Relocation Moving and Storage

The movers themselves were useful. The business that hired out them was unethical and rude.  We were quoted a price on the telephone, and if that wasn’t the price we had been billed during the transfer, the dispatcher became quite rude and unprofessional on the telephone.  It was tricky to coordinate with the transfer, and we had been billed 3 times the price we were quoted on the telephone but since it wasn’t in writing they stated they did not need to stand by exactly what the sales representative advised us originally. Rather than the $95 one hour we had been quoted for our two hour proceed.  We were billed $700 to get a 2.5 hour, 7 shuttle movement.  I would advise finding another firm for your relocation!
