ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

To begin, they under estimated our transfer by over $3,000!! The first truck has been postponed by a week using mechanical difficulties and we could not find direct answers regarding where our objects were or when they’d arrive. Eventually , they moved our items to a different truck. After the truck finally showed up in Michigan, it came at 7:30 during the night and remained until after 1am, since the driver did not need to get postponed to his second stop. So obnoxious to possess movers here into the early morning hours of the following day!
Now, I am discovering an increasing number of things which are broken and damaged. . .clearly if they transferred our things out of 1 truck to another they did so with very little respect or care to those items. My kitchen table? Damaged. Chairs? Scratched. Wooden seat? Significant gauge from the very top. Glasses? Multiple are also broken.
I have moved several times in the previous many decades and have experienced very little to no harm every moment. Things which were otherwise immaculate today seem terrible.
If you’d like a timely, reasonably priced movement wherever your things are well cared for, then move someplace else!

Tuesday 3rd June.I wish to thank the whole team of this moving Doctor Operation.  To start with they left the main movement a couple of decades ago quite agreeable.  They were polite on the telephone and the employees were effective and good.When I had a problem they worked hard to make things right for me.  Again the employees worked tirelessly and fast to receive my possessions where they need to be placed.  They asked questions and assisted when I needed to move back things into anther room. The supporting the scene team also was not annoyed or annoyed when I needed to reschedule because of unexpected things. My items have been wrapped neatly and were at precisely the exact same state as though I had them placed to get some months.Thank you  again to the whole staff. I need to be truthful and acknowledge that typically I hate to write evaluations though I use it all of the time. . This time I have to talk with u.. Incredible! I had lousy shifting encounters earlier and I did not expect this opportunity to be absolutely different. I could not be more incorrect. The choice up went slick but it always does, the issues usually are popping up after when they’ve my things. They were quite fair with us from the beginning about the prices and they were not that cheap (not so pricey too ) but that I learned my lesson – affordable cost for a inexpensive support (if u could still call this kind of support ) so we opt to devote few dollars more so time..worth each buck!!!  I was not easy together (whatsoever ), known as a few times- not just they didnt ignore our requirements but we really got an immediate response. No openings ( no extra fees from nowhere) that the men were quick and incredibly kind, and that I suppose that they did a great job cause the one thing which got ruined was the hideous seat my boyfriend enjoys… Although they delivered just two days late – Could not ask for greater movers!! I personally can suggest them..this inspection is my way to express thanks!!!

The movers were on time and specialist.   Nevertheless my kitchen flooring was repainted during the movement and That’s where the trouble  started.   Customer support wasn’t valuable. You Need to submit a claim to another party and they need me to provide all documentation and pictures.   Odds Are that nothing will be achieved because they’re banking on the user becoming disgusted and forgetting about it.   Ridiculous!   There are lots of hidden charges including a $80 fuel fee plus a $140 travel fee to get a 10 minute drive. Though they advertise that Nassau county is a local move for these, they’re now from Queens and consequently, not local in Any Way!   What a scam!

Fantastic job from price estimation to shipping. This was to get a local move which was picked up out of storage and delivered the Exact Same day to my Property.   Estimator (Patrick) came same day that I called, since I had to transfer things in a brief quantity of time. Truck was on time and the movers (Ryan and Wiley) were courteous and efficient. All products were delivered in good shape and place in which I asked at my house (second floor and cellar ). There were no surprises or hidden prices. Very happy on all reports.   I Will Certainly use this company again.   Cost was fair ($441.00).   Much appreciated!

These men showed up to send my furniture at the center of a vacation weekend and explained that I had no choice about it. They did not drive the truck into the home (larger trucks develop our road ) and they just showed up with a single man (how do you man move heavy furniture from himself?!) . We needed to let a second truck in our own and assist cross load and continue from the furniture ourselves-crazy! Virtually all of those items were broken and seriously broken. A few things came from the truck maybe not even wrapped to protect them! They pulled out negotiating a compensation for repairs and then offered not nearly enough to pay for damages.
