Boulevard Moving and Storage

I reserved Suddath and their representative Boulevard Transferring situated in Eden Prairie, MN, to perform my home move in the Minneapolis region into the Denver, CO, area.  I’m really disappointed with my price for the service supplied.  Here are the details:
1. Suddath anticipated my transfer on 6/2 at $13,555 according to a 90 second walk through of our Residence
2. I reserved the order for support 6/8 chiefly based on positive internet reviews.
3. We set a package set of Thurs 8/14, a loading date of Fri 8/15 plus also a delivery window of Mon 8/17 via Thurs 8/20.  This is a 10 months’ period to plan and organize my movement. 
4. It’s a 16 hour interstate drive to Denver from Minneapolis through truck, takes just two calendar times. 
5. I inquired if I could get the truck Wed 8/19.  I had been told no as it might entail a rescheduling and additional price.  I needed to maintain our new address Monday afternoon 8/17. 
6. At 6 pm Friday that the loaders ran from space on the moving van and needed to go buy an overload automobile for the remainder of our items.  That truck made around 9 pm.  We left behind Denver early Friday morning 8/15.
7. I phoned Suddath Monday just to discover the van hadn’t abandoned Minneapolis yet.  Surely they understand their driver’s programs. 
8. I phoned Suddath Tuesday 8/18 to find out the van could be here Sat, 8/22.  Suddath would not or could not tell me at which the van had been.  I waited in a vacant house for 6 nights because of Suddath insistence that I’m onsite Monday 8/17.   I am told they can not find people to unload my things even with 10 months to plan my movement.  The unloaders have been from a local firm named Johnson Moving and Storage. 
9 Suddath collects the complete quantity of this”binding quote” until they will unload these things. 
10. Suddath didn’t understand when my overload things would arrive.  They eventually did on 9/4.

Perhaps my quotes are incorrect, but so was Suddath’s. It is possible to decide what you’re prepared to cover the services listed. Suddath overcharged me for material and labour they anticipated but didn’t use in breach of the”binding quote” document. It behooves Suddath to quote as large as you can. They wouldn’t issue a charge. I considerate down right dishonest to bill me for substance and labour not utilized. And I speed Suddath’s direction of my movement really poor.
