    Long-distance move from Chicago, IL
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I beg for you.

I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
I’d honestly give this business zero stars if I could.

This all began with a dreadful movement. Not unheard of, still annoying, however, the worst part includes the customer support after the actuality.

I emailed them 11 days within the span of a month to allow me to resolve these problems prior to taking any drastic actions and they simply ignored my mails. What type of a”specialist” company simply dismisses if they offer an dreadful service and believes that is fine? I requested over and over again to talk to somebody and even phoned in to speak to the exact same Kristy who’d been ignoring my calls and emails and wouldn’t move me on to her boss.

Allow me to give you some background into why I wished to speak to them.

    1. The movers have been over an hour late. While they were assumed to be here in 8 they did not get there till 9:15 later telling me in 8:15 that they had been 15 minutes off. MIND YOU I WAS THE FIRST PERSON OF THE DAY. They said that they can not predict visitors but I reside in downtown Chicago and they have been arriving in rush hour. This support is derived from Chicago. What type of a”PROFESSIONAL” service does not understand how to variable in Chicago visitors?

    2. Once they got here that they had been placing my boxes on carts without needing a note to those recorded”heavy” or even”very delicate”. Only throwing my boxes on carts without a care.

    3. Then we appear in the brand new construction with minimal time to move upstairs using the things and move within my booked elevator period that I had been clear in my mails and also to them regarding the movement in needing to be achieved all before 12:30. Transferring over extended time costs money and triggered problems because somebody else had it booked straight at 12:30. Fortunately they stated they’d discuss the elevator together. However sharing, that only slowed down the movement in. WHICH THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR.

    4. Now, my father and I started shifting boxes ourselves up for 2 reasons
    – we watched them still put”hefty” boxes on boxes labeled”very delicate” (that I needed to call them out for them to detect ) and then place boxes of delicate stuff in their own sides.
-since they had been late and needed to rush to our period, they maintained overloading carts together with boxes – that was obvious when I really saw some bathtubs come flying off among those carts and on the ground when they had been pushing it from an elevator.

    5. We get upstairs and they’d piled things in addition to my classic desk of my mothers’ from youth which ended up twisting the dining table. They stated they may replace it but 1. It’s IRREPLACEABLE 2. It has been more than a month without a upgrade from them on replacing my dresser. They said it’ll take around 90 days to get an insurance coverage but will provide me no additional info!

    6. Among the men kept sitting around whining about how he had been exhausted. AGAIN I had been the very first movement of the dayI’m paying for 3 men when 1 is only sitting about which ends up carrying them even longer to transfer me AGAIN that I must cover.

I realised this to KRISTY at consumer support several times. Called, emailed, NOTHING. The only answer she offers me is that she has worked with those folks before and they’re professional. Well, I am sorry Kristy, you can not just SAY somebody is specialist and dismiss every one of the functions that show that is not correct.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SERIOUSLY PLEASE DO NOT USE. NOT ONLY WILL THEY RUIN YOUR ITEMS IN A MOVE BUT THEN THEN WILL JUST IGNORE YOU AFTERWARDS.

    PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

    Long-distance move from Illinois
All seasons movers did the unthinkable

All these movers NEVER SHOWED UP later verifying hours before that they would.

Imagine the strain and shock and frustration as soon as your movers do not reveal, and if you call them, they hang up on you!

I reserved these men a week ahead of package my truck to get a move across state. I had back surgery years back in school, and that I had help moving a little apartment’s value of things. I called the day before to verify that they had been coming. Then I known as the day of the go, from the early morning, to affirm once more, because I had been picking up a truck to the transfer. All Season Movers explained that they would be there (from the Lakeview area in Chicago) between Noon and 1pm. They hadn’t shown up by 1pm, so I phoned them, and the guy explained that they”weren’t likely ahead.” I politely asked for assistance –would they come afterwards, who would move me instead, etc.? I asked him to get assistance, and then mid paragraph, he simply hung up the telephone.

These men shouldn’t be in company. I still can’t feel that a company would do this.
