RE:. Your answer 2 my critique…(it was not your business?!) 7/18/2019 – This is your own company. ! Invoice # 36052 on 5/29/19 by Metro Movers in Scottsdale, Az, Truck #51. I told you I’d place our review online as what your firm did was so wrong. . .theft of the furniture & hiring individuals with warrants is a crime & individuals must take note of it prior to hiring your own company. Your worker, Joe, begged my spouse to not telephone the Pinal County Sheriff’s Dept to inform them your driver just took off with all of our furniture since he said he or even your driver, had a warrant too. Yes. . .we got our things back the following day, but had nothing to sleep on during the evening and it was this intense annoyance until all (almost everything) was eventually unloaded in our brand new home another day….24 hours afterwards! This is a nightmare! I’ve got a police record # if you want to understand that also. The deputies drove around searching for the moving van with all our furniture, before you reported on them that your driver was discovered. Not just that. . .you cursed at me on the telephone once I called you to see whether you’d found our lost items! I’ve reported this on the Better Business Bureau permitting them also know that you employ individuals with warrants. –

Original post: Metro Movers sent two men who both had warrants! The 1st man just took off at the van w/almost all of our items inside, leaving his spouse behind. We had to submit a police record w/Pinal County Sheriff’s Dept. They discovered the van w/our material in Tolleson the following moment! They ridiculously wrapped everything & anything. They also lost our electric chords into our reclining sofas, scraped outside bed & broke two dining room seats. They still tried 2 fee us! We had to sleep on the ground of our new house because they could not locate the driver. The 2nd man, who he left behind, begged me to not call the authorities since he said they both had faked! Unbelievable!! The proprietor didn’t even apologize! We’re submitting this on Facebook & anyplace I can so individuals do not have the exact same horrible experience we did. It was a nightmare! I utilized Metro Movers for what started out as a very stressful movement for me personally.  I’d called several companies but that I looked in the Better Business Bureau site and found that the other firms had horrible ratings.  Metro Movers includes a Terrific score and they offered me a great deal of helpful information, and so I selected them.   So glad I did!   The movers were fantastic!  They set me at ease and also the movement has been quite agreeable.  Terrific business and I highly recommend them!

Metro Movers created this movement so simple for me along with my husband.  They had been on time, we’d two guys (who had been very professional and understood their company ) and a single truck.  The women in the office were so great that they gave me a quote and the task has been completed within the projected time, therefore that there were no surprises with all the cost.   Thank you Metro Movers.

Metro Movers offered us a price on the telephone (that isn’t normal) where they promissed two – 26ft trucks along with 5 movers. They showed up with two – 22ft trucks along with 3 movers. . We’d packed all our own things (happy we did) that were the only items which came unbroken/. They took two as long since they were suppose to (thats exactly what happens when your brief 2 men ) that causedd the true invoice to double out of their quote? . The items that they packaged were packaged in boxes without a packaging paper (although I’d provided it and had 6 unopened boxes) and a few of these boxes weren’t even recorded on the floor (they simply folded the flaps at the ground ):. They broke glass high coffe tables, dented stainless steel fridges, shattered images, figurines, desks, electronic equipment, and a lot longer;. They scratched chairs, tables, treadmills, and even walls! . Tore sofas and ruined 84′ television’s” ($561.00 to correct ). They borrowed”snap on” gear to take apart and re-assemble my own”bowflex” and pedal and after that never gave them back;. Worse however… the proprietor promised he’d allow it to be right and WOULD NOT bill my credit card before he did. This day he billed my card (with no consent ) and hasn’t responded to any forecasts or completed something to make it appropriate. This is definitely the most unprofessional explanation to get a moving company I’ve ever observed. Do your self a favor and don’t allow this business touch your things. They’re crooks and the proprietor is a liar and also totaly irresponsible.
