Picked up my things onto the 25th (7 am) and delivered on September 5th. 6 days flaws. Needed to take two days off work, because they said we’re delivering tomorrow and did not.

2- At the quote they gave that they stated cost quote for 5000 pounds, minimum of 2000 pounds load will be billed regardless. An expert estimated my burden 3000 pounds. In the conclusion they billed me for minimum of 5000 pounds and did not supply my true weight. They said we did not weigh your cargo!!!

3- they ruined so many products. It had been so poor that their folks told me to email them and they’ll look after it. So I really did. No reply. Can not even accept my calls or respond to my text messages.

The first price quote, with 2000 pounds above my burden was 5000. I wound up paying $7000.

If I could give this business no celebrities, I’d. My stuff was already disassembled and likely would have taken less than 30 minutes to proceed. I had been told that they would arrive between 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Come 8:00 PM I requested again for an upgrade, and was advised it’d be another hour, which I couldn’t be home for. The man I was dealing with, called Levent, afterward stated that the movers are exhausted and contested I could not wait only one hour. I replied it has been 8 hours, to which he stated”look for somebody else, bye.” They function horribly in most aspects, and I’d recommend all to find better choices. . .it will not be too challenging.

I hired this business months before my move expecting the active season. I’ve moved several occasions both domestically as well as globally. Despite repeated efforts to get a contract, or even any documentation suggesting that the particulars of my movement that I continue to get dismissed and dismissed. Repeated voicemail messages without a return calls. I only associated with a representative of this firm working from the primary office searching for help as my relocation is just days away. He again said I had to wait for an extra day to talk with another person. I emphasized how this isn’t acceptable. His answer was to get a brand new moving firm. I hired the company to move me out of toronto to atlanta. Expedited transport was in the 5th of July to the 10th of July… According to my contract.

I began calling on the 8th to find an upgrade only to be ignored over and over and informed wait yet another day and we’ll upgrade you. I’m in a home with nothing inside… for months now waiting…

It’s currently the 16th… I will get really ambiguous answers phoning regular without a obvious date of shipping and only being lied to repeatedly and above… I keep getting ignored and provided mindset. I really don’t know just where my products are even… I must now pursue legal actions against the business.

I’m forced to employ another moving business… visit the warehouse in which trans atlas is hauling my products and then have a brand new business proceed it.

Our latest move from Ontario to Nova Scotia was truly our worst move ever! Since we’ve moved 27 days – like a couple of overseas moves – I’d say we’re seasoned! The scam the moving businesses have going the minute your drive is not straight and short, is simply ridiculous. We moved to our home at Ontario at 2010 and had a dual shifting van financing into our lengthy, but directly driveway. Not possible based on TransAtlas, we want shuttles. The issue here is that you’re able to see them load the shuttles, however you can’t observe them unload from the shuttles into the moving van. So first they charge you an additional $2,000. For those shuttles and then once you reach the opposite end, and you see them unload, you understand that the term’delicate’ doesn’t mean something to them along with your furniture means much less. Never have I felt more regret and disgust about paying for someone for a ceremony. The proprietor of Transatlas Movers, Levent, is a scam artist.

It is extremely tough to convey if you get wrapped up on. Levent would hang the phone up on us when he told me that is not exactly what we concurred. Then we phoned again and could not connect. They also did not respond to a single email.

-recognized and recognized that the date we were planning to have access to brand new flat, arrangement was created and they accepted our things.

-2 weeks after we receive a phone from Levent stating the shipping day is going to be 3 times before (too early for us since we did not have access to this unhappy yet). He said it might cost an additional $200 to maintain it for these 3 times. I stated I did not wish to pay extra because we found that the date around the CONTRACT. Levent said when I do not wish to cover then it might need to await another truck to California in 3 months. I agreed to this as I did not wish to cover some BS manufactured charge.

-We did not understand where our items were for months, after sending several emails and attempting to phone them regularly.

-Well eventually after having ahold of him two weeks after he states we must pay $200 for storage. What?? The entire purpose of us not getting all our items for 3 months would be not to cover the 200 and now he’s saying we need to pay anyhow. Well I suppose he decided he had been becoming that $200 regardless of what. I stated I never consented to paying additional ever, and he stated he wouldn’t send our items till we paid the $200. Criminal. We had been left no option.

-Upon shipping, matters weren’t managed with caution: box using a pc monitor in it using an image of the screen on the box along with”brittle” written in large block letters had been delivered to the ground with two large boxes in addition to it.
-Furniture has been broken. Boxes were punctured and ripped.

Bowls and dishes marked”delicate” were packaged with plenty of bubble wrap, but somehow many dishes were broken along with the bubbles had been popped. They have to have dropped those boxes onto the floor from the vehicle. I can not imagine how so much bankrupt.

-The movers pushed open the lift door and ruined it. Our landlord told me it had been ruined and we demonstrated it to the motorist. He threw his hand up and said”not my problem”

-Verbal abuse- Levent increased his voice, called us liars, he explained several disrespectful and demeaning items for my spouse. Neither I nor my spouse have ever been talked about like this before by anybody. It is pretty disgusting really.

This is the way you can expect to get treated with the folks who are tackling your most precious possessions. They ruined our items and our property. They left up fees and fretting about advising us about those fees in advanced.

No additional fees which many other moving companies assemble in (that are not easy to understand ). Proceed was door to door and room to room. Pick-up and delivery dates were also respected. The group was fast, efficient and comprehensive on packaging and quite helpful on removal and delivery of a lot of packaging material. All products arrived safe and sound. Three of those quotations gave me exactly the exact same pickup date that I felt was somewhat bizarre. Specify a shipping date. Delivered 2 boxes, also refused to admit the third box overlooking. I have given up. I really don’t think I could ever find that next box. (not forgetting that many items in both lost boxes were smashed into bits ).

Thus, if your priority is to have the majority of your belongings delivered in passable condition, and also you also do not particularly care if items are sent, if a part of your cargo never shows up (everything is going to be refused ) as part of it’s ruined beyond repair… then that is the best companion for you! They are inexpensive, and you also (nearly ) get exactly what you pay for… but a bit less!

This was a huge movement. We had 3 bedrooms, living room having a monster wall unit, living area and dining area.

I didn’t have any clue where to begin searching for a trucking firm.

On January 10th 2016 4 guys came and packed the delicate stuff. They appeared to do a superb job. In addition they disassembled each of the beds, place all art in boxes, boxed our lamps and I must say we’re impressed. It required an entire day to load the truck from 9:00 to 6:30 PM.

Up until the shipping date, I had a few issues. Were the clients together with the negative articles right or the ones that are positive? I’d just understand when everything was sent.

January 19th, 2016 all our”stuff” has been delivered. (They’d have delivered before but it took time to clean all loads from the vehicle during Customs). Considering winter road conditions and additional variables that the time period has been acceptable. Again 4 guys showed up. The first driver plus three additional guys. This time they not only delivered but reassembled everything. They were quite friendly and helpful. We requested them to put our dining area set a particular manner. Once done we understood that it didn’t seem right. They indicated that a distinct configuration. Which worked really well. I guess they had plenty of training.

We started all 50 boxes, unpacked a art job, the pc and everything else. Nothing was lost and nothing was ruined. Obviously we were really pleased.

I’d made the ideal choice. They had been the most suitable choice.

I’m not one to post business reviews online. Maybe just too lazy but I believed I needed to. Few clients will write positive testimonials and this was certainly a business that deserved one from us.

In complete the transfer went well.   I refused to pay the inflated cost and then we came to an amicable arrangement.   My recommendation is that you just manage this provider personally rather than via a third party.  Receive a contract which explains completely all of the fees and make certain that they know you will need a weight reduction confirmation in your load.

I was angry hearing about chilly conditions and habits. However every measure of the move made me know what movers undergo under the conditions. Delivery day, it was -27 degrees celcius and snow storm. The movers didn’t even stop to complete the delivery on freezing stairs. I felt awful pushing them for delivery at the coldest day but they did not whine again.   They did a fantastic job. Thank you Transatlas.

I transferred a while in my entire life. Transferring is the most stressful thing in my entire life. I was used to get excuse by Agency due to their delay. With Transatlas, they handed me 4 times window to the pickup and they had been their the 2nd moment. They send me 3 professional mover for the pickup. All 3 of these brand new what they were doing. I typically oversee the mover, since they do not really protect the furniture, but these man were amazing. Each of the wrap was done flawlessly. 3 days once they called me to inform that the truck is going to be in Montreal the following day and we’ll want to clear customs. Following the dispatch was removed, they were prepared to deliver the merchandise. I requested them to delivery in 3 days since I had a while to ready the house and they were okay with this and dint give me some difficult time. 3 days as soon as they send two men for shipping and they were also amazing. Notably Mr. Sedat who’s in control of Toronto office has been quite attentive to my wants and he made certain that all was well organized. I’m pleased with their packaging abilities. I highly urge TransAtlas Moving Services.

Please keep away from such individuals. They devote some thing and charge some thing else. They Weren’t prepared to provide our belongings unless we paid the exaggereted cost they were quoting.   We compensated million over quoted rate each month. The man who helms the day to day affair is rude and doesn’t listen to his clients. Mr. Bonder who’s the consignee in Toronto is also not beneficial. He discusses great, but his actions and operate differs. Somewhere when he lent us first he never said concerning the packing sum. When we saw that the last invoice it was 1000 bucks over that. These men are rip off their clients stay away from them.   They stated that they will repair the mattress at the cost mentioned, but we wind up paying for this too. Please keep away from these men.

Transatlas had been THREE WEEKS LATE together with my possessions, there was harm to my desk, and a box overlooking. There was little to no communication without any apology.  I transferred from Quebec, Canada to Atlanta, GA in January of 2015.  The movers came two days early but one contacted me. They took the dispatch back to Canada!    I didn’t hear anything out of Transatlas about the scheduled delivery date. I needed to phone long distance to learn what was happening.  The dispatch was always postponed for another 3 weeks. Every time I needed to call long distance to learn where my dispatch was and when they’d arrive to send it. They gave me dates three times, but did not appear. Finally, they informed me when they’d arrive. I waited all day on such date, but in 2:45pm they called and said they’d be here the next morning. They eventually came the next morning, three months late.   During the three week delay that I insisted upon a reduction. They gave me a 10% reduction, but only when I paid the complete sum IN CASH (in Canadian dollars) when the truck came. They stated they wouldn’t unload my possessions. I had originally agreed to cover roughly half in cash and half via credit card.    The delay brought me considerable inconvenience and bodily and psychological distress. Needed to visit thrift shops to Find kitchen utensils, cookware, and clothes.    Mr. Levent of Transatlas was exceptionally rude and uncaring on the telephone. There was no apology or comprehension that this delay caused considerable problems in my personal life.

I recently moved from New York to Montreal. I utilized Transatlas. They had been highly recommanded. They have been on time and effective to move me from manhattan. I had been quite concerned about moving because of insurance and elevator problem in my construction. As a result of my sales man and his existence to all of my calls, my transfer was quite eloquent. I needed to pay DOUBLE the number initially requested and that I had been told I won’t get my furniture when I do not do so!!! Horrible support and really, very undependable!!!

We reserved the movers weeks beforehand via a 3rd party. However, without communication with us, they cancelled our truck. We had been made to put our things in storage in the last moment at great cost to us.

In regards to dropping off our stuff, they kept telling us daily, and then lost their particular deadlines. This occurred a number of times. They never once called us.

This provider is extremely unprofessional. It’s a challenge to see how they’re still in business. Any estimate that they give you, however low, won’t compensate for how hard it’s to manage this business.

There has been some miscommunication involving Transatlas Moving Service along with also the booking agent. Matters are all settle and managed well in the end. We really booked through a different firm called initial course van lines located in Toronto. We had been going in Sault Ste Marie Ontario to Prince Edward Island,  it was a devastating move from Begin to finish.   We had been quoted a Great price for our transfer, we can cover a deposit and then the remainder on shipping and also 6wks free storage so that we chose it, when they arrived to pick up our furniture that they could not offer us an Specific cost until it had been weighed.   When the furniture had been down at Toronto the quotation went up with $1600 plus they would not launch our furniture to us until we paid for it up front, plus they even wanted us to cover for storage in Addition to this Whole cost.   We did not wish to cover up front since we believed we might never buy our furniture out of them so that they advised us to shoot a photograph copy of a money purchase and email it to them and I also asked them to ship the furniture to us the next Thursday and we’d have it delivered into a storage locker within PEI before our home was prepared for all of us to transfer into. This was on Friday about Sunday we have a phone from Transatlas Movers that they had been in their way together with our furniture and are there on Monday at 1pm, in our storage locker, at 1pm we had been there awaiting them, and they did not turn up so they called them and got through their shipment they were still not at PEI and had two deliveries to perform until they had been providing ours we requested them to call us if they were in their way.   We waited to get a telephone that didnt return, in order 6pm I phoned them back, no response and I tried a few more times still no response, I finally borrowed another mobile phone off a buddy and phoned them back at 8pm, now they replied apparently they do not operate after 4pm and That’s the Reason they did not answer the telephone for me… They seemingly had attempted to phone us at least 10 occasions, but could not get through to people , even though we’d no missed messages or calls, and so they’d abandoned our furniture at a different storage locker in PEI and wouldnt let’s in which it had been before we delivered first course vanlines the Complete cash for our furniture and also the cash for your storage locker.   We got in contact with the proprietor of the storage locker in which the furniture was likely to be discounted he informed me the transatlas was turned up at 6pm  not stayed quite long,  but advised him that they’d return into the locker at the morning at 8am and send the furniture, so we ended up at 8am and they did not turn up, once I got back in contact with the dispatcher that he was adament that people would not get back our furniture before we’d paid for it initially,.we ended up delivering initial course van outlines the cash, once we finally got our furniture out of the locker there was still alot of damaged things no attention and care was granted to the furniture that was forcefully cramped packed to the storage locker, we were all very mad it had not been a pleasent experience. We also inherited a separate box that doesn’t belong to people filled with someones keepsake things from years gone by, likely a really precious box, so I attempted to mail transatlas to inquire about it but they’ve yet to return to mepersonally, it irrelevant to them but someone is lacking it.

Where to Begin. I guess I need to start in the pickup date. I’d tochange my pickup date since something came up so that I needed to find an early flight, and so I phoned Transatlas head office and they could accomodate my date have shift even when they didnt have a foundation in Miami, FL. Then my furniture came before my place was ready in Toronto but they provided me 4 months of free storage so long as I removed the merchandise through customs that was really simple. I was quoted a rate because of my transfer fron Toronto into las Vegas as soon as the shipment came a I had been requested to cover precisely what I had been quoter. First cost and weight estimate was quite exact. Delivery program was flexible to match my requirements. All my stuff has been properly delivered. Everything was intact. Quick and fantastic support. Highly suggested.

I utilized Transatlas Moving Company and quite Happy with their service.   They transferred my things out of Boston to Montreal I had no issues with them from start to the ending of my move. I enjoyed the way that they packed my things ( careful enough), punctual and polite.They setup the furniture to us. They supplied me what I had at great quality and price. I enjoy the way that they protected my home from damages and I truly enjoyed working together with them.I will recommend it with no hesitation.

Poor. Without a doubt that it was the worst support I’ve ever experienced. We called the business a few days, as our dispatch hadn’t arrived. If they said it would and to that the motorists took the additional we owed and never move to inform the only one who was at home which he needed to unload the truck all by himself. They also refused to back the vehicle close to the home, forcing him to need to carry all of the boxes up the drive of their acreage into the home. Do not ever use this business.
