This is our 9th movement in 40 decades, and it had been undoubtedly the most straightforward. They laid down vinyl to protect the carpeting in their paths out & in, also.

On the WA facet – the shifting staff Boerman contracted for the unload was not amazing! I had been there to the move-in, therefore I recall their titles: Lee, Lupe & George. These 3 men did a phenomenal work & job unbelievably well as a group. Just like all the group to the IL side, they worked fast, but firmly, and washed up as they moved. They also laid down vinyl to protect the rug along the principal paths in our new location. These 3 men alongside the motorist were so unbelievably nice & we loved speaking to them if they had been functioning (however they never stopped functioning! I really don’t understand how any of these can continue a conversation when doing this much physical labour, but not only did they all do this, they did it all with large smiles & good attitudes!) . They even gave us a few tips about places to store & neighborhood restaurants to test. We’re sad to see these & the motorist depart. . .we sort of wanted to carry them out to get a round of beers as it was all done!

We utilized these movers to get a local transfer (in Bolingbrook, IL to Elgin, IL) at 2014. They did a fantastic job! It was a speedy and overwhelmingly successful movement — filled up and moved from Bolingbrook home, traveled across Chicagoland, and right into Elgin home in 1 day free of damage. Cross country move from Elgin, IL into Colorado with two months of storage involving delivering and loading was disappointing. The loading at Illinois was nice, and were advised that our household goods were being loaded into crates that would subsequently be moved to climate-controlled storage, and then when we had been prepared to get it in Colorado they’d load the crates onto trucks and drive to Colorado and send to our new residence. Upon unloading in Colorado it became evident that our possessions were unpacked in the first crates and invisibly to distance smaller than desired with consequent broken seats, crushed boxes (roughly half of those boxes were smashed ), and most annoying, EVERYTHING which could be removed was taken apart, and just about half of it had been reassembled in our new property. Incredibly, they took the beater bar off the base of our vertical vacuum (what distance could that save?) , and set it back on backward — so when I used it in my new home the belt kept falling off before I understood what had occurred! I wouldn’t use them again for a cross-country movement.

I had the joy of getting an in-person quote from Mike Boerman and really changed moving businesses as the complete replacement cost of insurance has been 66% reduced saving me over $1000.00. However, the story doesn’t end there. The team of 6 who Mike delivered were hard workers, took extreme care of my furniture and both homes, were individual, enjoyable and even supplied design hints. While Cole was the cause of the transfer and was out directing things off and on the truck, Branden chose a direct role and I truly loved working together. Each one of the men were polite and easy going. My thanks to Branden, Ryan, Aaron, Marco, Matt and Cole for a job well done. I strongly suggest this team!! They left that which easily could have been a stressful day to an enjoyable moment.

Boerman Moving & Storage assisted our household movement in Sept 2016. The experience was amazing from begin to finish. The quotation process was speedy and professional. They have been very accommodating if we needed to alter our move date not once but two. Along with the four guys that arrived on transfer day were considerate and professional. I’ve only compliments for Boerman Moving along with the entire experience together. This movement was totally perfect from begin to finish and it was not a little movement. We had been moving 1 1/2 families from two distinct speeches in Buffalo Grove, IL to two units at a storage center in vegas. The cost was reasonable and honest and there were not any surprises. Mike Boerman arrived at the homes to provide me a quotation and what we consented, whether verbal or written, has been followed through on.  The driver and team manager, Sam, was really professional, as were his team. They all wrapped and secure all of the furniture and whatever else that needed shielding, like a piano. The salesman was very nice, not pushy and looked as a fair family man. Movers were very fine, showed up on time and were really helpful with things that had specific packing.  Did a fantastic job prepping the flooring prior to moving things to make certain they were not scratched. Overall price of going was $300 less than the quote. I’d utilize Boerman moving again when I needed to move and would not hesitate to consult with them to other people.

Boerman Moving did a superb job for us. The men showed up in time. My very first impression of Boerman was favorable. I met with Mike Boerman (Among those owners two sons) to obtain a quote for moving and storage. Boerman was recommended to me by a neighbor who’d used them to get a significant community movement. Mike was happy also inform me that my buddies move was the biggest his firm ever produced over $15,000 in gain extending over 3 times for packaging and moving my buddy 6 cubes. I interviewed other movers however, picked Boerman’s since my buddy had employed them and Mike Boerman appeared to be fair. The moving guys were unemployed and thrilled to acquire a one off task to the afternoon and needed the cash. Bear in mind, these guys aren’t workers of Boerman’s and not in any way trained as movers. In the conclusion of the move in we discovered that our custom made bedroom timber TV cabinet was overlooking. The cupboard is as large as a wall and it couldn’t be found in almost any of these storage containers. The moving guys took over 45 minutes to hunt for the cupboard and couldn’t locate it. (We compensated by the hour and paid those guys $229 an hour to search for a missing cupboard ) The guys called Boerman along with the office employees at Boerman understood nothing about the missing cupboard. This is where the real problem started. The primary problem was that the cupboard was lost, the next difficulty was Boerman forced me cover 6 men at a rate of $229 a hour to search for a cabinet which wasn’t on any truck and overlooking. Eventually I managed to get in contact with The next Boerman brother (Dan) who advised me that the cupboard fell from one of those storage bins per week back and was busted. I didn’t know how this might occur since Boerman promised me that my storage containers could be kept sealed before they were opened in our new residence. I was quite upset and asked Dan why he didn’t call me and inform me exactly what happened and he said he forgot. I said to Dan we’re also missing industrial garbage cans and he said, oh, I believe that the men believed that they were ours and they’re being used in the storage facility. Dan could have them returned once they had been located.At the close of the transfer, I refused to pay the last invoice until my cupboard and cans have been returned. I clarified along with the missing things the subsequent furniture parts of mine were broken: two french upholstered seats had acrylic stains one blot was as big as a throw cushion and the two cushions were turned upside down to conceal stains, coffee table had big chip from corner where it had been dropped and blot was still on desk, 4 beds had oil stains out of transferring men’s oiling palms, silk ribbon shade has been torn to shreds out of being put with yard gear. I once again called the Boerman office and was advised both brothers Dan and Mike weren’t offered. I talked to I guy in control of the moving guys. I was told when I did not pay now the moving guys wouldn’t get paid tonight. I felt awful for the moving guys and told them I’d pay them that night since I didn’t need the moving guys not to get compensated. This team of guys told me that the Boerman’s representative wasn’t telling the truth to me. In reality, the guys never get paid until up to 4 months following the move. When I eventually got in touch with my sales rep Mike Boerman a few days following the transfer, Mike jumped to remind me Boerman’s wasn’t responsible for any harm because I didn’t take out insurance for harm. Fundamentally I cover the men Boerman’s find off the roads that are not workers of Boerman’s to maneuver and store my possessions. And I cover the insurance when anything else is broken even when Boerman’s saved my things and ruined them. Mike stated he’d talk with his dad but I’d better not get angry with his dad if I expected to find any thought for damaged and loss items.Mike’s dad did call me back after. I never returned his phone because I felt so violated and lied to by Mr. Boerman’s two sons, so I didn’t need to have to plea my situation for his or her dad. I never got my lamp color back. I never had some restitution for damaged cherry, cushions, mattresses or broken table. I did get my bedroom torso back but the door doesn’t close. We continue to locate damaged things everyday. Our snow blower handle was broken off…$200 to fix, overlooking yard tools…. I’ll end by saying that I anticipated things to be broken during the transfer. However, I didn’t anticipate the unprofessional nature of both Boerman Brothers. I’m sure Father Boerman spent most of his entire life constructing a respectable firm which in 1 day that his two sons could bring down. I was also worried with all the credentials of those moving guys. They guys Aren’t workers of Boerman and didn’t have instruction in proceeding
