This really is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I scheduled my transfer over a month beforehand.
The did not appear at all in the two day window that they gave me. I asked them a few times when they want, as I had been flying out the following day.
They showed up about the day afterwards, when I had been on my trip. (my friend had to drive two hours to fulfill them because I had been on a trip )
Afterward, they simply left!! They did not transfer my things. Only left it in my flat.
Afterward, they billed me over twice as far as the quotation.
Dishonest. Unethical. Late.
The do not care about their customers at least.
