Communication is inferior Client (myself) wasn’t told everything in the start. Confirmation of that was planning to do the packaging and loading Wasn’t made apparent to me.   I’d stated that I’d do any of the packaging and can they shed packaging materials to me personally.   They did double.   I had been abandoned boxes, etc however, nowhere close enough packaging containers for most of my family things!!   My shipment of family possessions was stored in storage for about 3 weeks since the company Wasn’t able to reschedule my shipping.   I had been told it’d be delayed about a week.   Had been given a second pair of dates.   At the end that didn’t occur. My private possessions were stored at a storage space for almost 3 weeks till they eventually could schedule using a driver and move business along the road. My path was out of Green Valley, AZ to Cedar City, Utah – roughly 608 kilometers in space from Point A to Point B.   Matters Which Were taken apart from Arizona weren’t placed together in Utah since the company claimed could be achieved.     There’s been a Whole Lot of damage to furniture, broken bits such as lamps, glasswareand exercise gear, TV components were missing and never discovered (following all boxes are unpacked), harm to door frames at the unloading procedure, 1 driver and one assistant who had been in practice and obviously didn’t wish to be more unpacking my merchandise, the driver had been yelling at him toward the conclusion about changes things including to not fall the furniture, complete it had been the most dreadful experience I’ve ever had going.   I’ve moved interstate past to this movement (5) days and never have I encountered such unprofessional, dumb and discourteous people in my entire life.   By the man and girl that arrived at my home for the first quotation to the Last afternoon at Utah.  

I can not wait to Begin the Insurance Claims process.   I didn’t purchase additional insurance.
