AK Movers

AK movers stopped through the middle of the move. I hired them due to the testimonials on yelp. But they turned out to be the most unprofessional movers I’ve ever met. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. AK movers lack ability in transferring and finally managed to my armoire from my flat. After coming, they transferred a few of my furniture to the truck. When they tried transferring my big armoire, which admittedly was difficult to go from the door, AK movers refused to transfer my things. AK movers said that unless I paid extra for bubble wrap and cushioning to be employed on all of my furniture, or unless I compose a statement waiving any and all liability and sign it, then they wouldn’t move me.I advised them that my furniture wasn’t delicate and didn’t require additional protection, but for the china cupboard. I also told them that I transferred all of the furniture to the flat with only regular shifting blankets. Afterward , they took the furniture they’d moved in their truck and packed it at the service lift and abandoned. The proprietor didn’t have the courtesy to describe or tell me some of the himself, and once I phoned him after the movers left, ” he blamed everything on me and then hung me up. I was assumed to be from my apartment that afternoon, but compelled to remain a couple of days longer since AK movers bailed on me. I hired a different moving firm for my own move. They were very professional, fast and complete awesome in transferring. Entirely different from AK movers. The new movers transferred my armoire with no issues by opening the cupboard door, which AK movers fully neglected at doing.Very unsatisfactory movers along with also the worst moving company ever.
