation for my desired timeline. My evaluation is heavily weighted to the harm of a top end cocktail table. I compensated for the most extensive insurance that ensures that my damaged item will be repaired or replaced with the moving business. I filed a claim with the business per their directions. The claim adjuster sent out a repair person to get a quote. This really is a Roche Bobois cocktail table appreciated roughly $4,000. The repair estimate was approximately $2,000. The claims adjuster Jazmin Reese from Bekins sent me a check for $500 allowance expecting that this would allow me to move away. I emailed her that this wasn’t acceptable and haven’t got a response. The reason Jazmin Reese employed is that the table remains usable. The table has been ruined in a few locations by rough handling. This is a definite breach of the insurance provisions. I’ll be submitting a complaint will the Better Business Bureau and all agencies which govern Bekins.

Movers came ashore. Punctually they stated that they want with a single truck and 4 men.  Arrived at 9:15 a.m. dicovered they  had a different truck, completed loading at 5:30p.m..  Our new house has been 1 1/2 hours off, they finallly came at 9:00p.m.  with added (two ) guys and completed unloading previous midnight.  It turned out to be a very long moment.  Bekin must have guessed better on which was required, but all round the men were fantastic and we’d NO harm.  So we’re contented with the outcomes.  Thank You.

I’m writing this review to frighten everybody else to Keep Away FROM BEKINS VAN LINES or threat a dreadful heart injury.   Our movement was 13 weeks ago.   It’s taken me so long to need to re-hash the nightmare of the move out of Wheaton IL into Redington Shores FL.   This is my 2nd movement with Bekins.   The very first time was a fantastic experience with movers who did above and beyond expectations. This induced me to program another move with the identical company, even though the reviews I read on line cautioned me differently. I talked with the Identical agent, Jim Mays, both instances due to recognized positive connection which I’d expected assured continued great moving outcome.   Regrettably, that wasn’t the situation. Our family things were packaged July 3rd by two very fine young guys, who arranged and marked every one of those boxes to get good room placement. On going day July 5, a”third party” came into dissemble our billiard dining table. The movers were 3 men who loaded the truck up.   The driver is in the Tampa region.   I think his name was Ricky.   He was black skinned (he did not seem African American) and that he talked with a quick,heavy emphasis. He acted professionally when my husband had been at the Home.   Once my husband left for work, Ricky asked when I had been planning to push out, as in conduct errands.   I was still doing some last minute packing, and so I explained I Wasn’t likely to.   He said he needed something to drink.   I acquiesced and created a bagel and coffee series. I regret making this attempt.   The truck came within my FL home on time to its delivery. There were exactly the Identical driver, however, 3 Unique helpers for example a young girl and her”really tired” boyfriend.   Ricky remained by the truck that the Whole delivery period.   The 3 helpers did the unloading and positioning of these boxes to my property. There were boxes indicated for the library which were dropped off at the garage so we ended up hauling thick reserve boxes upstairs. To be pleasant, I offered to get Subway sandwiches for lunch. Ricky desired Kentucky Fried Chicken.   I didn’t know the Region well enough to understand just one neighboring, but a buddy of mine offered to Search for a KFC to comply with Ricky’s petition.   He has got my furniture, after all….After”all of” my items had been unloaded and the truck rolled off, and I discovered that rolls of twisted packaging tapes had been strewn throughout the cul-de-sac and hauled in my neighbours’ arenas.   I was mortified!   I needed to go around to collect the mess. The Following Day, the next party who had been to build my billiard table educated me that We’re missing two support bits.   I moved through the stock record with him and noticed the absent  two bits.   He abandoned without needing to help me solve the problem.   I phoned Bekins and their answer was a record that Ricky doesn’t possess them at his truck because he had been on his way into his second movement. I Believe I paid an extra $1000 to your pool table proceed.   I had been reimbursed $300 for all of my problems, which was likely to pay the non-assembly of this pool desk. It’s taken me several months to complete unpacking and also to notice a few missing several things, such as decorative Chinese dish and among fitting pair of ceramic vases.   Bekins poor reaction along with my pool table didn’t make me wish to deal further with these in anyway.   My belly still turns in ribbons every time that I see the title BEKINS onto a truck. Mike,lou along with pete in which fine, considerate and honest. They here on time interduced themselves and began working immediltlly.There in which two things which where ruined and they politly produced notes describing the place and the harm land. I think part of this damage occured in transport becuased the massive container has been damaged over the truck until they began to open up the vault along with another thing might have been putting its side and possibly damaded.Ifeel the storage representive dropped the ball at the start of the storage period in snding outside my yearly statment and forced it confussing.
